Paul is a one-man crepe shop and has been catering to his Plano community for 20 years. For first timers visiting, please be patient as he makes the crepes one at a time and please allow him the time to open up his shop when he arrives as well. His crepes are yummy and he will always be open to any changes and request you make. And most importantly, Paul is probably the kindest person I've ever met. What started as a crepe visit became a 4 hour conversation about life.
