Came for their taco tuesday $1 taco special. There was no wait, parking was easy on the street, and a bunch of outdoor seating (covered by tent). This is a food truck that has a pretty large set up. Good for late night large groups eats. Worker mostly speaks Spanish with limited English but you can get by ordering the basics and numbers. Food made in about 10min. Salsa bar is self serve and some were out when I came around 9pm. They did not refill it as it was late. 6/10 Carne Asada Tacos $1 - Tortillas are store bought and just heated up. They were not soft, kind of dry, and breaking apart even with the double wrap. Meat was about average. Not much seasoning so I used a lot of any sauces remaining from the salsa bar. Added cucumbers and onions which were fresh. Considering price, it is ok and would pass for cravings but overall very meh tacos. 7/10 Aqua Fresca $7.25 - Mango flavor was solid in terms of mango flavor and did not seem artificial but the consistency seemed a bit watered down.

    Super Burrito

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE AMBIANCE! AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FOOD WAS BLAND! This used to be my go to spot when I used to live in San Jose. I drove up from FREMONT to eat at this spot. Placed my order and I had them charge me for extra meat on my super carne asada burrito. Now this is now a $20 burrito that I ordered. As you see the picture below my burrito barely had any meat on it. So I brought it up to the lady that took my order and told her that I paid for extra meat and this burrito barely has any meat. Then the cook rushed to me with anger and yelled at me and said that is extra meat that is extra meat. I asked him what was his problem and I will never come here again if that's how you treat your customers. I went with my burrito to sit down. I noticed that if you're not Hispanic then they won't treat you with respect and give you good customer service. Finally a different cook came out and grabbed my burrito and fixed it. Only because I told them that they just lost a loyal customer.

    A big fat lie.

False advertisement on your taco Tuesday deal. Acabo de ir y la señorita me dice Que es hasta las 9pm! Why? Isn't it Tuesday until 12am lol also on your instagram page, it says tacos is $1.50 all meats which is a big fat lie. if you're gonna do taco Tuesday, you should honor it. Just saying. I was at my parents house and got hungry started to looks for a good Taco Stand and this one came up . It was a minute drive so perfect. I'm glad there was a small parking lot available it can be hard finding parking in this area . What I like about this place is they had a nice seating area outside for their guest to eat at . They even had a salsa bar which the orange spicy salsa was my favorite. Sooo good ! Everyone was super nice Mariela was the lady that helped me with my order and she was amazing super attentive and. I took all the food back to my parents house and we all enjoyed some good tacos . I would definitely come back for the tacos again .

This truck had the longest line among all the food trucks in the area so that was a good leading indicator. The veggie quesadilla was pretty good, not exceptional. It came out pretty fast and the staff seemed nice.

This review is for their taco truck that's parked on Alum Rock Ave. I've only really looked on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday and they're definitely there. Not sure if they're there any other days during the week. We ended up getting 6 al pastor tacos and a side of beans and rice. A side of beans and rice is a lot - like a whole round tray full. All of this was less than 20 bucks. I think they have a taco Tuesday special but they're not super promoting it. The tacos are the standard street tacos. Not that big and can definitely eat like can down like five and not blink an eye. Haha. The flavor of the pretty good. And I was satisfied. I will keep my eyes (and nose...mmm smells so good) out for this truck in my neighborhood.

This review is for the food truck they had at the Cinco de Mayo festival. These were some of the best tacos I've ever had. My favorite was the chorizo taco. They were super flavorful. I also had the pastor and a carne asada and they were all great! I'll need to go visit the storefront now.

I come here ever so often as they have a standard menu and solid consistency. Burritos, tacos, etc. are all great. The birria meat is moist and well cooked. Al pastor and chorizo alambre are also good. Street parking and some in the parking lot. Outdoor seating. Amicable staff.

Tacos Los 3 Hermanos makes good burritos and tacos, although there's room for improvement. I ordered tacos with carnitas and a burrito with carne asada, and also used their green and orange salsas. First though, I have to talk about the price. $10 for a burrito from a truck is about $3 more than I expect. $3 for a taco is double what I expect. I'm not saying these prices are unprecedented, but if they are going to charge that much for food then I think it's fair to hold them to a high standard. First, the sauces. The green one has really meh, bland flavor, and it's too thick. It's more like guacamole consistency than a sauce, so you can't actually pour it on your burrito, which is sub-optimal. The orange one is definitely on point though, perfect consistency and a great taste. The tacos were very generously portioned with meat, but for $3 each I'd like the carnitas to be a little more flavorful. The texture was a little mushy and the pork was kind of bland. I know that cooking carnitas involves the use of many spices, so there's really no reason the pork shouldn't be explosively flavorful. Finally, the burrito, which was really the biggest letdown. The carne asada inside was so good, with some charred pieces, and some nice crunchy bits, it's just a shame that there wasn't much in there. For $10, I expect every single bite to have meat in it, this isn't a cheap burrito so they need to include at least 50% more for the value to be there. There were two other letdowns - first, the ingredients were not properly integrated, so some of the bites were just sour cream, some were just rice (which was a bit dried out), etc. Second, the inside of the burrito was mostly cold, which is a big no-no to me. Cold burritos are just sad, and it really doesn't take much effort to make sure everything is hot going on, and then to integrate it properly. Overall, I would be back for more because the place is convenient and the carne asada is really well made. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here though, the value proposition isn't good and they need to work on the assembly of their foods.

We waited 1.5 hours to be seated while half the restaurant sat empty. After we were seated, it took about 30 minutes for anyone to ask if we wanted drinks, another 30 minutes before our order was taken, and then an hour for the food to arrive. Throughout the wait, several servers were gathered in the corner talking and laughing while tables--including ours--were left unattended. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the service. The meat was dry, lacked flavor, and the shrimp was so chewy that I couldn't finish it. It was honestly one of the worst shrimp dishes I've ever been served. I've seen countless influencers giving this place glowing reviews, and after eating here, I simply don't believe them. My experience was the complete opposite. The staff were attentive, gave great menu recommendations, and constantly came by to refill our water. Very spacious dining room. My wife is Latina, so we're pretty familiar with authentic Latin/Mexican flavors, and from the moment we walked in, we were a little unsure of what to expect. We completely understand we're in Willow Glen and that Copita is going for a more upscale take, but for us, authenticity and flavor still have to be at the heart of the experience. Our waitress was very friendly and polite, and this review is absolutely not a reflection of her service. However, when we asked about the style of the food, there seemed to be a little hesitation in explaining it, which made us even more uncertain about what we had gotten ourselves into. I don't like bashing restaurants or their food, so I'll simply say that, unfortunately, the highlight of our meal was the chips and salsa. The cocktails, on the other hand, were good and definitely not shy on the alcohol! Also, don't expect large portions. The restaurant is clearly aiming for a more upscale presentation and experience, so the plates reflect that. Overall, Copita just wasn't for us. This was our first visit and unfortunately will probably be our last. I genuinely wish them success, but I think a few changes, especially when it comes to the flavors and authenticity of the food could make a big difference.
