I went the other night for my birthday I had a great time ! Great service, my waiter was there every step of the way . She made sure I never ran out of water and that my food on point ! My steak was cooked to perfection , baked yam was delicious ( i had to scoop some of the cinnamon out of it but it was good )and the fries were ok . My husband and I come here occasionally for a local date night that's not too fancy, but still gives us that date night experience we want. Our server this past time had a great personality. She was also very attentive. Of course I had to order the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms because they are amazing! I could love to have the stuffing in a pasta dish. So flavorful! The steaks were cooked perfectly with a lot of flavor. The ribeye was much better than the New York strip though. The French onion soup has a rich broth flavor. It's on the sweeter side also. Slipping! 2 weeks ago I ordered a med-rare steak 23 min later received a well-done steak and they took it back. After everyone else was done eating and 39 min later I got my steak. Today after 12 min the waiter finally took our drink and appetizer order. After our meal was done they brought our appetizer out! We've eaten here many times. Last night wasn't great. Our server was pretty slow and really disinterested in providing good service. She took our orders down wrong and put in that we wanted "medium well" steaks when we clearly said "medium rare". That's a big difference. We had to ask for drink refills more than once before they got refilled. We had to ask for silverware because they were out when we got seated, and what we were given was still dirty and we had to ask for replacements. I hate giving a bad rating because I like this place, but I ordered to-go at 4 and it wasn't ready until 6, plus there was nowhere to park.

Went there yesterday and had to wait for an hour and a half before being seated. Our waitress was great. Everyone at the table got steaks and they were barely edible. They were so covered in seasoning that it was painful to eat. No one at the table said anything until someone in the group asked how my steak was and I replied that it was terrible. Their bartender's customer service is horrible she must've not attended customer service classes. She's a black female with very long braids and long eyelashes and slender build. I went there for lunch sat at the bar and she didn't even acknowledge I was there not once not twice it took her 20-minutes to finally say she will be with me shortly. The sad part was other customers that were there prior to my arrival were disappointed with her. She's rude, very sassy at the mouth. Her demeanor upon speaking to you whenever she does its like you regret even choosing to patron them. She was on her cellphone but you could tell she had an earpiece in when she finally decided to take my order. I ordered a burger and fries my food wasn't fresh just barely warm French fries were cold, someone in the kitchen fell down with the salt. The "Perfect" margarita tastes really good, stronger than I anticipated, and for the price well worth coming for. Ordered extra shrimp on the side, cooked well and tasted good. Complimentary bread is real good. This is my first time coming to one of these chains, it's best described as Texas themed Outback steak house. Really filling for the price. When they brought me the steak I immediately asked for A1 steak sauce. It took her at least 10 minutes to bring it to me. All the while as my steak was getting cold.
