this place is kind of set up like a fast food restaurant atmosphere. This was recommended to me by a coworker who's eaten here before. They said the chicken was really good. I walked in. They just remodeled the restaurant. It's very spacious with seating and booths along the wall. Plenty of tables in case anyone wants to dine in. The cashiers are located right in the front and the lady was nice enough to answer any of my questions. It was my first time here ordering something. I ordered the whole chicken combo based off of recommendations and it did not disappoint. The chicken was not dry. It was cooked perfectly and came with marinated juices that went well with the chicken. My coworker ordered the Chilaquiles and another one ordered the burrito. I would definitely recommend this place to come try the chicken. I would probably come back to try something else on the menu like the burrito. it's nice that this is close to my office so I can just pick up my lunch and head back in.

31 dollars for a asada plate with a agua for the price the food should of had flavor the beans and rice had no kind of flavor i asked for flour tortillas they gave me corn the only thing that was good was the agua fresca other. that i wont be coming back

Pollo loco comes nowhere near this spot! Want authenticity and quality. This place right here will have you wishing you ordered more tortillas!!! I'm serious order extra tortillas. This place is packed with flavor, that's just authentic. The portions are good the price everything really. The service is superb they have an amazing staff I think it's family owned. But they do a wonderful job and getting you in and out. This place is located on the east side of town surrounded by commercial complexes. So if you have never been it's probably because it's a gem in the middle of warehouses. Nevertheless this place it's a must. Their chicken en salsa Roja Tortas are also good here but I mainly come for the chicken! Be sure you order extra tortillas!!!

So I ordered for a friend and decided to get myself a taco also. I do believe it was miscommunication because I ordered three chicken tacos for my friend. I then ordered myself a taco. I asked if they made bean and cheese tacos cause I know you can get a bean and cheese burrito all day and night but bean/cheese tacos are not normally advertised. She said yes, so of course. It was a great surprise to me when I opened my container, it contained bean, cheese and chunks of chicken, which was interesting because my friend's taco was shredded chicken so I thought well maybe this is quesadilla, let me examine this and It was full on chicken, which was a problem since I'm a vegetarian. so my friend got a total of four tacos, to his delight, and I do not have a clue how the food taste at this restaurant maybe next time.

Caldo de pollo... forget those cubes of chicken it real chicken parts boooooieee. : P Not too salty!

If you're in the area, headed to El Pollo Loco, and pass this place up, I don't want to know you because there's something really wrong with you... but seriously. The chicken is so flavorful, marinated, and juicy. It tastes like something you'd for real make at home. Meals come with generous sides and toppings. I got two 4 ounce salsa cups (one roja and one verde) and I didn't even have to beg for it like at El Pollo Loco. I even got chopped onions, cilantro, and lime. My grilled chicken was a generous exact half of a chicken with grilled jalapeno, grilled onion, and did I mention flavor? So if you're still headed to El Pollo Loco ordering a mutant Plum Island experiment and being treated like a red headed step child you won't like this place cause it's got real food, flavor, and nice service. : D

I absolutely love their chicken, it's my favorite dish to order here. Rosa is so nice and gives excellent customer service. She checks on us and brings whatever we need with a smile. My Dad said his Camarones a lá Diablá was delicious but my roasted chicken was super delicious. Their homemade tortillas are fantastic. The salsa & sauces are the best homemade salsas I've had at a restaurant. I feel like I'm at my Abuela's house for dinner. I am a very picky Mexican eater and drive from the Marina to come here. The dining room has very comfortable booths and they are always clean when we come. Will be back very soon.

I love this place. I always get a half a chicken with all white meat,potato salad and green salad. It is such a good price and the chicken is delicious. After having a bad experience at a Pollo Loco location yesterday I was eager to go to my favorite spot which is near work. This is definitely a place to come and visit. read more

I don't know about you but the name of this restaurant reminded me of pollos hermanos from breaking bad. Honestly, that's really the only reason I tried this restaurant in the first place. I would actually pleasantly surprised about how good the chicken was at this place. My favorite is the chicken dish that you can get with tomatoes and onions. The chicken is very fresh and tasty and succulent. The service was pretty quick and the people were very considerate. The parking was also easy. I would definitely come back again. read more

I ordered the half chicken plate with rice and beans. I also ordered a side of "Nopal", not many places can you order a nopal (asado or as a salad), so I decided to get that with my plate. The food took me back home...the chicken tasted amazing with a nice crunch to the skin and a good taste overall. Definitely try this place out! read more

