Our server was super sweet and helpful. I tried the mole chicken Enchiladas. It was like eating them in someone's home. Delicious and cravable! I will definitely be back!

First let's start with the salsa and chips. The salsa tastes like canned diced tomatoes with water added then add a few sprinkles of cilantro no flavor what's so ever and the chips were stale and overcooked I ordered the Los Cabo's Tostada with chili verde that I could not eat I took two bites and sent it back. The meat was cold besides lacking flavor. I will not go back usually I will try again just hoping it was a bad day but no not again. Guess I should be happy I got 15% off inedible food, lucky for me I had chicken noodle soup and and homemade biscuit at home

    tortilla soup, yum.

After a hike at Montaña de Oro, Los Cabos was a perfect stop for a meal. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. I recommend the cup of soups, wow, the albondigas soup was 10/10 and the tortilla soup was tasty! We also ordered the Nachos de asada to share and it was the perfect size. The service was spectacular, Stacie/Stacy was such a sweet and attentive host/server. Side note: We had a picky eater in the group and this restaurant passed the test. We look forward to visiting again on another trip into town as we were visiting from Los Angeles.

What really made it stand out was how easy the whole experience was. We called in the order ahead of time, walked over from the state park, and everything was ready for pickup without any hassle. Super efficient and perfect for a camping trip setup when you don't want to deal with a long wait or sit-down meal. The hostess was also incredibly friendly, which made the whole interaction feel welcoming from the start. Big bonus that they're dog friendly too--always appreciated when traveling with a pup. After grabbing food, we explored the nearby trails around the bay, which honestly made the whole experience even better. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Morro Bay.

Service was welcoming and friendly, the clam chowder is a must, our drinks stayed filled, and the ambience complimented the calm, cool, friday morning we had earlier on the water. California clam chowder - As described on their menu, it is a mix of their clam chowder and their spicy green chile soup. We absolutely loved this. I appreciate that it was not too salty, something that tends to be for a lot of places that serves clam chowder. There was plenty of clams, as you would expect but I come to find out later on my trip to a fish house in Monterey that this isn't always the case. We will come back to Bayside Cafe just for this. Fish & Chips - This one could have been a lot better. The fries and fish were fried to perfection but would have liked more seasoning since I did not get much from the fish. Drinks: Iced Tea - Sure, Iced tea not sweetened can be the same anywhere else but I don't know what it is but the brew that day was on point. The best part was that our servers made sure we didn't see the bottom. Overall, if they improved upon the flavor on the fish and chips and increased the portion of fries, I think Bayside Cafe would be a solid 5/5. Regardless, their location, clam chowder, and friendly service, is enough for me to return if we go kayaking again!

Tuesday evening was different only in the fact that "WE" chose Dorn's for "OUR" after Wedding place to enjoy a dinner and celebrate here with all. We took our vow's at the 24st beach in Cayucos, our Aloha wedding on the sand. Monica and I chose an M&M's candy theme, we passed out some of the candy as we came into the restaurant and gave some to the staff, all in good fun. We were greeted by our server Joy T. and the dinner fun was on! Joy took great care of the six of us. Champagne was poured order was taken and we're On. The Oysters arrived in a timely fashion, boom then the Caesar salad my wife and I shared perfect, and the entrees followed. Everything was fresh and hot and all the entrees were served at the same time, thank you. WoW nicely done kitchen and orchestrated by Joy herself. She then followed the show with a special congratulatory Chocolate Moose dessert (see pic). The evening was very special to us and those that we shared our wedding day meal at Dorn's. Thank You Joy!

Potatoes were cooked really well too.

Cons- black mold in the restroom, found a half eaten strawberry on the floor by the trash bin, sliding door is old and very loud & u can't lock the screen door and it had a large tear that flies and bugs can get through. If staying on lower level rooms u can hear the top rooms movement it is very loud. Overpriced, Nothing around except the restaurant on site, u have to drive to the shops and restaurants, not too far though, I just used DoorDash. No air conditioning. Patio is not private like I thought it was on the picture. My dog and I had a good stay, but I won't stay again they need to fix the mold issues, the sliding doors and screen door, and price needs to reflect what your getting, paying $400 including the discount price for two nights on a weekday is not worth it.
