    Grilled shrimp

My meal was mediocre. There was nothing crispy about the crispy Brussel sprouts other than the look & the shrimp were salty & rubbery. The only reason I eat that many shrimp was because I didn't want take the chance of the kitchen putting them on another person's plate. My mom's Parmesan garlic chicken & ribs were very good. Our server was excellent- LaTeisha B

Walked in and waited 25 minutes before we even got a drink we ordered our food right away because of how long it already took it was at least another 15 minutes before bread came out We ordered two filet mignon's Our food took a long time it finally came out and it was covered in way too much seasoning to the point it was burning our mouth and we couldn't take more than two bites we sent it back again it took a while , at this point we had been there an hour and a half steaks came raw ... we finally got fed up and said we just wanted to leave We saw multiple tables sending their food back Management really needs to do something you're expecting people to pay $30 for a steak I will say the staff was friendly but even they were frustrated with the kitchen a lot of people looked disappointed and annoyed

In all of my years, I've never tried Longhorn Steakhouse, but I must say, for the first time it was a blast! I would like to say thank you to Mandy L for exhibiting great customer service skills and being a genuine person/bartender. She made several suggestions that were ALL top and 5 Star if you ask me! For starters, she recommended a side of ranch and a side of balsamic vinaigrette and the mixture was something WE should coin! **hint hint** I ordered the Flo Filet Medium and it was amazing! The seasoning was explicit-no sauce needed. I also had a loaded baked potato on the side which I'll take home for a snack and a glass of Pinot Noir. Before pouring a full glass, she made sure I would like it by giving a small sample and I did, hence I chose a long pour. The vibe was just right! A nice cozy ambiance speaking with a fellow retiree... Go Air Force! If you're in town or on the East Coast, I would highly recommend taking a seat at the Longhorn Steakhouse! Until next time...Cheers! and again, thanks Mandy!

The decor gives off major classic American vibes. Plus, right now they are celebrating the U.S. 250th anniversary, so the whole place is decked out in festive, classy decorations. The floral arrangements and styling are beautifully done--so full of character and style. Here are my honest thoughts on the food and experience: The Mains (10/10): We ordered two entrees, and both were incredible. The meat was so tender, juicy, and incredibly easy to chew. The flavors were totally on point. Wings & Fries: The chicken wings were great, and the fries were fried to a perfect golden crisp! My only tiny critique as a foodie is that the fries didn't seem to be fresh-cut from scratch. But they still tasted good! Sauce Heaven: I love that they have a huge variety of sauces right on the table. It gives you so many great options to customize your flavor combinations! The Atmosphere & Service: The waitstaff here are incredibly enthusiastic and energetic! Their warm hospitality completely made up for the fact that the AC was blasting a little too cold inside. One tiny tip for photo takers: The lighting at the tables is a bit on the dimmer side, so it's a little hard to capture the true, mouth-watering color of the grilled food on camera. But trust me, the taste more than makes up for it! It's such a wonderful, comfortable spot to chat, laugh, and catch up with friends. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for great food and a festive vibe!

I got the platter with brisket, burnt ends, beans and collards. Those burnt ends were delicious! The brisket wasn't bad, but definitely needed sauce. Not to worry tho, bc there are several (with descriptions) at the table. My beans were good, but cold and the collards were ok. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was clean with a normal amount of noise. TVs were there, but I don't remember if the volume was up. There were also steps going in the restaurant and going down into the dining area...FYI

Each bite had a nice mix of smoky and tangy. The buffalo wings came out hot with a crisp outer layer that held onto the sauce really well. The heat level was just right -- enough to notice, but still easy to enjoy without reaching for water every second. You could tell they were made fresh, not sitting around. What stood out was the consistency between both items. Nothing felt rushed or thrown together. The setup itself is simple, but the focus is clearly on getting the food right. Alpha Pit Smokers delivers bold, satisfying barbecue with a straightforward approach that works. It's the kind of place you'd return to when you're craving something with real flavor behind it.