Best chicken in town! Grilled to perfection in a family owned business that will welcome you like the fourth brother! Their staff is friendly and their food is amazing. My kids loved their chicken so Im definitely coming back :) their potato and macaroni salads are delicious. Treat yourself sometime and stop by. I found this place around 8 months ago and honestly it's the best family owned spot I have ever been too! This place beats any chicken restaurant I have ever been to! And the prices are great!! They are fast at serving even when they are busy (which is always). I have sent many people here and they all have said great things as well! My favorite spot for rotisserie chicken. read more

I go here pretty regularly, I have IBS and I have to avoid garlic, onion, gluten and a litany of other foods. This place is always consistently good and I have no issues with my tummy when I eat there. My bill today for half a chicken with rice and tortillas was under $9. read more

The 3 stars is for the chicken itself, which has a good taste. But their chicken burrito is nothing to rave about. The burrito is bland and the salsa they use for the we burrito had no flavor. I will also say that their prices are certainly higher compared to other similar places. I will not be coming to this establishment anymore. read more

Passable roast chicken, with the normal mexican sides. Nothing really stood out as being especially bad, but I was not impressed by the meal in anyway either. I probably wouldn't return even though it's only a few minutes from my new office. There's got to be better chicken around here. read more

I used to work around the corner from this place. In the seven years I worked in the area I saw at least 4 other restaurants open in this exact location. Los tres pollos is the only one that made it. They keep it simple and that's the secret to having consistently good food. Whatever marinade they use on the chicken just plain works! I have never been disappointed by my meal. Even the salsa bar keeps it simple. A spicy red, a medium green and a chunky mild is all they offer but each one has been perfected. They offer regular tortillas but for a dollar more you can upgrade to hand made. Well worth the extra charge. If you don't feel like having chicken they do offer other traditional Mexican choices, but the chicken is where its at. read more

Geah!! Ive read a few reviews since I started going here and ??? I gotta say I dont know what people are thinking.. its in the hood soooo??? some sound as if they were expecting P.F Changs.... It is what it is....great meal for the price....staff is always courteous.... The bad reviews are the same people who panned "The Hangover" sequels... its not "Like water for chocolate" its some dudes go to vegas and get drink..ha haaaa...... read more

Love love love this place. We only have the whole chicken special. The grilled chicken is amazing. Don't get the beans just sub for more rice and the red salsa and pico de gallo are awesome. We get office lunch from here for our whole factory and ourselves all the time. Juicy tender flavorful and cheap! read more

I come here about every other weekend. I always get the pollo rojo ane hot spicy. The chicken nachos were really big and had lots of chicken but lately they have got a little greedy. Over all this place is good. read more

It is all in the FLAVOR! and they do it right , Ordered the half chicken plate with rice and beans , The portions are more than enough , perhaps even leftovers if you get filled rather quickly . But i cant stress enough about the flavor . From the skin being crunchy to the inner portion of the chicken filled with tender chicken goodness .Will continue to come here to try more of their menu items. read more

Oh this place is so sooooo dang good!!! Only thing i ever get is their chicken specials. Beans are great!! Rice is pretty good. The chicken- AH MAN!!! RIDICULOUS! Delicious!! And the salsas too!!! I mean they limit how many salsa containers they give you for a reason!! I literally drink the pico de Gallo salsa like it's my side dish. I mean it is veggies right?!? :) the customer service is always impecable. And the prices- if you compare to what you pay for day old "rotisserie" chicken at the market, pppssshh, price is right on!! For fresh food! And you're doing your part to support small business! Win! Win!! Win!!!!! read more

Food is amazing!! I went with my friends family here once and the food was just finger licking good! Im not a fan of chicken, but this chicken had so much flavor. The service was great. Parking is mostly street parking, and when we went there was space available, though you may have to walk a little bit depending on the time. Overall, the portion size and value stood out to me. This is a solid, comforting Mexican spot, and I'd come back.

The gobernador's shrimp was a bit too mushy for my taste. Overall, the food was good and I'll will be back if I'm in the area.

My husband also ordered a pork cutlet bowl, and we shared a sashimi plate with scallop, cod, salmon, and two types of tuna. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. We also shared the jidori egg and seaweed salad. Out of everything we ordered, my favorites were definitely the sashimi, the shrimp and scallop tempura, and the jidori egg. Their crisp cutlet had beautifully made with an easy crunchy exterior and soft tender pork savory to taste. All elements complimented each other perfectly. Their soba was also good quality and a nice touch to an already balanced dinner. While I was exactly stuffed after dinner, i was still impressed with their entree presentation, quality of food, calming ambiance and great service.
