Update on my ES 350. I took my car back the next day and met with the service director Paul Wareham. I explained my situation and Paul said he heard me and would like to make it right. I've known Paul for a very long time and I trusted him so I told him if he wanted to redo it he could. I left the car there that day and went back the next day in the afternoon. Paul, service advisor Edgar and detail supervisor Joel, all were there. I checked the car and this time it was done to my utmost satisfaction. The paint surface was silky smooth to the touch and they even removed the iron from the paint as a courtesy. Thank you for that! I would like to say that they were real people and had done an exceptionally good job. Based on my experience, if you need to detail your car, just go to Longo Lexus service and I can guarantee that you won't get disappointed. After another local Lexus dealer wasted my time and fed me bs about getting a tire replaced under my Lexus tire/wheel coverage, I ended up driving to Longo Lexus in the late afternoon on a Friday to get the tire replaced with no issues squeezing me in and getting white glove service the entire time. This is the same service my family as always gotten at Longo. I should've known better than trying to save time from driving far by going to another local Lexus dealership. Longo definitely gets it done and delivers on promises. This was a reminder to my family and I about how Longo Lexus has treated us. Shortly after we were in the market for a bigger car as my family had some new additions. There was no doubt in my mind that we were going to get another Lexus from Longo Lexus due to all the headache-free experiences we've had with services and purchasing our last car over the years. Shortly after that mishap with the tire, I was back here with my wife as we purchased a Lexus RX 450h. We called Victor Reyes, who previously helped us with purchasing our Lexus NX back in 2016, about a particular color combo and features we were looking for in a new RX 450h. He mentioned they haven't been getting a lot of RX 450h's in, especially any with the F Sport package, fully loaded, and especially black with a black interior. He told us he'd call us in a couple of weeks as he saw one with the exact configuration we wanted. If there's anything we already knew about Victor, he always comes through with his promises. He ended up calling us a week early than he promised and said the car was on the lot and he was saving it for us. This was in the middle of the week and both my wife and I work full time and have babies so there was no way we were going to be able to squeeze time to get there on a weekday. We told him we were going to come Saturday. Saturday came and plans changed. We told him we would come Sunday instead. We were there Sunday morning. He had the car put aside for us with a note on it saying it was reserved for us. He mentioned how that model with those features don't come around often at all and how they probably wouldn't see another for the next 4 or 5 months. Knowing this, he still held it for us for about a week even after rescheduling with him twice. He got us more on our trade-in that we would've been offered at other dealerships. He got us his best price with no markups. He didn't upsell us on anything. We just gave him our information and he took off calling lenders and working it out. We expected a certain percentage on our loan which he thought was likely and he ended up coming back with a number way less than expected. We were out of there by the early afternoon with a new car. TLDR: A+ service department that I've dealt with over the last 5 years with our previous car. A+ salesman in Victor Reyes who we dealt with with our first Lexus NX and now with our Lexus NX 450h. No frills, no upselling, just straight business with the customer in mind. read more

Came here today, we were looking for a particular style with a red interior. We were not greeted or helped by anyone. In fact when we sat in one of the cars, a very rude guy named Eric ran out and said it was on hold for someone (which is understandable). He rushed us out and may as well have rushed us off the lot. He did not attempt to ask us if we needed help and when we did ask him questions he was very short and dismissive. He just did not want to deal with us. We ended up leaving disappointed with no car. A quick internet search lead us to another dealership in Glendale where the entire staff was much more welcoming and helpful. 4 hours later we ended up buying a car in Glendale instead. Sorry Longo, you guys should really work on your entitled attitudes and probably retrain Eric. UPDATE: Kevin, their sales manager reached out to me. After deciding on a color scheme and the options that we wanted, I reached out to some of my Lexus friends (shoutout to Club Lexus!) and 2 of my friends (whom also knew Sergio) immediately referred me to Sergio at Longo Lexus. I initiated a text conversation with Sergio via my iPhone and we actually agreed upon the best price for my new 2019 RX350 F-Sport via text! No uncomfortable haggling back and forth. No BS. No fuss, no muss. We then made an appointment to come in that weekend to test drive the car, and when we got there, Sergio greeted us and had Ferdinand take us for a test drive of the