Be aware that this place is a cash only spot but they also take Venmo. My favorite meat was the brisket meat for it was well seasoned and the meat was succulent. The super crunchy tacos was amazing and I loved how the taco was crunchy and the melted cheese just held the meat onto the taco. It made eating it not as messy and each bite was heavenly. They have a sauce bar on the side and I love the assortment of sauces and toppings. The green sauce was personally my favorite. Overall, great experience and I can't wait to come back to check out their other items.

I had an order of 3 quesabirria tacos w/ consomé The quesabirrias could of been a bit crispier but overall good taste . The consome was a bit too salty for my liking so not really my cup of tea 8/10 My girlfriend got an order of 3 tacos de Cabeza & Suadero. Which she said where very good I tried the suadero and definitely enjoyed that 8.5/10 Salsas .. they had an orange sauce that was like a chipotle based kind of sauce .. very different from what I'm used to but not bad .. somewhat on the spicy side Green salsa .. like an avocado based salsa but more like a guac kind of thing going on which was also very good. Topped with a just right serving of onions (and grilled onions on the side). There is a salsa bar; the green was very popular but my favorite was the habanero mango (the nacho cheese colored one). Just the right amount of heat with a touch of sweetness. Add a squeeze of lime and it was a perfect complement to the carnitas. Apparently they have other food items because the diners next to us had all kinds of goodness that weren't tacos. Service was fast and the woman taking our order was polite and nice! The ambiance is food truck standard. The tables and eating area were clean but they are situated on the corner of a very busy street, so lots of traffic noise and exhaust fumes. I ordered a quesadilla, and from the first bite, something seemed seriously wrong. The tortilla and filling had an overwhelming burnt, extremely charcoal-like aftertaste that made the food taste as though it had been prepared on an extremely dirty or poorly maintained cooking surface. This was not simply a matter of the food being slightly overcooked or having a burnt grill taste the taste was unsanitary and unpleasant. The meat was also excessively fatty and of such poor grade quality that I could barely tolerate the texture or taste. I am generally not someone who complains about meat quality, but the combination of the questionable meat and the strong, dirty taste of the cooking surface made the quesadilla completely inedible. Now here's the more upsetting part: I also ordered two carne asada tacos, but instead received three tacos, including one containing what appeared to be pork intestines or another type of miscellaneous meat that I absolutely did not order. I do not eat pork, and the texture of this meat was slimy and the smell of it was extremely unpleasant. More concerningly, the meat appeared to have come into contact with the carne asada tacos as well. I unfortunately did not inspect the order before taking a bite, so I accidentally bit into the taco containing the unidentified meat. I was immediately nauseated and genuinely felt like I was going to vomit. I attempted to eat the carne asada tacos afterward, but I could taste what appeared to be the same miscellaneous meat mixed into them. I noticed that the tortillas themselves had the same strong burnt, charcoal-like flavor as the quesadilla, which further contributed to my concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the cooking surface. Because the unidentified meat appeared to have contaminated or mixed with the food I actually ordered, I ultimately could not eat any of the tacos. The horchata was another major concern. It had an unusually unpleasant taste that I have never experienced from horchata before. It tasted stale and potentially contaminated, almost as though something unsanitary had come into contact with it. I cannot say exactly what caused the taste, but it was sufficiently abnormal that I did not feel comfortable drinking it. Ultimately, I ate only approximately one bite of the quesadilla and a single bite of each type of taco before throwing the food away. Shortly afterward, my stomach was already growling and I felt extremely uncomfortable. This was not simply a matter of the food not matching my personal taste. I am concerned about the apparent lack of cleanliness, the burnt/dirty taste throughout the food, the unidentified meat being included in an order where it was not requested, and the apparent cross-contact between that meat and the carne asada I ordered. I would strongly encourage the restaurant to review its food-preparation, cooking-surface sanitation, ingredient handling, and order-assembly procedures. I am pretty upset that I ate something I didn't order and have no idea what it is. The slices of radish and cucumbers served alongside the wrap would have been more satisfying if they had been sliced like fries and folded into the wrap to be allowed to steam in place of the iceberg lettuce. The lettuce and the spicy broth made the outer wrap wetter like an enchilada, and I think switching over to either a more cruciferous vegetable, or a chutney or a paste-like dip would have made the tortilla less wet. But if they are supposed to be this way, then it's ok with me.
