I had visited this location when it first opened, and since then we regularly visit this Longhorn due to the convenience of the location. This night, it was a family celebration that brought us in. I had a less than wonderful experience, but I thought it was important to share. We were sat at 4:00 but didn't get addressed by a server until 4:15 or so, with no apology or explanation. The restaurant wasn't busy so it made no sense. We didn't have the cleanest experience, as there was food and other garbage on the floor around us and in the menus, but there was a worker trying to clean around us, so they may have been short staffed. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, got the drinks right away and the apps in a timely manner. We got the Texas Tunion which was saltier than usual but we didn't send it back as the table wasn't visited again until 4:35. At this point, we hadn't ordered dinner yet and were still working through the appetizer. As the table next to us enjoyed their apps and salads, we patiently waited to order dinner. At 4:38 we finally were able to place the order. By now, we were surrounded by dirty dishes and empty drinks. She brought new drinks, took our order, and let us know she'd be back to clear the table. Well, salads were delivered and the dishes were still there at 5:00, but all was cleared at the same time 5:10. Food was delivered to the table at 5:10 and it was delicious. We paid the check just before 6. Why this review? Remember, our perspectives matter, and our experiences matter, and our interactions with others do still matter. One review can hurt. In all of that madness, our waitress worked her behind off. She barely stopped to BREATHE. Instead of us getting upset, we enjoyed some additional family time together. We talked. We laughed. This place that had been so consistent had a bad day, but it happens. And it's still a 4 to me.

Plenty of parking and seating. Our waitress was excellent and food was delicious and hot. The ambiance was lively.

Update to original review December 23, 2025: While the initial experience at this location was disappointing due to a lack of courtesy, I appreciate the prompt follow-up and professional resolution provided by LongHorn Steakhouse's corporate guest relations. --- Original review December 21, 2025 I have been a regular customer at this LongHorn Steakhouse location and at the LongHorn chain overall. I've always treated the staff with respect and consistently leave very good tips. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perception of the restaurant. We went out for lunch as a family. I finished my Strawberry Salad, but it filled me up, and I barely touched the rest of my meal. I then requested a to-go container and a plastic bag, packed the remaining food myself, and placed everything inside a closed plastic bag. My daughter also left almost her entire 6oz sirloin with mac & cheese, which was packed and placed in the same bag. Because we were in a hurry, we accidentally left the bag behind. A short while later, once we realized it, I called the restaurant. To my disappointment, the first person I spoke with was dry, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. I then asked to speak with a manager, which only made the situation worse. The manager questioned whether I had "proof," as if my word and my receipt were not sufficient. I was told that no staff member reported that a guest left anything behind and that "they clean the tables." That explanation is unacceptable. This was a closed plastic bag containing clearly packed food, not loose leftovers on a table. Our server, Chuck, who received a very generous tip, did not make any effort to have the food held, even briefly. Instead, it was simply thrown away. No courtesy. No consideration. No customer care. I was not asking for a refund or special compensation. I simply expected basic decency and common sense, especially from a restaurant where I had been a loyal customer to both this location and the brand. This situation was offensive and deeply disappointing. You did not lose a customer because of a mistake, but because of the attitude and how this situation was handled. Very unfortunate to see such a lack of customer care from a brand that claims to value hospitality.

The lunch special is the greatest thing I've ever come across. Had the chicken sandwich and a Cesar salad for less than 10 bucks and the sandwich was huge and delicious. Our server was very attentive and patient and kind and the place was not loud or packed.

Absolutely Delicious. Hunny had a perfectly cooked sirloin, very tasty and way big enough. I had lemon sauté chicken that was superb. The sauce was sooo delicious, tasty , plentiful. Wait staff was very friendly, polite & informed. Comfortable atmosphere.

our waitress was very sweet, but this place made me never want to go to Longhorn again. I got a Ceaser Salad which was good, but my lunch entree lacked. I got a burger (medium well) that was supposed to have onion, pickle on it which it didn't. it was so bland but i was starving so i drenched it in ketchup and ate half. i then realized the meat was incredibly pink and bleeding so i just gave up. no manager cared enough to come out and talk to me about it, which is okay. i wasn't expecting anything free or discounted since i ate half but still the gesture would've been nice. Don't waste your money here folks

This was the second time visiting Longhorn Steakhouse and it was just as good as the first w. The filet was so tender that it seemed to melt in your mouth. The spicy Chicken Bites were an appetizer but portion was enough for dinner. The service was very good but I find they tend to rush you. The first time we didn't even finish our appetizers and the meal was being delivered. This time we ordered our appetizers and waited until we were almost finished, then put our dinner order in. I don't like being rushed through my dinner and I'm a slow eater. One other important thing is the seasoning on the steaks. They are very heavy with it. I ask for light on the seasoning and it has come out perfect for me. Some people like very salty foods but I don't and the flavor was spot on. The restaurant is typical Steakhouse atmosphere. This location is new and I hope the food and service remain excellent.

