Another time, our takeout order was wrong, and my family couldn't even eat half of it because we received revueltas we do not eat meat again .essed up our order. On our third visit, after calling multiple times and waiting again at pickup, we got home only to find ingredients missing from our panes. We tried calling to give them the chance to correct this order they never picked up our calls. As for the food, it's okay--I'd give it about a 6.5/10. I used can beans before but i fix them to have great flavor. We went ahead and ordered at the front, though we did encounter a slight language barrier, as the cashier primarily spoke Spanish. Fortunately, one of us was able to communicate effectively. After placing our order, we returned to our table and waited for quite some time. During this period, several other customers arrived to dine in, but their experience differed from ours. They were attended to at their tables by a server who took their orders directly, rather than being asked to order at the front. This inconsistency in service felt unfair, especially as we were still waiting for our food and had not received any updates or apologies for the delay. We also noticed that the server communicated with those customers in Spanish, which made us feel that the level of service may have differed based on language. As a result, we felt overlooked and not valued as customers, despite placing a sizable order. When our food finally arrived, it was delicious and the portion sizes were generous.