I kinda understand why, but then again, if you're gonna have a business like this) I kinda don't. Ribs and jalapeños smoked sausage were not available. I was told that for ribs, you should contact them 24 hours in advance. This was a deal-breaker almost, 'cause we really wanted to do the ribs, and there was no indication that some items might not be available. The food and appetizers came out at the same time, so our table was loaded, and we could not eat fast enough before it got cold. I shared my displeasure with my server, but she just gave me the "deer in the headlights." look. The drinks were weak and expensive. There are a few arcade games and plenty of space. Service is ok, but not great. The food was ok; some items were dry. The fries were hot, and nothing special about the service. Cool place to hang out, watch games, and drink beer, but it's just ok. The brisket quesadilla was SO good, and they were not stingy with the brisket. The fries were just ok, and I do not think the mac&cheese is house made. Pulease, tell me why everyone is giving this restaurant 5-star reviews…read more I was recently looking for a restaurant with BBQ beef ribs and came across 'Smoke'. I looked at the reviews and knew I had to give it a try. When we arrived, my wife and I were quickly seated by the Host. And then we waited. And waited. About 10 min later, I told the Host that we had not seen a waitress yet. He was apologetic and promised to find them for us. A few minutes later, the Waiter showed up and took our orders. I fully planned to order the beef ribs, but the cost of $38 was so far outside the norm that I just couldn't do it. (They actually have a sampler platter that costs $66!!) I ended up ordering the half BBQ chicken, BBQ beans and potato salad. My wife ordered the pulled pork platter, sweet potato fries and Mac & Cheese. Both orders came out quickly, but the first thing I noticed about my dinner was that I was having to 'saw' my chicken to eat it. Most BBQ chicken I have ordered at other restaurants is tender to falling apart. But this one definitely fought back, and though the flavor was not bad, I kept having to add the table-side BBQ sauce (which was good) to flavor it. The beans were nothing special- they were BBQ beans. Frankly the best part of my order was the potato salad which was quite good - a bit more mayonnaisey than normal potato salad, but I found that I actually liked that aspect of it. A couple of times during the meal, the waiter stopped by to see if we needed anything which was good to see. My wife said her pulled pork was okay but also needed supplemental BBQ sauce. She said the Mac and cheese was good, but that the sweet potato fries were overcooked. She ended up not eating them which is very unusual for her. Towards the end of the meal, I ran out of tea and started looking for the waiter. When he did show up, I asked for a refill. He disappeared for an interminable amount of time and then finally returned with our bill. I was still sitting there with an unfinished meal and an empty glass, and still had to remind him that I still needed a refill, and had been waiting for it for a while. He admitted that he had forgotten it, but then actually sat down next to us, seeming to have problems entering our bill in their handheld 'point of sale' device. I asked him again if he could get my drink first. He finally handed me the device to pay the bill and dashed off. He was gone a while again, with me still waiting on my drink. I finally just gave up finishing the meal without something to wash it down with. The Waiter finally came back with a 'tea to go' for me. Though I had planned to order desert for the two of us, we just paid the bill and left, checking off one more restaurant that does not understand that they are in the food AND customer service business. So again, someone tell me why everyone is giving this restaurant 5-stars.

I found this place in yelp and wanted to give it a try. It's in a small strip mall and at first we were afraid they weren't there anymore because there isn't a marquee sign above the restaurant but there is a large smoker truck that looks like it's used for catering that helped us find it. The parking lot was full which blocked the signage on the doors/windows. The inside has a few small tables and a counter to the right to order from with the kitchen behind. There was a few chairs across from the counter to wait for to go orders. You choose your own table after ordering. The owner was personable and chatting an older gentleman that had been there awhile. We later realized he was the owner when he came out to see how our food was. The ribs fell off the bone and the baked beans had ground beef and some peppers. They were delicious and had such good flavor. Rolls were served with the meals. The portions were large and we took home our leftovers. I was a little surprised that our food was served in to go containers even though we asked to dine in. You pick up your own plasticware at the counter where you pick up your order. While it's not a typical sit down place with table service or bar drinks, the food was really good and hot. We'll definitely go again. Also love that it's veteran owned and he's present and cares about the service provided. It was also evident he cares about his staff as we overheard them discussing one of the kids preparing for high school graduation.
