Loved this place! Surprised there isn't many reviews on it or photos. I worked and needed some authentic Mexican cuisine and this placed met my need. I had the steak picado which was accompanied by rice, beans and tortillas. Everything was excellent with the exception of the rice which was tolerable. It's okay no one makes good rice. The steak picado had zero fat. Beans had a healthy amount of cheese and the tortillas homemade. My wife had the shredded beef taco and she said the flavor was great. The enchilada was good too. It seemed more like the old El Paso sauce instead of the normal red chilis sauce we are accustomed to but she said she would get it again. This is worth stopping for. Try them out!

    Shrimp burrito

To start of, the salsa and chips were okay. Not the greatest salsa. The tacos, the shrimp itself very well seasoned, but the tortilla itself not great. Overall the taco plate a 3/5. The bay burrito, the filling lacked flavor it would be a 2/5. Customer service was standard, nothing bad to say about that.

    Shredded beef taquitos

I went there with my mom for her birthday, we love Mexican and there's not many places to go in osos. She was addicted to the chips and salsa, their chips were very crispy and light, not too hard; really good and stood out from other chips. We shared some beef taquitos; they came out quick with sour cream, guac, and all the good stuff. The shredded beef was juicy and tender. They gave us wine and beer which was amazing! The waitress was so sweet and nice, she treated us extremely well, and loved her smile. Really outstanding service and food, we are definitely going again! Highly recommended!!

Our server was super sweet and helpful. I tried the mole chicken Enchiladas. It was like eating them in someone's home. Delicious and cravable! I will definitely be back!

First let's start with the salsa and chips. The salsa tastes like canned diced tomatoes with water added then add a few sprinkles of cilantro no flavor what's so ever and the chips were stale and overcooked I ordered the Los Cabo's Tostada with chili verde that I could not eat I took two bites and sent it back. The meat was cold besides lacking flavor. I will not go back usually I will try again just hoping it was a bad day but no not again. Guess I should be happy I got 15% off inedible food, lucky for me I had chicken noodle soup and and homemade biscuit at home

    tortilla soup, yum.

We didn't have to wait very long for our table of 6 to be seated. We were promptly offered beverages and ordered an appetizer. Crab cakes to start were excellent! A perfect bite before our main entrees. My mom ordered their seafood steamer. Everything was cooked excellently, and was absolutely delicious. My 6 year old daughter got their black bean burrito. I didn't have any of this, but my 1 year old shared it with her and there were no complaints from either. My step father ordered the baja fih tacos. These were absolutely delicious as well! My boyfriend got their fish and chips, zero complaints. Also incredibly tasty. I ordered the clams and linguine noodles. I have to say... These were one of the most delicious preparations of clams I have EVER had. The most flavorful broth. Garlicky, tomato-y, phenomenal. We inhaled every bite and asked for some bread to soak up the goodness at the end. 10 outta 10, reccomend!! Finished dinner with their house made carrot cake, flourless chocolate torte, and their mud pie. Also reccomend all of these, but their flourless chocolate torte was one of the best I've ever had. I wish I could eat this every single day. Lol. Anyway... Do yourself a favor and come here to eat!!! Also, editing to add: our server Garrett was amazing!

Servers are friendly and accommodating. Our family has been enjoying Bayside and making memories since it opened over 20 years ago. Food is always house made and consistent quality. Standouts are the fish and chips, fresh fish specials, special green-chili clam chowder; and for the the non fish eaters, there's plenty of goodness to choose from, including tri-tip sandwiches; chicken burrito is huge; enchiladas, tostadas, delightful salads, nachos, the best onion rings in town and a decadent Mud Pie or Berry Cobbler. Bayside keeps it local and comfortable. Just good food and views!