Exceptional service and food! The place is pristine but a little tight for more than 4 people as there are limited tables that fit more.

My friend Angela suggested we try Palm Harbor Grill, where she's had good experiences in the past. The restaurant is located in a strip mall alongside other spots and appears to have been recently renovated. Inside was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Our waiter, George, was friendly, down-to-earth, and very accommodating. He also spoke Portuguese, which made it easy for Angela to communicate. The menu was just okay. While it offered traditional Portuguese dishes, it also included Italian options, which felt a little out of place for a restaurant presenting itself as Portuguese cuisine. We started with the octopus in garlic sauce 5/5. It was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Easily the highlight of the meal. The shrimp in garlic sauce, served with Portuguese chips and white rice, was a bit of a letdown 2/5. There was very little sauce for the shrimp to soak up, and the flavor just didn't hit the mark. The biggest disappointment was the grilled Portuguese sausage 0/5. It was fatty, cold when served, and honestly inedible. George tried three times to warm it up for us. What made it more frustrating was watching other tables receive theirs flambéed tableside. Ours came out pre-cut and at what felt like refrigerated temperature. When we asked why ours wasn't served the same way, we were told that presentation style costs an additional $6. Really? I had the sangria, which was enjoyable though slightly on the sweeter side 3.5/5. Overall, I truly wish this experience had been better, especially considering the drive to Palm Coast from Jacksonville. I was hoping for a taste of home, but unfortunately, it fell short this time.

Eclectic place with pretty good food…read more Mrs and I enjoyed dinner there recently. We shared the escargot and it was delicious. Mrs liked the lobster ravioli and I had a decent steak

**Where do I even begin?**…read more We were visiting from out of town and made a reservation based on the website, which looked like it promised a five-star dining experience with a side of class. Spoiler alert: the only thing five-star about this place was how fast we wanted to leave. The red flags started immediately. The "ambience" was giving post-hurricane garage sale. And then the owner--dressed like a retired Jersey Shore cast member with a sad top-knot ponytail clinging to its last follicle--yelled from across the bar, "Welcome to the best restaurant in the county!" That was the first of many lies. We were squeezed six people into a table for four, even though there were plenty of empty tables, which we assume were reserved for ghosts or maybe just the owner's ego. Alcohol selection? Oh, just the finest! We asked for the beer list and were told there were *two* options. When we inquired about wine, the sommelier (a.k.a. the same server who forgot napkins, silverware, and the will to live) said, and I quote, "Red or white." That's not a wine list--it's a personality test. We were handed four sticky, mismatched menus with half the items violently Sharpied out like they'd been caught cheating on a test. At this point, most people would've made a break for it, but not us! No, we stayed. Because we're the kind of people who touch the stove *twice* just to be sure it's hot. We ordered the ahi tuna, escargot, and baked brie. The tuna came out looking like four sad, paper-thin slices of regret. No seasoning. No garnish. Not even a pity drizzle of sauce. Just raw fish, alone on a plate, contemplating its life choices. It tasted like someone froze a fish stick in 1993 and just now remembered to serve it. The escargot? Imagine rubber bands soaked in lukewarm garlic water. Now imagine paying money for that. The baked brie? Honestly, I blacked out at that point so I can't even tell you. After this culinary fever dream, we signaled for the check. That's when the owner reappeared, pants unbuttoned (WHY?!), and said--and this is 100% real--"Did I pissed you off?" Sir, the only thing more offensive than your grammar is your restaurant. We smiled, nodded, and lied that we had somewhere else to be, mostly because we feared telling the truth would end in a full-blown Jersey brawl in the parking lot. Final verdict: Never going back. You shouldn't go either. Save yourself. Go eat a gas station hot dog. Trust me--it'll be better.
