The ribs were just OK, they looked like they had been cooked somewhere else and were heated up, with some sauce thrown on them just before plating. We were a little disappointed in the kids chicken tender meal as well. They served 4 small tenders that were about the size of chick fil a nuggets. I won't be returning to this LongHorn Steakhouse, and unfortunately, neither will many of my friends. If your restaurant is unable to accommodate large parties, please be upfront about it when guests check in instead of giving the impression that there's no possibility of seating them anywhere near one another. We were told there was "no way" our group could be seated remotely close together, even though multiple tables in the same section became available. A little effort or better communication from management would have gone a long way. I was very disappointed with THE MANGER and hostess. Their lack of willingness to find a solution made what should have been a special birthday celebration much more difficult than it needed to be. That said, I want to recognize the servers, who were absolutely amazing. Although our party was split among five different tables with three different servers, each one was professional, accommodating, and understanding of the situation. They did everything they could to help us celebrate despite the circumstances. In the end, we made the best of it. Our group kept a positive attitude, sang "Happy Birthday," and enjoyed the celebration together, and even the guests around us seemed to enjoy the festive atmosphere. I like longhorn I have always had great service, good food, and felt I got what I payed for. Today was the exception, I ordered a rib eye medium well, it wasn't it was well and then some. So food got a 2. We had to introduce ourselves to the waitress, she was very disappointing, slow does not adequately describe her. We weren't in a hurry but this was very disappointing. Service was a big zero. Drinks were fine when they came but again slow. I cannot stress how much i like Longhorn but today was unbelievable. Went here on Sunday November 16th 2025 with my parents for a much needed dinner. We walked in, parked, and was greeted by a host, who sat us down. Our server greeted us right away and gave us 3 waters. We started with the spicy chicken bites for appetizers. They were like spicy buffalo wings and were not bad, very spicy though. For entrees, I got a Strawberry Fields salad with Steak cooked M, my mom got A Steak with rice cooked M, with a Caesar salad, and my dad got a burger M with a house salad. We got our food in a timely manner and it was delicious! Steak cooked to perfection for all of our orders! our waiter did a good job refilling waters, and checking on us. After we finished eating we paid the bill, in which we used a gift card. Paid via gift card, and was successful, and it had a balance on it, but somehow the waiter lost track of it, and forgot to give it to us. He was looking for it- but couldn't find it, but did give us cash which was remaining on the card. And he apologized. But still, that kind of thing shouldn't happen. Thumbs up for the manager Warren and waitress Ashley who welcomed my family with pleasantry on such a busy Valentine's Day. I loved how the call ahead waiting was so proficient on such a busy day. Once we arrived we only waited 15 minutes instead of the 30-45 minute wait by doing this. Our waitress Ashley was amazing and ensured that we were accommodated with everything. It was very busy as I observed the line forming outside the doors. Ashley went outside her way to make sure our food was hot and done right. As I looked around I observed that she worked multiple tables with ease and that others also enjoyed the pleasantry of her working. At the end of the meal I had to notify the manager Warren whom was just as pleasant. I told him that I normally wouldn't call a manager over unless it was something bad but I had to tell him of the great job done by Ashley as well as the other staff members. The great thing about LongHorn is you can find locations all across the country and in my experience the food quality and customer service is always consistent. My current two favorite entrees is the Parmesan crusted chicken : fresh, juicy, grilled chicken topped with a creamy, crunchy Parmesan and garlic cheese crust. My second favorite is the salmon : fresh Atlantic salmon marinated in a bourbon marinade, grilled to flaky perfection . Both entrees are low carb , keto, high protein and delicious! I love their Brussel sprouts and asparagus, too! My experiences at LongHorn Steakhouse has always been positive with consistently great food and service so I definitely recommend this restaurant. read more

We have a couple of friends in town with tonight being their last night in here we decided to have dinner tonight at longhorn. I wish I could say it was an amazing experience however it was the complete opposite. We ordered our meals all of us super excited to have a great steak served to us. The steak we ordered was supposed to be rare and our friends medium rare. The steaks arrived looked amazing however our steak was far from rare and the baked potato had an added ingredient of someone's hair. So I attempted to alert the waiter with no luck at first then when we did get his attention and he was shown the steak he asked what would we like him to do about it. Well a new one that was cooked correctly would be a good start and perhaps if it's not too much trouble a potato without hair in it was my response to his question. No oh my goodness I'm so sorry just grabs the plate and leaves. So I went to find the manager to express my concerns and make them aware of the hair issues. As I was showing her where we were seated another manager is coming to the table with a replacement steak and my wife was asked to cut into it to make sure it was cooked as ordered. He explained that he has an all new staff cooking and they aren't fully trained which is understandable but didn't address the hair in the potato or offer anything in compensation for the issue. Keep in mind our friends have just about finished their meal and my wife was grossed out by the hair she actually had to pull from her mouth. The waiter was rude and at no point returned to refill our drinks even before the food was delivered or after. We had to flag him down for refills and togo boxes and he seemed to purposely be making us wait. Same deal with the check. So we went to the bar in attempt to pay our bill so we could leave which at that point he comes up trying to take our friends bill said he had to run the card himself, my friend said you don't have to do anything anymore buddy and he then grabbed the one we had from my wife who was handing it to me not him. Rude is the only word for this guy. So I once again asked for the manager who we were waiting for before this dude took our check. She gave us a whopping $10 off our next visit as if this experience would make us want to return. It's sad that the staff doesn't value the customers more here. I doubt I'll ever use the $10 off because I will not be returning to this restaurant nor will I suggest it to anyone else. I will however be calling the general manager or higher up because this was a truly horrible experience and bad way for our friends to end their vacation. read more

Sadly, many of the steaks being served at this chain steakhouse are tough and overly peppered. In our last three visit to this restaurant our steaks were hard to chew, very spicy and overcooked. Even my sweet potato was lukewarm and my wife's mac and cheese seemed to have been reheated several times. But my roasted crispy roasted brussels sprouts were perfectly prepared. Our waitress mixed up my beer selection but I didn't want to complain since she was super busy that day, so I just drank it anyway. The steaks were delicious and service was wonderful Thank you to Longhorns Steak house for providing us with a great dinner experience. After a bad experience at a previous restaurant (Ang... ) where we were told that they did have prime rib for four when I asked prior to seating us, only to return and say that they are out less than 3 hrs after opening, which by the way was their special. We left that restaurant and headed to Longhorns Steak House. We were all very happy that we ended up here at Longhorn's. Very pleasant hostess greeted us, and everyone there was so pleasant. Great service with a smile. We had our salad and drinks as we awaited our meal. It was 2:35 pm when we arrived. There was no greeting, no smiles, and no customers other than a few tables, the hostess was on phone. By 2:54 pm no one had ever visited our table or even acknowledged our presence although servers walked by our table several times. Although very few tables were occupied, no waiter ever spoke to us. We walked to the exit to tell the hostess no server ever came to our table but she was on the phone again, hopefully taking an order but we are not sure. We just left and drove a block away to another restaurant where everyone greeted us as if we were long lost family members. This Longhorn needs to know it is NOT all about the food -- it is about the management -- how does a business train and treat their own employees? We do not blame any employee for how customers are treated because as former managers of two businesses we know how customers are treated is based on what flows down from the top--from the management to the employees. How are the employees here being treated? Hope this was just an off day but we won't be back. There are no "Be Backs" in the real world -- just kind people trying to help! read more
