Really great addition to the locally-owned restaurant offerings in Rock Hill. It's across town from where we live, but has quickly become our favorite place for delicious Mexican food. Our favorites are the Gringo Dip and AC Texano dish which includes big juicy shrimp, steak and chicken. Definitely a fun atmosphere any night of the week and consistently good food and drinks. They have a big menu to choose from, but my fave is the elotes (Mexican street corn), the carne asada fries, and the sopes (fried corn dough with Refried beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, quac, and sour cream). This is the closest to true Mexican food I can find in the area. Love it! read more

We ate here once and had an excellent time, the food and service was great. I just ordered take out. I was very disappointed when there were beans in my burrito and I asked to make sure no beans. Was very much looking forward to a cup of chicken soup then wasn't in my bag but was paid for. The side of tortillas that were paid for but also not included. And I just thought the cheeseburgers I ordered for the kids would have cheese on them. Thank goodness we had some at home. Will give them another chance because the food is good. Me and my boyfriend came in to try to place a to go order and stood in front of the host podium for minutes. The host DID NOT acknowledge us whatsoever, no greeting or anything. I'm not sure if it is a race thing but it sure felt like it cause when 2 white girls came up beside us, she greeted them IMMEDIATELY and was about to seat them!!! I had to say "excuse me, we were here first" and only thing she said was "oh" and that she would get us seated. No apology whatsoever for avoiding us!!! So at that point I didn't want to dine in, I'd rather have it to go and I let her know that and she said well you have to stand over there and wait until someone takes your order. The food was below average. We were seated right next to the tray where the bussers throw their dirty dishes. One of the waiters tossed a dish in and dirty food water splashed on my seven month pregnant wife. Then he just walked away. I wouldn't recommend the table side guacamole because that's the only thing that caught more food water splashing than my wife.
