Stayed at an AirBND in Lost Keys of Perdido Beach and this restaurant is part of the resort. Situated right on the beach, this eatery has some decent food items. As far as I know, you will need a card key to access the club and pool area but during non-tourist season, that may not be the case. Ambiance: the facility has a small pool lounge chairs and umbrellas and has a restaurant with covered seating and a small bar. Again, it is more for "Members only". Server: 3.5 Our server was nice and friendly. She made a few recommendations and we opted to try a couple of the recommendations. One was decent and the other "bombed". Oh well. Food: 3 Stars None of the food was spectacular but it was good enough to satisfy your hunger. Spicy Smash Burger: 3 Stars. Double Patty, Pepperjack, Grilled Jalapeno & Onions, Jalapeno Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Brioche Smash Burger - 3 Stars Double Patty, Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Brioche Appetizer: Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites, and Cajun Aioli - 4 Stars. To our surprise, this was the best item we ordered. Appetizer: Beach Nachos 3 Stars Grilled Chicken, Queso Blanco, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Jalapeno. The dish was large enough as a shareable item. Fish Tacos - 2 Stars Grilled Fish, Pico, Shredded Lettuce, Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette. This dish lacked flavor and was served on flour instead of corn tortillas. The vinaigrette was bland and you need more lime for acidity. read more

Food and service is great but the hours open are constantly being changed in regards to the kitchen, while not being updated through digital applications. I'm aware they fluctuate in accordance to the customer traffic, but being blocked from ordering while simultaneously being told online that the restaurant is "open" is extremely inconvenient. read more

Service and food have been average at best lately, but Jacob has been a great addition to the staff here a few months ago. It doesn't matter if he's on the schedule as a server or bartender, he works his tail off anywhere and everywhere that's needed to keep the place as clean and welcoming as he can do. Tonight we just got a soda and $3 house wine during their summer Happy Hour (6 - 8 pm) but a few nights ago we tried their chicken quesadilla because we were told they changed the chicken from shredded chicken to chunks. The quesadilla still shredded chicken and both my wife and I got sick an hour later. read more

You have to be staying/living in the community across the street to have access. There's a small pool, bathrooms, bar, and restaurant. The food is mediocre and a little overpriced. They have a small menu. I got the $10 lobster cakes. It was pretty good. The grilled shrimp was good too but you didn't get much. Chips and salsa are average. Each day they have a $5 drink. I got those all week long. They're pretty good. The bartenders are nice. read more

We watched people being served the wrong dishes & I got sick from the under cooked chicken in our quesadilla. Really hope they can turn this place around!!! We rented at Lost Key for our family vacation due to the beach access and guarantee of chairs per unit. My family was down at the beach at 8:30, 30 minutes prior to when they start setting up chairs. Each unit is "guaranteed" 4 chairs per unit. They witnessed NUMEROUS times the boys setting up the chairs take $50+ from other beachgoers so that they could have up to 8 chairs. My family waited for over an hour. They continued to be pushed further and further back down the line. They decided to go wait on the 3rd row since they were continually looked over. By the time the chairs got to them they were out. Each unit is NOT guaranteed chairs, and will likely only get chairs if you have cash to slip the employees. You are better off hauling your own chairs. read more

We stay here often at my friends condo so we frequent the Beach Club. Let me start by saying this, as a business owner in the service industry, majority of these ladies working today didn't even so much as acknowledge us. You have at least THREE waiting tables (not many tables mind you) but they can't handle the load. I'll keep my reasons to myself as to why I think a few can't. But here's the thing, in the 1.75 hours we sat there, not ONE said so much as, "hey ladies, we will be with you just as soon as possible". Not a word the entire time. It's Saturday, 5/27/23 @ 1:56pm and only 6 tables that are taken up with people, and some at the pool. Do better and pretend like you give two sh*ts. We stayed at Lost Key for nearly two weeks. We found most of the food, at The Beach Club, to be good, and it is lovely to have it right by the ocean. The service is excellent. However, the alcoholic drinks are greatly watered down. Today, my husband bought me a Tanqueray and Toni'c, (with double liquor), and it was the worst I have ever had. Twice, the Tanqueray was watered down and its distinct flavor could not be identified. The beach is very nice and the attendants do a good job putting out the chairs and umbrellas. read more

Crystal and her staff are the bomb! They are also "my people" and work SO hard to make everyone comfortable and happy! The drinks are inventive and worth the money. The "drink of the day" is WELL worth the $5. They have been fine tuning their food items, and what they offer is extremely tasty! To come down to the beach, order a bit to eat and a drink is like heaven! I know this is a "private" club, but if you have a chance to rent or own in Lost Key Golf & Beach Club community, don't pass the opportunity so you can visit here. Word to the Wise: DON'T try to drive your car or golf cart there to park - strictly drop off/pick up of passengers only! They DO ticket! Walk, bicycle or scooter there! We do have a Shuttle bus, but during the busy season, it fills up quickly. They will come down each street, though - just no dogs or drinks allowed on the Shuttle. Nice spot to get out of the sun and a few drinks but the pool was cloudy and the food is overpriced and disappointing. The pulled pork quesadillas were ok, much better than my fish tacos that were drenched in sauce. The only side they offered was a bag of chips. The menu only says "side" goes with the entrees, so for $16, I was hoping for more than 2 fish tacos and a bag of chips. We also ordered a Miami Vice and I couldn't even taste the alcohol. I don't drink but wanted one to start our vacation and for $13, it was basically a straight frozen drink like a melted snow cone. Since it's right on a private beach, you aren't allow to bring in food or beverages so this is your only option unless you leave the beach. Hope one day they'll upgrade their menu or have better beachfront restaurant options. read more

Ordered the only chicken tenders on the menu (kids tenders) to go on the menu for my 6 year old brother at the beach below. The waitress charged me 18$ for adult tenders that weren't even on the menu. When asked about it she huffed and puffed telling me that it was my fault for not specifying when I mention we have children family on beach. She fixed it, with more than enough attitude. I manage a restaurant, and this is not how you treat costumers, and or react to a problem. Overall, not including the story of stolen key cards and flip flops, I would not recommend any one visit this restaurant, even if you are staying at the accompanying condos. Food wise, order a chicken sandwich for $17, get ready for chicken tenders on a bun. read more

Service was slow to just get drinks. It was just two of us. The drinks came out wrong and were also flat.

Went today and had a terrible time by the pool. Bad food and very disappointed. We went for Father's day and was not happy. Staff were not wearing masks and not following guide lines set out by the department of health for covid- 19. Would not go again because they don't care about the safety for the residents. Took 40 minutes to get half a brought worst, warm macaroni salad and beans. Needs better manger and staff that know what they are doing. read more
