No call, no message, just complete silence. In a critical scenario like this, that kind of lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also pretty distressing. I can't recommend this company because, based on my experience, they do not seem to prioritize their customers' emergencies or follow through on their promises.

All 4 companies I contacted got back with me promptly, however only 1 company stood above the rest, Wish Granted, formally Water Heater Solutions I received a text message from Alex from my inquiry. She later called me to get more information and details about what I was looking for. Though this first interaction was short with her, her warm, humble and caring attitude was appreciated. Alex was so easy to talk to. You do not find this personalized type of service often today. She was so nice, patient, informative, and answered all my questions. Throughout this process from start to finish, I've communicated with Alex several times by text message or by phone. She has been wonderful and very helpful through each communication. After I provided Alex the details of what I was looking for, she transferred me to Drew, who is the Owner of Wish Granted. At the time, I did not know Drew was the owner, I thought he was one of the technicians. Same as Alex, Drew was personable, knowledgeable, nice, and informative. Drew provided different options (Tankless vs Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater) along with price points. After speaking to Drew, I asked if he could send a technician to provide me with an estimate. Arthur arrived at my home the same day. Arthur was great. So down to earth, humble, and nice. He was knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, professional and respectful. Arthur took the time to clearly explain in detail our options, answering all of our questions. We've experienced other contractors who have come to our home who have been rough around the edges, not so nice and unprofessional. Arthur was just the opposite. After looking at our current set up, we decided to go with a 65-gallon Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater and not another Tankless. Arthur explained the benefits of a Heat Pump Water Heater and the energy savings and efficiency these heaters provide. He and Drew also stated there was currently $6700 in instant rebates for this Bradford White water heater through the TECH Clean Program and Golden State Program along with a $2000 tax credit for the 2025 tax year. We could not pass up these 2 incentives. Arthur arrived the next day to complete the installation. Arthur again took the time to explain in detail the operation of the new water heater. He showed me how to program the water heater with the different settings and explained what each setting meant. He also helped me set up the App for my iphone so I can control the water heater functions from my iphone. Arthur did a great job on the installation (see attached photo). We always have primary contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Appliance Repair, etc. I live in a community with many seniors. They often come to my wife and I when they need contractor services for their homes. Same goes for our family and co-workers. After this great experience with Wish Granted and their great SERVICE from Alex, Arthur and Drew, they will now be our primary plumber and water heater company. If you need plumbing, electrical and/or water heater services, don't waste your time, read the reviews, go with With Granted. You'll be happy you did and will be a customer for life.

Following a camera inspection and receipt of a competitive estimate from Bert, I hired First Option Plumbing to remove cast iron drainage pipes concealed in the walls of my home. In the absence of any complications, the job was expected to last around three days. QUALITY. On the day of the re-piping job, Bert and his team of plumbers arrived on time and wearing professional uniforms. After placing protective booties over their shoes, they immediately placed multiple protective coverings on all floor surfaces and taped large plastic tarps along the ceilings and walls to minimize dust and debris. Then they removed the cast iron drainage pipes from several bathroom areas, laundry area, work sink and kitchen. After each cast iron pipe was removed, a brand new ABS drainage pipe was installed in its place. When they were done with the work, they cleaned-up each worksite and didn't leave any of the old cast iron pipes or debris behind. TL/DR: Bert and his plumbing team completed all of the re-piping work efficiently and very quickly. VALUE. I was very satisfied with Bert's plumbing services - highly recommended - thank you!

I called Lots the day after Christmas because one toilet was slowly dripping from a bad connection-…read moreenough to make a puddle within a few hours. Another toilet was running every few hours, probably because a seal in the flap wasn't working. My appointment was between 1:00-3:00 and I did get a call because the guy was running late. Found out he was also coming from LA and it was pouring rain really hard, so I couldn't fault him for that. Bo was respectful and removed his shoes when coming in. I showed him both toilets and (the reason for one less star) was his immediate diagnosis was to replace my old toilet, at $300 just for the unit, without labor. Hey I'm asking to have a slow leak replaced, plus my toilet isn't dumping water in my bathroom. It's a slow drip. After saying no to 2 new toilets, Bo said the leaky toilet has a loose connection and the other running one could have the flap replaced. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to fix and I was charged $225, and I wrote a check and tipped him also. (Note: always write a check- never use cash- so you have a paper trail). Was it priced high? Maybe. But if he fixed the issue then it was worth it. Hopefully no update on this issue will be needed. Also no receipt for this issue was received. Update It's been 24 hours and my running toilet has stopped running, and my leaky toilet stopped leaking. So I am glad that Lots fixed it. I also received an invoice via email with a quick summary of what was fixed.

He determined that the leak was due to the old faucet malfunctioning. He said he could get the new faucet the next day (Monday), and install it then. Sure enough, Monday afternoon he was back with the perfect replacement faucet. It took him maybe an hour to get the rusty old faucet removed and install the new one, he also added new caulk around the sink area. The leak is gone, the new faucet looks great and works perfectly, and the cost was very reasonable. Ivan is responsive, punctual, and he did a great job for me. I will be calling Morfin Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

He replaced the garbage disposal, installed our new kitchen faucet, replaced the leaking main valve for the refrigerator water line, changed an old outdoor faucet, and also thoroughly cleaned the kitchen drain line with an air jet system.
