We love both the deep dish and thin crust! Chicago classic with sausage, garlic, and butter crust is our fave. The Lou is also really good and I like the pepperoni. Their garlic cheesy bread is super good and loaded with cheese. The pizza is ready when they say it will be and staff is friendly. read more

I'm from San Diego California and I love Chicago style pizza. When I visit here, that's my first treat to myself. My friend recommended this pizza restaurant. I was so disappointed. I paid $14 for a personal pan pepperoni/black olive pizza. The only ingredient that alerted the taste buds was the tomatoes and olives. I had to hunt for the cheese and pepperoni. It was the smallest pizza I've ever seen. Hey, I get it, COVID has effected us all. I'm all about supporting our local businesses, but that is ridiculous. $14. Not a good Experience. Too much for so little. Maybe the larger pizzas are better. Don't waste your money on a personal pan. read more

This place is the worst I live out towards Montgomery and north aurora was so busy that they told me it was gonna be an hour and a half before I could pick up my pizza which I didn't want to do because I was just getting off work and I didn't want to wait around so I decided to go to the one in Oswego . so I ordered it and she told me 40 minutes because I wanted it well done great OK I'll take me around that time to get there so I get there. I'm waiting is beyond my 40 minutes and then a young lady comes out to inform me that they can't find my pizza. Now I seen a lady with LX pizza box with a wing container, I can't tell ,I don't have x-ray vision and the order wings . I had to wait another 40 minutes well why I was waiting , I encountered employees coming from the back making orders , He is eating the pizza hanging out of his mouth while were wrapping up salads with one hand because he was too busy eating pizza in front of a customers with the other. It was just it was just too much going on , too many kids all over the place doing nothing, It was a lot of waiting , it was just a mess, so I will not be returning there. No time soon. The manager give me a coupon for a free pizza and a salad for being inconvenienced. Lou Malnati's is the king of deep dish pizza and the true victor of Chicago pizza. From the always perfect buttercrust, to the mountains of cheese blanketing the mouthwateringly sweet sausage that nestle under the fresh tomato spread is pure art. I ordered deep dish pitza from here to try it out from their Oswego location. I normally get pitza from Jet . Unfortunately it was tasteless and vegetables seemed old and the crust was dry and unsalted what so ever. I called and complained and the staff were friendly telling me the store manager will call you. The manager which his name was Raoul was rude making me feel that I am making this up to get a free pitza!! I told him I'm honestly not interested to have another pitza from you even if its free!! Picked a half baked Chicago Classic for lunch today. They normally don't have 'CC' as the half baked selections but the folks at Lou's offered to get one started if we had 15 minutes of errands to run and then come back and take it home. As luck would have it, we did need to run errand - timing worked out perfectly!!! Delicious tasting perfect pizza once finished back at home at 400 degrees for the final 20 minutes. We have official converted to Lou Malnati's deep dish lovers!! We are saying goodbye to Giordano's. We ordered take out for the first time tonight from this pizzeria. We ordered Spinach, sausage, butter crust (bc well, butter), and extra sauce. The crust is flavorful and crispy compared to the bland crust at Giordano's. No skimping on the sausage here bc they give you a layer of sausage like a patty. Perfect amount of spinach too. The pie is not as thick as Giordano's and it's better for sure that way. The sauce is superb too with chunkier texture and fresher tasting. I felt Giordano's lately was just a big tall pie of chewy cheese and skimpy on the toppings. So delish! read more

Lou Malnati's is consistently good. The deep dish pizza with the butter crust can't be compared to anything else. The sauce and sausage have great flavor. If you order sausage, you'll get the patty by default (sausage in every bite); I don't know why but I prefer the typical pieces. This Lou Malnati's location is carry-out only; the closest sit down restaurant is in downtown Naperville. The employees are courteous; they ask if you want your pizza left whole or sliced first (people can be picky about this I guess). The restaurant is clean, and the wait time is a reasonable 30 minutes. read more

My family used to make almost monthly trips to downtown Naperville for the deep dish at Lou's, but now we can order carry out from here! So worth it! We LOVE the Lou. It's very unique. It takes 30 minutes to make, so it's not a quick service, $5 pizza place. Order ahead of time, pickup when told (you may have to wait a bit longer if they are busy), get it home and enjoy! Ordered delivery for dinner, first time from this location & and wasn't overly impressed. Malnati's however is consistent with the quality & taste of its staples.. The Malnati salad I ordered was well packed & tasty. The order of buffalo wings arrived kind of soggy, not crispy & piping hot as delicious wings should be. I don't know how many there were, but they were the perfect finger size I like (not enormously deformed) and aside from the sweaty coated crisp, they were ok. Malnati's might reconsider packing crispy, hot wings in an air tight plastic container.. The steam kills them. The medium thin crust pizza was just ok. It wasn't even lukewarm. Kinda like it'd been sitting in the box for a while. How does pizza go from their hot oven to cold before it arrives at your door? Delivery was within 45mins of the time I placed my order & I'd like to give them points for that; if the delivery girl would not have acted like she didn't even know why she was at my door. She hands my husband a piece paper & then stands and looks at him. He had to ask what she wanted before she mumbled I guess you need to sign (we'd paid via debit online). Malnati's might want to invest in delivery drivers that actually know the art of "delivery". Overall it was an expensive mildly disappointing meal. I'd have preferred to go sit down to grab a bite to eat out @ $50 than make due with their delivery. I ordered a piece of Tiramisu that's waiting on my kitchen counter. It looks delicious. Perhaps it'll be tasty enough to sway my opinion.. I doubt it. I'll stick to the downtown Chicago location that hasn't disappointed me yet. read more

Amazing pizza and incredible service. I want to thank the manager Mike and his team for a fantastic Grande Park Elementary fundraising night. The team was professional, courteous and hardworking. We were thoroughly impressed! Even after a disgruntled uninformed customer in the wrong (me!) questioned why they wouldn't deliver, the entire team was incredibly gracious. The Lou's salad is really good (the small will feed 4 people easily if it's to share before the pizza). Employees are really nice people at this to go location. Food runner said they "dropped" the pizza but could make another one if we waited 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we had to ask for the pizza. 45 minutes later we left. Love, love, love LM's pizzas. The sauce on top is genius as you don't get your palette burnt to hell from the hot tomato sauce when trapped under the cheese. We've tried the thin crust and that's pretty good but the butter crust spinach tomato pan pizza is the bomb! They tell you not to have it sliced until you get home as that keeps the crust crispy. read more
