I recently bought a home that has been kind of nightmare (yay...seller's market ) and during Labor Day weekend there was a pinhole leak in what now I know it Kitec pipes which are trash and if you have them you should change them right away. I tried to get the issue fixed and was told several times and $300 dollars later (shady plumber) to get it fixed. I was luckily able to get Lots Repipe's information from a neighbor who sadly had the same issue and she gave me Erick's information. At this point I hadn't had water for about a week and he came out on his day off and quoted me a repipe and dry wall cover up at a competitive price. Our home was discovered to have badly corroded copper pipes when we gutted one of our bathrooms. We called up Lots Repipe and Plumbing Services and was put in touch with Bo. Bo came over to check out our situation on the next available business day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my wife and I. He gave us fair quotes for different repiping methods (copper, PEX, etc). Not being all that knowledge ourselves, we asked for his professional recommendation, to which he informed us that PEX is probably the way to go. Why? Because we already had problems with copper, so why would we want to go over this issue again in 10-15 years? Sounded like a pretty good answer to us. He did tell us that the caveat with PEX is that there are issues with rodents possibly chewing through the pipes. However, our area is fairly rodent free, so we didn't see that as too much of a drawback. He even agreed to move some of our pipes around in the master bath, along with installing a water softener that we provided, all as part of the package of repiping the whole house. After we agreed to everything, Bo and his crew came by and did everything in a little under a day. Had Lot's come repipe my house with a-PEX two days ago. I was told they would be here at 8am. They were right on time almost to the minute! Whole crew showed up and they got straight to work. Where do I begin? I had worked with Bo once before, and found him and his associates to be for the most part professional. I decided to work with Bo again on a commercial property requiring plumbing to be added. Bo not only performed work without pulling permits, he cut a post tension wire. Realizing that this was out of his expertise, he brought in a post tension "expert" to complete the concrete/post tension work. This so called expert was not licensed and proceeded to cut two additional post tension wires. Bo via text, in person and voice mail confirmed responsibility for all of the above. Bo agreed to pay for all repairs. Fast forward to now. It has been 1 year of showing good faith that Bo would reimburse me for the repairs and still no payment. I have filed a formal complaint with the Contractors State License Board against Bo and his company as well as legal action. read more

I just can't stop praising them. I had a leak in my house and one plumbing company said that the leak is in the kitchen and the other one said that it is in the bathroom. Bo came by looked at and we determined that there were two leaks. Decided to re-pipe the house and pull all underground pipes out into the dry walls. There is only one name for residential repiping, Lots Repipe and Plumbing Services. I called Bo on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, he came to the house on Wednesday, and emailed a detailed estimate on Thursday. The estimate was accepted Thursday. Bo brought the contract to the house on Friday, when a 10 percent deposit was made. Bo and his seven man team showed up on Monday, September 25, 2017, as promised. The floors were covered and the entire house was repiped in one day! The county inspector reviewed and approved the work on Tuesday. The stucco and drywall was patched on Wednesday and Thursday. All crews were professional and left the house clean from all construction debris. Final payment was made on Friday, September 29, 2017. The entire process took less than two weeks. Other contractors required fourteenth days just for the repipe. LRPS are honest, hardworking professionals. Call them now! read more

We had major flooding due to a tree root damaged drainage pipe in our yard. My sister had used these guys and loved them. She was right, they made sure to get the large job done before the next rain storm came through 3 days later. They had nice friendly employees that cleaned up well after themselves. They even left extra drip tubing to replace what was pulled out for the job and a cutting tool as well.