vehicle. We immediately fell in love with the vehicle after test driving it. After the test drive we sat down with Sergio and talked about about our financing options and other misc. optional maintenance packages. Sergio was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and overall made us feel at ease with our purchase. It truly was the easiest and most pain-free car transaction that I have ever been through. After confirming everything with Sergio, we hopped over to Peter's desk to finish signing all of the contracts and financial paperwork. Peter - also very professional and a funny guy After signing everything, I had Sergio make sure to have someone put the big red bow on top of our new RX for some pictures! (#DecembertoRemember) After about a week of owning the car, I noticed that our car did not come with a rear cargo carpet mat for the trunk area. 1 star is for the sales/finance department Service department: 4.5 stars I've been to Longo Lexus several times for maintenance. People are usually very friendly. I remember Robin Ho and Jennifer Lew especially. Sometimes the wait could be long even with appointments. The waiting area is as comfortable as can be with snacks and drinks (coffee, tea, soda, water). Power outlets every where to charge phones. Sales/finance department: 1 star I called to make sure Longo Lexus accepts/processes lease buyout from another dealership and was told they do. I then got transferred to speak to a lease consultant, he also confirmed that they do. I asked him for the best finance rate and said I got preapproved by BOA for a much lower rate than what he gave over the phone. He said he'll have to check with his finance manager. He never called me back. I called the guy again the next day and left a voicemail message, still nothing. Really??? Since I will have to wait another hour and half here I might as well write a review in regards to my experience here today. We purchased brand new car here at Longo for my father and now doing our first service here. After I checked in with my appointment, the guy told me I would see my service advisor soon. Sure they're pretty busy for the day and I don't mind waiting for a bit to see my advisor. After over an hour of waiting, I still haven't see my advisor which means that nothing has been done with the car yet. Some people who came after me already left with their car being done. So I got a little impatient and ask the guys that checks people in that when will I see my advisor because at that point I just want to get things rolling. The guys told me my advisor left for the day! And no one told me about this. So yes, waited over an hour for no reason. Another advisor took me and didn't even apologize and told me it's just something ill have to understand. So yes, as a customer I have to understand everything and just let you guys brush me off with that attitude. I absolutely understand due to COVID there will be short staffed and that is why I was so patient and friendly. In return I expect business to understand I might be the 100th customer you're seeing today but to me you're the first dealership of the day. So before you let me see your frustration think about that. Absolutely lack of communication from Lexus and perfect, none of them felt bad about this. I'd stay away from big dealership from now on. If they don't need me as a customer I'm more than happy to help out smaller dealerships. But with attitudes like that, trust me Longo you will lose many clients in the long run. I arrived at 11am and was met with a long line of cars just to check in with a member. I explained to a member that I was dropping my car off for a service before work, and getting a loaner. The member replied back, "Well it's gonna be a long wait." I started stressing. I was then met by another member who was nice. Unfortunately I forgot my recently updated insurance card (my Lexus is not my main car). This created another draw back in time. I didn't get inside the building until 11:40am. I don't have a particular service advisor, but the ones that I've encountered have all been nice and courteous. As for the sales guy who sold me my car, he was "fair." I don't even remember his name--I think that says much about him. Lacked enthusiasm but he sure didn't want to lose my business when I told him that another dealership had offered me a lower price for the exact same car, so he was able to price match. But bc the maintenance people have always been nice, I give 2 instead of 1 Star After driving German cars for over a decade (VW, benzo and bmw) I decided to try out some reliable Japanese product (my husbands three cars are all Japanese and he's a firm believer!). Because everyone knows Longo has a huge inventory, I popped in one day and popped out with a brand new NX 200. I didn't love it from day one but it was cute safe and reliable. It was just slow and lacked power. But it was a lease. As the end of my 3 years approached I started to consider which Lexus I would take next. And IF I even wanted to go with Lexus again for my next car. The sales calls increased (always during work hours!) and everyone wanted to know if I was going to purchase, or get a new Lexus. I didn't know I told them. Until someone t-boned me. We were almost through the intersection on our green light, and some smarty decided to run his red light. Rammed straight into us. Welp- we thought that being a lease, Longo would like to fix their own inventory. We could've gone to a (way) closer and more convenient body shop. But we took it to Longo, not only so that they could make it like new for the next owner, but with the hope that they could give us a Lexus loaner or rental in the month (!!!) that it'd take to repair my car. No such luck. Lexus had a bunch of recalls they said. Sent us out with a little tiny (non Lexus) car that's way smaller than my Lexus suv. We tried calling to politely request a Lexus rental. Nope. Lucky to even have gotten the tiny red Hyundai. So yeah. That's why I'm disappointed. And that's why once my lease is up in feb, I won't return to Longo. read more