The meat was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and honestly one of the best omelettes I've tasted. The steak and eggs were unfortunately a miss for me. The steak was a little dry and lacked flavor, but the super crispy potatoes definitely helped make up for it. The Cinnamon French Toast was good, just not as unique or homemade-tasting as I expected, still a solid 8/10. The hot chocolate was another 10/10 So delicious! The cafe itself is such a cute little spot with an outdoorsy, relaxed vibe and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for sitting around, chitchatting, and enjoying a meal. Overall, I'd definitely come back and explore more of the menu.

Garden plants in bloom welcomed us wholeheartedly, along with happy birds and bees. Service was friendly and efficient. My husband had a turkey club with an upsell of onion rings. His sandwich was delicious. Fresh crisp lettuce and veggies, thick slabs of bacon, and turkey. The bread was thick and seemed homemade. Onion rings came out nice and hot. My husband loved all of the sauces. I ordered the Brassica Crunch salad. Every ingredient was fresh and well prepared. It was nice to find a salad that was not from the regular salad templates that are on every menu. Loved the crunchies on it, mixed greens, broccoli, and cauliflower. The dollop of chevre in the middle was great for spreading on the cheese toast that accompanied the salad. Every bit about our meal at Celias' Garden Cafe was rewarding. So much heart there. Go if you haven't yet. Also looks like it is a lot of fun at night with cornhole, connect four, and live music too.

The good: Amazing location, great staff, beautiful scenery, good soaps and products in the rooms…read more The bad: Building is a little bit dated, the rooms don't have AC, but the ceiling fan does the job. Small bathroom, and spotty WiFi. If you're looking for something off the beaten path in a quiet yet beautiful spot and you're willing to tough it out just a little, this is a good place to stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and received better…read moreservice etc. Also, at least at the "cheap" hotels you absolutely know what you are going to get. Here you are sold a wolf ticket and being told you are going to see the best show on earth. Upon arrival to the room I noticed water on the floor which was not a result of mopping due to the fact that the floor felt sticky. The floor was also filthy. One walk across left the bottom of my feet dirty. In the bathroom there was scratched off paint as if someone or something was fighting for their life to get out of the bathroom. There was also dirty hand prints on the wall of the bathroom that had no place to set toiletries or clothing. There was also no bar soap and the coffee had not been refilled. We were staying for 4 nights and there were only two coffees. One of the biggest issues was the lock was broken on the door, as if someone had forced their way in or tried to force their way out. Very unsafe for a ground level room, especially considering plenty of addicts seem to stay here and party all night. The room also had no proper ventilation, no ceiling fan, and an old box fan that had paint all over it. The fan barely did anything and even at 55 degrees outside the room remained HOT. I also had to crawl on the floor behind nightstand to find somewhere to plug it in. Even with all this and more there was push back about switching rooms because they supposedly never do that on the weekend when a room is unsafe? They said they had to clean the new room and I had to missed a family event to wait for new room to be cleaned and moved into (no help offered). Then that room was slightly better but the floor was still filthy and the soap in the bathroom was just set in the caddy after epoxy they attached it with failed. I had to get my own socks dirty so that my feet would say clean. The beds are way too soft and you have to sleep in the center to feel like you aren't going to fall off. The water pressure is non existent. The customer service was spotty. Pet fee not explained well at all but that was all my fault according to person who explained that they HIGHLIGHTED the information. Very young people who work there who are made to put up with all the BS owners and management make them deal with. How are they to know? It's too bad, it is a wonderful location. I hope they can update someday so that it might be worth what they charge and match what they advertise. This was my one vacation this year. It was no less than awful. Aside from putting us in a safer room, the staff did nothing for us. Up to $275 a night for what? So disappointing. Update: They ended up giving us a night+ refund for our troubles. While most certainly appreciated, I feel like it was the smallest band-aid on the biggest cut. Update 2: they replied saying that lock was operational. When you put safety lock over door you could still open the door. So NO, not operational. And they said that maintenance said it worked. Nope the nice maintenance worker did NOT say that. So on top of everything else, they are now lying.
