23 ounce bone in rib eye with sautéed onions and sweet potato with cinnamon sugar butter.

Went here for dinner at the start of their day. Told we'd have to wait for a table till the waitress had clocked in. This was 20 minutes after they.had opened. Had to wait another 10 minutes till she came back from wherever she went. Totally unnecessary to have patrons wait because a server couldn't get organized to be on time. We finally got seated with a different server who was very pleasant and helpful. And, of course, the basket of biscuits came with us as we were seated. Ordered a couple hurricane margaritas and diet cokes. Both arrived pretty quickly. We placed our orders, filet with baked potato and prime rib with steak fries and more biscuits of course. We both picked the Caesar salad as our second side. And to their credit they produce one of the best 'mass' produced Caesar salads around. Croutons on top rather than mixed in with the salad would be better so that they don't get soggy. Not a long wait before our entrees arrived. Filet was cooked as requested and was very tender and well seasoned. Baked potato was a good size and with plenty of butter. Prime rib was more on the rare side than medium rare but that worked without a problem. Only issue with it was that there very little seasoning. The outside was nice and dark and I expected to taste plenty of spices but they weren't there. The prime was tender and juicy and there was a small container of au jus to make it even moister. The steak fries were okay but they ended up getting soggy because of the juices from the prime rib. Overall the meal was good. We were seated at a bench seat on one side and chairs on the other side. Seating was comfortable. The major downside was the music was too loud making it difficult to have a conversation. We did request that the music be turned down which they did too but someone decided it wasn't loud enough and turned it back up only to have the manager go back and turn it down again. Granted this is supposed to be a roadhouse but you should still be able to have a conversation.

We had a great dinner today at Texas Roadhouse, in Manchester, CT! Our server, Nicki, was awesome--very attentive and friendly. She checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our meals. We never had to ask for refills; she noticed from across the room and brought fresh drinks right over. My T-bone steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. There was even enough for leftovers. Excellent food and excellent service! If I had to make any complaint or suggestion, it would be that the restaurant is always cold. You definitely want to bring a sweater or jacket, otherwise it can get uncomfortable--and the food cools off quicker because of it.

Texas Roadhouse is a restaurant chain and has some really great steaks and you can't beat the prices. The Ranger Kids 6oz sirloin comes with 1 sides. I usually get the house salad special to order which is romaine lettuce, diced boiled egg, cheddar cheese. This salad go's great with the honey mustard dressing. The sirloin steak choice on the menu is nice and tender. They cut and dry age the steaks in house. Love the fresh warm rolls with cinnamon butter so yummy and addicting.

Tonight was one of the best nights here. Easy waitlist check in, our waitress Stephanie was soo amazing!! Friendly polite quick service and very attentive to us! we were not ready to order and she was patient to wait for us. I recommend using the waitlist on the app so that you're not coming to the restaurant and waiting over 60 minutes while people are staring at you bypassing them. our side dishes came out pretty quick, Stephanie came back with two baskets of bread she also came back with a brand new ketchup after we told her that it was empty. Great and easy service!

Ambience is very Texan steakhouse. 3.5 stars for a chain restaurant. Service was very good. Fast and sufficient. Drinks remained full. Chili is very good. Comes with cheese and onions. Steak kebabs have an interesting vinegar marinade that I personally did not like. Chicken critters were fried well. Crispy outside. Can't forget their rolls made in house with cinnamon honey butter that are endless.

I love coming to Texas Roadhouse especially the one in Manchester The service is wonderful The bread is always always warm and fresh. The filet medallions is my favorite thing to order I usually get two side salads instead of a second side and it still comes with rice. You can get peppercorn dressing or the mushroom one and I really love the mushroom one the most. Those inside outside seating and bar seating. The restrooms have a touchless opening which I found super convenient since they did not have paper towels and only hand blow dryers which I will not use. You can pay right on the kiosk so you don't have to wait for a check. I will continue to go here.

My wife & I have been to this place for many years, lunch & a movie is our fav. weekend activity. Our go to place to eat, it pretty much never disappoints. Wife always orders the double pork chop, she loves it & takes some home make two meals out of it. My favorites are beef tips, fajitas & bone-in ribeye. The bone-in ribeye is incredible, so flavorful, a must try. It's a bit pricy for lunch but it's huge, definitely can make two meals out if it two. Be there 11:30 sharp if going on the weekend, otherwise may run into a line.

The service was off the charts great but food just "good". We arrived early before 5:00 on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. We often prefer bar seating because service is better than tables and this was no exception. The bar staff works as a team and literally every couple of minutes someone would ask if we need anything...BRAVO!! We started with combo appetizer that had boneless chicken, fried mozzarella and potato skins. Loved the mozzarella and skins! Best part of my meal. I ordered the small NY Strip and she got their smothered chicken. My steak was thin and dry. My bad; ordered medium well should have done medium on such a thin steak. Fries were soggy (BOO!!). Her chicken was better; moist and tender. Green beans didn't seem fresh (frozen or canned?) and were overcooked but the broccoli was fresh and cooked to perfection. Even with food that didn't hit the bullseye we had a very pleasant meal out helped by the over the top friendly and efficient bar staff.

