Wet steak burrito with House Margarita

This restaurant never disappoints. The food is excellent and with a full bar, you can enjoy a Margarita with your chips and salsa and favorite menu items. They're all good. Always great service, smiling waitstaff and colorful setting with plenty of tables or you can sit at the bar too. Busy place, so you know the food is always fresh.

Taco Tuesday ! Great authentic Mexican food !! Nice to find this great spot where the food is delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. The margaritas were amazing and strong. Ice cold Modelo was just what the doctor ordered. The place was jumping with many locals so I think we chose the perfect spot

The food is amazing here, I got the nachos and they were awesome. The waiters hand out free chips and salsa and our food came fast even tho it was busy today. It is a very nice vibe and feels authentic like I am in Mexico. The waiters were very nice and got everything right and I am very glad me a my dad went here to eat. I enjoyed and will be coming back!!

Worst salsa ever. Is this egg roll sweet n sour sauce?

Worst Mexican food I've eve had. Ordered steak burrito and menu for take out. Sunday afternoon and this place was crackin'. A few people were ahead of me trying to figure where to order food to go. No sign anywhere and no other staff to help us. I was lucky I got menudo. Apparently they only had enough left for 1 order. Burrito was bad. steak meat was bland and not cooked well. Lots of beans, no rice, lettuce and bad salsa. Free chips and salsa. Chips were good but that salsa was disgusting. Bland, no other spicies, egg roll dip consistency. A mexican restaurant should not have bad salsa. It should be illegal.

Stopped here for dinner while in Fort Bragg on vacation and happy we did! This is a cozy restaurant and staff are all friendly and welcoming. They served us complimentary chips and salsa! The house margaritas were delicious and got a great price too! We also got a mango agua fresca, classic and so refreshing. We ordered crispy chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla and fish tacos. All the food was good, but I think the crispy chicken tacos were the best. We definitely needed hot sauce to spice up our dishes a bit haha, but pretty happy with the meal :)

Great top shelf margaritas. The Mexican shrimp cocktail was a meal in itself. Teri made sure our margaritas were top shelf.

Went on a Sunday for lunch (most, if not all, the other Mexican places were closed that day). Very disappointed in the food quality. Nothing was bad, but nothing was good. The enchiladas and torta were just bland - chicken was unseasoned in both. The chips and salsa were also not good. The salsa was watery and flavorless, and the chips were thick and hard and lacking salt. Service was alright, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and cutely decorated. However, I would not recommend this place or return because of the lackluster food.

The Birria tacos and the octopus tacos are very delicious. All of the food is great and the service is even greater. Easy and convenient free working and good staff fast attention. Margaritas are very strong but good. Try the fresa con crema desert.

I had a burrito and it was very bland. A friend dining with me had a wet burrito and said it was also fairly bland. Pretty quick service but I don't think I will return soon.

Service dog, probably. They are wonderful people there and I would be very surprised if they didn't work with you. Fort Bragg is dog friendly by in large. That's why I live here.

We ordered the Mayan dip, papatzul, and it was the highlight of our meal. My husband was astounded by the $15 price tag on a few ounces of dip surrounded by housemade tortilla chips that definitely could have come from a bag, ngl. It was pretty interesting and flavorful, but definitely was not good value. I ordered the Mayan tamales and was severely disappointed. Other than being wrapped in a banana leaf instead of a corn husk, this was your average to mediocre tamale. Also I ordered the rajas tamal, one with cheese and one with chicken. I guess I should have known that both are rajas, the chicken one just comes with a handful of (average) chicken tinga on top. My husband ordered the fried cod sandwich which was fine. We've never seen a slice of bread that large, but overall, it was a pretty basic sandwich. Good but not special. Overall, I would definitely skip this place. Try something better!

It turned out to be the perfect place to relax with pizza and beer on a sunny coastal afternoon. The beer list had plenty of great options, and the pizza arrived surprisingly fast. We went with a pepperoni pie, and the thin crust was exactly what we were hoping for. It was crispy around the edges with just the right amount of chew and plenty of perfectly crisped pepperoni cups. The atmosphere was laid back and welcoming, making it an easy place to linger after a day on the road. One important thing to know ahead of time is that Piaci is cash only, so come prepared. We also got the Sicilian pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese -- I loved the toppings, and it was very flavorful. We loved the atmosphere which they have live music playing! Our server was very kind and gave us recommendations. We were able to split and share a Cesar salad and they gave two plates to share which was kind instead of one big plate and we appreciated that. I give 4/5 stars for the quality of the food only because I felt the spaghetti noodles were a little salty along with the sauce being salty. I love love love spaghetti and this was the first time I've been to an Italian restaurant and felt something was salty because I'm never one to complain. It could have been an off day but from the time we ordered to the actual dinner entrees to come took more than 20 minutes and it wasn't too crowded. Also, we ordered cannolis and the shell didn't seem crunchy/fresh but the flavor was there and the texture of the ricotta was smooth! For a couple who ordered 2 appetizers , two main entrees, one bottle of red wine , and two cannolis to share, we spent about 200 which was a little bit pricier than we usual experience at a typical Italian restaurant so just a heads up. Otherwise, this is a good place for fine dining in the area with nice staff and good portion food

While a table was booked for 6:45 they didn't seat us til 7:!5. The waiter was awful - didn't introduce himself, didn't care about anything (other than maybe his girlfriend in the bar area), knew nothing about the L'Aquila tasting menu and provided no insights to the dishes, charged us $14/martini despite menu stating $8/drink. While the owner's write up and online menu included a dessert (Ferratelle Dolci), no dessert was offered or included at the actual dinner and the server said 'nope - no dessert'. This is so misleading and unexcusable when the promoted dinner menu includes it. Overall a disaster of a dinner - and sadly the food wasn't good either. The tomato starter was uninspired, the pasta cheese sauce hinted of Kraft or pre-packaed, and the lamb skewers were overcooked to the point of being almost jerky. Clearly an owner who spends more time writing his articles than he does training staff, providing food that matches the actual online menu, and ensuring some level of quality. So, can't recommend this place until substantial improvements are made.

I personally love clam strips and was happy to see this on the menu (I feel it's not super common), but as an "appetizer" order, I would've been fine to get the clam à la carte without fries. The fish was some of the best battered cod I've had in California--tender and buttery fish in itself but the batter was perfectly crispy and actually stayed on the fish (in comparison to some fish n chips where the fried batter just peels off). The shrimp was also good, but in hindsight we should've each just done the fish because it was standout. The sauce and pico complemented both well. Would definitely stop here again if in the area!
