    Bread looked good

Great quick stop for a steak. Service was great. Ryan did a great job of taking care of us especially with is movie voice. lol. Steak was cooked perfect and the 6oz filet hit the spot. The ceasar was good too but the broccoli as over cooked and the baked potato had grit on the skin like it hadn't been washed. This isn't a top of the line steak house but does the trick if looking for a decent a steak and you don't want to cook. The restaurant was clean and lots of room at bar.

Parmesean New York strip with loaded bake potato and mushrooms and onions on the side.

I finally got a chance to finally visit this restaurant for my birthday and they did not disappoint. Food was fantastic, drinks were superb and the service and atmosphere was amazing!! 10/10

DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT the only thing that keeps this place together is that u can send your food back when it's bad and the manager will get it fixed, with take out you can't get it fixed and the cooking staff knows that it will go out no matter what so they rush my expensive food out with little to no care. My Wild West shrimp wasn't fresh at all it was almost cold. The rice was barely warm, dry, a little hard and clumpy. My sweet potato had no cinnamon just butter, disgusting. And my 9oz parmesean chicken is literally 2 separate pieces of chicken covered with parmesean cheese to try to hide it I guess. Like bro what is happening with this place I've been coming here for years and I don't know if I can spend this much money expecting what I used to get anymore.

First of all, our waiter, Brian, was awesome, and he has a voice that should be on the radio. Secondly, I wanted to love this place even more. Because I'm from Texas, and that's like Longhorn state. But I didn't love it as much as I was hoping I would. It is true that the steak was cooked perfectly and it was very tasty, but the asparagus and the broccoli were cooked within an inch of their lives. My husband's salad was green and looked beautiful, and the broccoli and asparagus also looked green and beautiful, but put a fork in him, and it was absolute mush. The other bone I have to pick is with the big potato. I love to eat a good baked potato skin when it's crispy and covered with salt and little fried going on, and the potato itself was good, but the skin still had grit from the ground. The décor of the place is pretty standard for a steakhouse. There are wagon wheel lamp , chandeliers and large pictures of texas blue bonnets and cows , along with some native american looking pottery, and a saddle on the wall. There is even a sculpture of a cowboy riding a bucking Bronco..that is lit up over there and I believe I see another antler chandelier. There is a bullhead and shoulders above the bar which I believe is full and there is at least one TV. Were those people interested in watching while they eat. The cool thing that I've noticed just recently is a wall of framed belt buckles which I used to call Nacho plates. Anyway, I think it's kind of an average place in terms of food. The service was nice. The atmosphere is pretty good. But there are other places that I find have better quality steak and vegetables. But you come here and make your own decision. I'm sure there are things you can find here that you will like.

We eat that frequently. Services, food, cleanliness were all good. Just lacked the 'Wow' experience matching the price.

Ambiance is nice, server was friendly and helpful. I wasn't overly impressed with the meal, for the price I paid.

Food was good. Service was good. What wasn't good was freezing to death while I ate it. Felt like I was outside eating in.

We were seated immediately and our server was very attentive. My wife got a grand sangria, which she absolutely loved, and I got a coke zero. They were very quick with my refills which I find important. We got the queso with brisket for an appetizer and it was very good. For the entrees, my wife got filet mignon and grilled shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. I got the blacked redfish, which also had grilled shrimp, lump crab meat and a sauce. I also ordered the brussel sprouts and loaded baked potato soup. Our server came with our salad and soup, and told me they were out of the potato soup and brought me chicken tortilla soup instead. It was alright, but I was looking forward to the potato soup. Our entrees came out and they looked very good. My wife really enjoyed hers. Mine tasted good also, but the fish was undercooked and inedible in places. I ate what I could, but it was disappointing. If the fish had been properly cooked, it would've been a 4 star review. We will come back, I'm all for 2nd chances, but my experience fell short of the mark.

It's not your traditional steakhouse (if you're from California) but the flavors were on point. The atmosphere had a tavern vibe with plenty of tables to accommodate large groups. We started with tortilla soup and Caesar salad which were fantastic. The wine list is very good offering many California wines at a reasonable price per glass. The food was good - however my medium rare filet came out rare and the ribs were slightly dry. However, the sauce for ribs was a 10/10. I have to shout out the Brussels which were the best I've ever had. Service was pleasant and chocolate cake to finish the meal was a decadent ending to a satisfying experience.

The photos looked incredible, and the stellar reviews confirmed it wasn't just good lighting. I was sold--even if Waze had other ideas! After my GPS took me on a scenic tour of South Bend, I almost gave up. I called the restaurant, and the staff graciously guided me in. From the outside, the brick building looks like a standard office, but once you step inside, you realize you've stumbled upon a total hidden gem. It feels like a beautiful secret. Upon entering, the entire staff welcomed me so warmly that I felt like I was catching up with old friends. I walked past the elegant bar and chose a seat in the dining room. The ambiance is romantic, relaxing, beautifully decorated, and quaint--yet completely comfortable if you are dining alone. I opted for the tasting menu, which is served as a total surprise. For a true foodie, this is pure heaven. I didn't dislike a single dish. In fact, each plate brought so much joy that I caught myself closing my eyes just to savor the flavors and the atmosphere. As I told the staff on my way out: "The food was so good, it makes you want to cry!" (Happy tears, of course!). If you're a local who hasn't been, GO. If you're traveling for work, GO. If you have a special occasion, GO. Life is short--take the road trip to South Bend just for Roselily. The menu changes so I'll be back every chance I get! My only actual complaint? The owner wasn't there for me to beg him to open a second location in Lexington, KY!