What do you what to drink and don't forget to add that kicker,

And I must say the menu is definitely changed in the last couple years and the food was excellent. Not sure if this isn't under new ownership or management but everything has improved. I ended up ordering a salmon dish but I asked if I didn't get all the sugary glazes on it which they literally sauteed and seasoned the salmon perfectly with just vegetables I also let them know that it was gluten free due to celiac so they made sure that they limited cross-contamination. I did not try any of the drinks from the bar but the seltze water was nice and cold and sparkly. Lol. The band that they brought on was highly energetic, very entertaining and very friendly. I would definitely go back. I would love to try this place out in the summertime when everything is open and they're outdoor. Spaces are actually in use due to the fact that it was freezing out. Everybody stayed inside but overall the grounds are very beautiful. Staff was super friendly, very attentive.

Server was friendly and very casual. I asked for her recommendation and was told their grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good. Strange given they use to be really proud in their bbq, but trusted the server and got the west coast chicken sandwich and swapped the bun for a lettuce wrap. Also got the tumbleweeds with a side of spicy aoli to dip in. The food came out after a little bit of a wait, but not too long. Took pics and dug in. The tumbleweeds were cooked well but really lacked in any flavor beyond crispy breading. It really needed a dipping sauce to give it any real flavor. The spicy aoli had a little zip to it and helped though. The chicken was seasoned well but overcooked. The Swiss cheese didn't really add much so I scraped it off. Bacon wasn't crispy, was welded to the Swiss cheese so I just scraped it off with the cheese. The heirloom tomatoes and pickled red onions were very good. Lightly salted and sweet tomatoes and briny sweet onions really complimented the chicken and were welcome additions. Avocado was okay, fresh and presented well. The food wasn't bad, but it did have some stumbles. It's a great venue space, one of the few country bars in the state and is decked out well to be the primo spot for county. It's not a great restaurant, but it's serviceable food and a nice staff. If it can really sell the events and nail those, then the food can be simpler and still do well. For now though, it's okay.

Real barbeque where they serve the meat(s) with the sauce on the side, in most cases it's not even needed IMO, THAT'S what true Q is. They have a small area where you order and a kitchen though I don't think they actually cook most or any of the food here. That being said they may run out of popular items like burnt ends so if you're really craving something in particular you may want to call and confirm they still have it, otherwise you'll have to drive to the Windsor Lock location. They have some picnic tables outside if you'd like to 'dine in' but this location does mostly takeout. From the Texas sausage to the pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends and chicken I've never had a bad meal here. The sides are equally good and they even have baked potatoes in addition to the usual mac and cheese, cole slaw and beans you'd expect. This place is HUGE and has so many different vibes all in one building, which I absolutely love. The drink selection is one of my favorite parts. They have so many beers on tap, plus cider flights, sour flights, beer flights -- all different types of flights if you're like me and enjoy trying a little bit of everything. And if beer isn't your thing, they have cocktails too, so everyone in your group can find something they like. The food is just as impressive. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are AMAZING -- crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The burgers are delicious, and the desserts? Oh my goodness. The deep-fried Oreos are next-level. Atmosphere is where Elicit really stands out. There's the big open beer hall feel inside, but also different sections depending on what kind of night you're looking for. It can be chill and casual earlier in the evening, then turn into more of a going-out/club vibe later on. There's a cocktail bar upstairs, and as the night goes on the energy really shifts. In the summer they have bands (sometimes outside), a full outdoor bar, a fireplace, two inside bars, a little quieter lounge area with couches, and even a small game room. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs make it convenient, and you can rent rooms for private parties too. I also like how the food ordering works -- they give you a pager and you pick up your food when it's ready. Tables are first come, first serve though, so definitely save your spot because you can lose your seat if you're not careful, especially on busy nights. It does get packed on weekends, so I recommend getting there early if you want a good table for your group. But overall, it's one of my go-to spots in Manchester when I want good drinks, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a place I'll keep going back to -- and those Philly cheesesteak egg rolls will always bring me back.

The other problem is that there were no servers so we had to order food and go downstairs pick up our own food and. So we came back. Here's why! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right in downtown Manchester, CT is this gem. It's near the "beginning" if you're coming from the highway. There's no private parking, but there's plenty of free parking on the street and huge parking lots around the back. That's one reason I love Manchester. If we're coming out here to spend money, don't charge us to park our car so that we CAN go spend money! Lol. Inside is like a bit of a tavern and nothing out of the ordinary. It's a little on the small side so just make sure you get here! Service: Alexis behind the bar took care of us both times and she was awesome. She no longer works there and has moved on to owning her own business so we wish her the best! Food: Wings, wings, wings. Every flavor. You need to have them all. Jerk, Parmesan Garlic, Buffalo Rub, Candied Bacon Rub and Everything But The... I'm so serious when I say this. These are probably the best wings in Manchester. Aside from the flavors themselves, the CHICKEN ITSELF has a smokey flavor that also delivers a crispy skin and juicy inside. My goodness they were so incredible, but my favorite was Everything But The... it's basically Everything Bagel seasoning, but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Value: Get here for happy hour! 3:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I actually hate those happy hour hours, 'cause like... don't most people get off at like 5:00pm?! Lol. Regardless, 8 BIG JUICY wings will run you $12.00 and that's actually a VERY good deal for what you get. In conclusion, I loved it here and will come back over and over. Not only is this place awesome, but there is a mission statement created by MACC Charities when they launched their social enterprise, Bistro on Main, their predecessor. The Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail known for its balanced bitter, herbal, and sweet flavors. Invented in Florence in the early 1900s, it's typically made with equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, and garnished with an orange peel. The Negroni is complex and refreshing, with notes of juniper, grapefruit, and citrus. The sweet vermouth balances the bitter and herbal notes, making it suitable for all seasons.