I spoke with Jim about it, he was very understanding with the situation and assured me that they would be able to get it done. My vehicle was given to Technician Sean for the alignment. In March I put a deposit down to be put on the waiting list. I first dealt with Starnie Li who was very rude and then Angelica Ugalde. It was almost four months later and I haven't heard a word from them so I decided to chat online and ask what my status was. Nobody called me back so I called and asked for the manager Peter Kong. He told me he would get someone to look into it. Long and behold he had the same rude lady (Starnie Li) call me back. She said Angelica Ugalde had left the company two months ago. Starnie Li said now I was 250 on the waiting list and didn't know when a car would be available. Nobody could call me to let me know Angelica left the company or what my status is ??? I usually have no issues with this place. I've purchased cars, and had maintenance done here for almost 2 decades. My experience however in the loaner car area today made me write this review. I brought in a vehicle for a warranty enhancement. The loaner area was busy and girl working informed us there was going to be a wait, which was fine. I asked for the amount of time it would take and she couldn't give an answer. I said will it be a hour or so? She said it'll be under that, and told us to wait in the waiting area and she would call our name. The area adjacent to the loaner counter was packed and due to Covid we waited on the other side nearest to the counter. We waited for over a half hour and decided to walk back to the counter and see if the car was ready. When we walked back, that same girl asked us what we needed... like she forgot who we were?! I need my rental... she was chit chatting with a technician at the time not doing anything. She then picked up my license from her desk which I gave her earlier, and said she was working on my loaner and was waiting for a car but one just became available... which was a lie. She didn't even get my card or insurance yet... I'm not bothered by the wait, or that she forgot to call me up when a car was ready. I'm annoyed that she lied to my face when I was in a hurry and had somewhere to go. We waited for a half hour when we didn't need to. Earlier she had no loaners and people were waiting in line. When we returned, no one was in line and her little basket now had about 5-6 keys with a bunch of loaner cars outside, when there wasn't any earlier. We even were able to choose what vehicle we wanted. She said she was waiting on a loaner to be available to call us. Why didn't she call us earlier when she had at least 2 for sure. I know because we were offered a es and she was able to switch it to a nx on the spot. So I'm sure a car was ready waaaaay before we walked up to ask. Even the lady waiting in line behind was gone already... I didn't get her name because she had her name tag turned around. When she finally took and recorded our info for the loaner she had a guy go out with us and inspect the vehicle before they turned it over. The guy was pleasant and did everything quick as I would expect with Lexus and my past experiences with longo. If management cares and want to prevent this from happening again, I came in on 9/19/20 ... I was at the loaner counter around 1:30-2:20 if you want to see who the employee was. read more

After 4 long weeks, my car search is finally over! And it's all thanks to Longo Lexus. To start, I highly recommend getting Anthony Nguyen if you're looking to purchase. You know all those stereotypes about sleazy car salesmen? Anthony is the antithesis of that guy - considerate, informative, and never pushy! As a woman who went to buy a car on her own and faced a lot of salesmen who didn't take me seriously, Anthony was a breath of fresh air. And as someone who was searching for a Lexus IS 300 for 4 weeks, let me say that Longo has the best prices in town! It's a tough market to be buying in, but unlike other crazy dealers that have +$5000 markups on their cars, Longo was fairly priced and it's no wonder their dealer is filled with customers (after weeks of empty dealers, that was a funny sight). I highly recommend Longo for your next Lexus purchase! Also worked with Finance Manager Ian Clubb who was just as laid back but attentive as Anthony. You can just tell these are some honest employees at Longo and I highly appreciated that. With Carvana taking over the car buying experience, I was wary of going to a dealer...
