I might as well go to Mickey Mouse repair shop and have Mickey fix it. Just tell me you can't get the work done and I will take my car to other shops that's all simple as that. I told my brother in law what happened and he said its a SIMPLE easy fix and I should've just taken it to him. But I like to be hard headed and do things my way. I wasted 2 weeks of my time in this useless "repair shop". Go there if you want the run arounds or unprofessional service. If I could rate this negative 5 I would love to but Yelp makes me give at least one star. Btw if your a woman they'll treat you EXTRA nice. They diagnosed her on the spot and fixed her car. They tightened a screw and blew out some dirt with a leaf blower (for free!) and the wipers are working perfectly. On top of that, we were told that they would call us with a location if our car was not parked outside or close (because we could not get there before close). When I arrived, in the rain, the car was no where to be found. Had to wait until they re-opened in the morning to call for the location and go back to pick it up. Awful, misleading service. I started to make some calls to get a quote on a new one and ran the battery down (I had been having a problem with the battery previously, but it was usually fine if I didn't run the radio or leave the lights on without the engine running). So, now my car wouldn't even start. I called Downtown Ronnie and someone from the shop came to where I was parked and jumped my car for free. Then they quoted me a fair price for a new cat (less than half what the Toyota dealer quoted), muffler pipe, and oxygen sensor and got the work done by the next day. I will definitely go back.
