Although the nearest Lexus service center is only about 2 miles from my house, I would wholeheartedly drive for 16 miles to get my services done at Longo Lexus. Go figure! May it be a phone call or an in-person inquiry, my 16-mile drive to Longo is far worthy than the 2-mile drive to another Lexus service center. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My special mention goes to Gregory Martinez (estimator for the collision department). He is Santa in the month of January. After showing him the garage-accident-scratches on my car, he clearly stated all the options that I can do to resolve my issue; from paying $$$ (it is expected, it is lexus) down to clearing the scratches on my own. Story short, Gregory "Santa" Martinez did his magical scrubbing and I left the service center with much less scratches on my car. I still don't get it - If I got a nail on the tire, was I supposed to get a signal from the car indicating low air on tire? It was all normal before I dropped off the car. I stopped by Longo Lexus parts department to pick up a few car items for my new Lexus (they are closed on Sunday) there went that and also with so much technological prompt's and gadgets in the vehicle I was having an issue connecting to the map on the screen so I stopped by for someone to help me, I pretty much was set up for everything else. John the tire specialist was very knowledgeable and considerate as he greeted me at the end of my first exceptional experience with Longo. Frank started me out on explanation of my service and exactly what I needed. I appreciate that they did not ever push additional services on me. They even called me especially to tell me I may have. Compromised wheel bearing and if my car was in an accident .. I said yes.. a major one and they suggested taking it to the body shop that did the work and my insurance instead of insisting I do it with them to save me money. I was shown rebate forms for my 4 tires purchased today very clearly and I had my $100 off for 4 tires as the sale stated. David finished my service and checked me out. Quick and speedy. I did not have to wait long at all. The loaner vehicle was perfect and clean. My recalled door handles were installed and my car was returned washed. Folks, if you ever gonna get a loaner car from them, make sure you record a video of the loaner vehicle before you leave there and again right after you get out the car during return. Otherwise, Mr. Andrew gonna come up with some damages you never knew about! Or you have Andrew inspect your loaner car before you drive off. 10 mins after Andrew took back the loaner car he came up to me to tell me I damaged the car and I need to be reliable for it. So how I damaged the bumper when there is no scratches or finger prints around the area? Thank you for ruining my weekend, buddy! Job well done! First off when I came in, Tony was the person to find me the right color and car I wanted. He never rushed or pushed me to buy a car. He gave me the right options on what I wanted. He also ordered the color I wanted in my RX (even though it took about 2 weeks to be delivered). During the 2 weeks, Tony called and text me to keep me updated the whole time. Every time I need service, I email / text Robin and he is quick to reply, even on his day off. He accommodates my work schedule and is able to arrange a loaner car for me for the times that I do the BIG services. I appreciate working with him because I know that my car will be taken care of. He is detailed oriented and very efficient in explaining what needs to be done. Had a terrible repair experience with Longo. Paid $200 for diagnostic and they wanted almost $500 more for total or $685 to repair my horn. They also wanted $250 an hour on top to repair the audio wire for alarm that they clearly saw was broken. Jason the service rep was fine and responsive but Technician 992749 quoted outrageous rates for what should have been simple repairs I don't know if Mgmt was squeezing techs for more money but times are tough and these rates were outrageous and offensive and tho it may not mean anything to Longo.. They have certainly lost a lifelong customer during these tough times I wish they were more reasonable and willing to help but bottom line is they squeeze customers unnecessarily read more
