Here is my before and after of the 2 middle front teeth Dr. Lopez fixed for me. These are not veneers! I repeat NOT veneers! They are gorgeous and so natural looking!!!!!! Besides curing my dental phobia which was a miracle, this goes above and beyond what I ever expected. I never even asked or expected to have this smile. Karina scheduled my appointment for a day where they are closed (TODAY) I specifically told her I prefer mornings but I decided to go with what she said. I had to leave a family matter just to make sure I could even be seen. I was supposed to be seen in November & they rescheduled. We can't seem to get a day where it'll work. Dr Lopez is nice BUT be mindful of what she tells you because she doesn't always remember what she says. For instance she said I had a cavity that we would take care of it at a later date. When that day came she stumbled on her words & said there was no cavity. Again sweet women who work here yet unorganized. Let's talk about FACTS: I was suppose to be seen in NOVEMBER yet was called from your front desk because you'd be closed that day. So I agreed that I would see you at the next appointment which I called and canceled. Left a message. Was called to reschedule for the day of your seminar which could easily been a miscommunication. I was scheduled one time before then rescheduled again due to closing (above statement, please feel free to check records if you feel I'm wrong) You're speaking about jaw issues which I never brought up in my above review. I'm talking about CAViTIES which dentist are supposedly there to take care of. I also stated you women are nice yet unorganized. I recently returned from a trip abroad, and the first thing I'm going to do is call Dr. Lopez to schedule an appointment! You will not find a dentist that is more caring and attentive towards her patients than Dr. Lopez. Before I left for my trip, she went to great lengths to see me so that I wouldn't have discomfort during my trip. As a dentist, and more importantly as a human, you won't find anyone better, and her staff is just as impressive. Update: For whatever reason, Yelp didn't want to post my original review, so I wanted to repost it and add a bit more content. By far the best dental office I have ever visited. I cracked my front tooth in half and was lost in hope until I met Dr. Lopez who really worked with me financially to help me afford Veneers and have the perfect smile. I just had to take some x-rays and had a cleaning they did for me they are really good love their service

Called got my daughter an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Went at the time she was scheduled the office was closed. When I called on Monday, I was told their computer was down and someone would call me back. No one called me back so I called them. I was lied to and told my daughter was never scheduled for an appointment and then I was told yes, it was that Friday but the office was closed due to no patients being on the schedule. Not sure how the dentist is but the office staff is not helpful at all. read more

Dr. Lopez was great! She gets to know her patients by name and so caring. She is very understanding too, she quoted me a great price for my wisdom tooth when we found out my insurance wouldn't cover the extraction. The office is completely renovated so it just feels nice being there! She makes me have an enjoyable time at the dentist something i definitely was not expecting! I used to go to western dental until my mom recommend her after my two visits Im hooked! even though Western Dental is right down the street from me i would gladly drive the 30 mins fro my house for her service. !0 times better than western dental!!!! Sold implants to my 80 year old husband without explaining the process. It's been more than a year and they're still not done. They dont deliver as promised. Appointment has been rescheduled several times because teeth aren't in. They dont appear to know how to work with the lab that's supposed to be making them. Very unprofessional. They should have fitted him with dentures a long time. He'd be able to eat again. They book a lot of people at the same time and the wait time is very long. Beware. read more
