Lots of bento boxes to choose from. They have a wide array of Japanese items (Takoyaki, sushi, bulgogi and rice, Okonomiyaki, fish, katsu, etc). Honestly I felt overwhelmed (like a kid in the candy store). I couldn't decide on just 1 item!! I also browsed the cute merch and got myself a bag of matcha Kit Kat from Japan. I thought the price was great for the amount of food I got. Staff very nice and welcoming. Store is well kept and FIFO accordingly. I thought the yakisoba was ok. Okonomiyaki was decent. I liked the inari and takoyaki. I will definitely be back to try some of their other items as well.

It is a grab and go place with hot eats to get in the back. The shop is set up that you can walk through everything and check out all the food and trinkets! There is a huge selection of Miffy dishware, this place is gold for any Miffy fan! Everything is neatly organized and staff will check you out once you've made your way through. My favorite to get is the white tuna tataki, the green onion in it is a must have in each bite! I always grab the onigiri (rice ball) when there too, they are generously packed with large pieces of protein. Parking does get hectic in the lot once it's gets later in the day, I always try to go early as possible or I play the parking lottery... parking waiting game? Patience is needed for sure. Final Thoughts: I always have to budget myself when coming here or I am walking away with too many blind boxes...

Customers usually come in, grab what they need, pay, and head out, which keeps things moving smoothly. One of the best things about this bakery is the incredible variety of pastries and breads. Whether you're craving something sweet or savory, there's plenty to choose from: melon pan, loaf bread, dinner rolls, chow mein bread, spaghetti bread, sweet potato bread, crab and roe bread, tomato bread, apple pie, and so much more. Don't skip the refrigerated section either! They carry fruit sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, fried bread, donuts, somen noodles in a cup, and other delicious grab-and-go items. They also offer rice balls and drinks that can be ordered at the register. If you're in the area, definitely stop by and give them a try. Small businesses like this deserve our support!

Clover Bakery & Cafe is a small Japanese-style bakery and café that feels like the kind of…read moreneighborhood spot you randomly discover and keep coming back to. We walked into a cozy, compact space with shelves filled with freshly baked breads, pastries, and prepared foods, all arranged in a way that makes you want to browse slowly even though the shop is small. The atmosphere has that simple, welcoming feel reminiscent of the small bakeries you find throughout Japan, focusing more on quality and variety than on a large café setup. Seating is limited, so it is better suited for grabbing something to go rather than spending a long time inside. The biggest draw here is the combination of Japanese baked goods and savory items. The bakery selection offers a great mix of sweet and savory options, with classics like melon pan standing out for its crisp sugary topping and soft interior that stays light without being dry. The curry bread and croquette bread are also popular choices, both feeling comforting and freshly made rather than overly sweet or greasy. The bakery items are reasonably priced, which makes it easy to pick up multiple things without feeling like you are spending too much, and the variety means there is always something new to try. The onigiri selection is what really makes Clover stand out compared to a typical bakery. They offer a variety of rice balls with fillings like spicy tuna, tuna mayo, and unagi, making it a great option for a quick breakfast or light meal. The rice is well balanced and the fillings give each onigiri a different personality. The spicy tuna has a nice kick that comes through without overpowering the rice, while the unagi adds a sweeter, more savory flavor that works especially well with the slightly salty rice. The onigiri are a practical, satisfying choice for anyone looking for something more substantial than a pastry. Beyond the baked goods and onigiri, Clover also has drinks, sandwiches, and desserts including cakes and other pastries. The strawberry cake is a nice lighter dessert option, and the overall menu gives plenty of reasons to visit whether you are looking for breakfast, a snack, or something to bring home. The offerings feel thoughtfully selected, with enough variety to cover different cravings without making the menu feel scattered. Service is friendly and efficient, and the small size of the shop adds to the charm. Since it has become a popular local spot, some items can sell out during busy hours, so arriving earlier gives you the best selection. Parking can also be a little challenging during peak times, but the quick grab-and-go style makes the visit easy to manage. Clover Bakery & Cafe is a great stop for anyone who enjoys Japanese bakeries. The combination of fresh breads, affordable prices, and unique savory options like onigiri makes it feel different from a standard bakery. It is the type of place where it is worth picking up a few items and trying a mix of everything, leaving you with the sense that you have found a little neighborhood gem that delivers on both quality and variety.

One well-known place consistently smells like a dirty wet mop, another sold me a sandwich with a bit of raw chicken, and the nearby Dave's Hot Chicken had rude staff on a couple of occasions. So when my buddy recommended this place my standards were to not feel grossed out, get food poisoning, and not have staff be rude. This place blew my expectations away with their simple but clean establishment, delicious not greasy and fresh food, and very nice staff who literally welcome you as you step in. The staff asked us if it was our first visit and took the time pleasantly to explain what their levels of spicy equated to, which was helpful because my colleagues had a change of mind after sampling the "Hot" version. The place was easy to find, and parking was a non-issue so a win/win there. Give it a try!

The chicken meat unfortunately tastes like nothing, but you may want to dip it in the sauce to get the taste. The skin with the mild coatings tastes flavorful. The slider also makes up for that taste too. The atmosphere of this place is very similar to other chicken shops and I am quite surprised how fast the service is. I'm looking forward to dining the same establishment in Fremont soon!

Everything was really really good, but the pork belly and grilled pork were standouts. The pork belly in particular was really good, and sliced thin (not crispy). Everyone loved the food, and I thought the price was very fair. It's close to where family lives for me, so we'll be back. Minor tip: we had trouble ordering online. I think it was because the shop was sold out of the sloppy beef and shrimp spring rolls. It wasn't really a problem, since I just went and ordered directly at the counter. Service was fast- about 15 minutes to get 6-7 sandwiches, with several people in front of me.

There are two tables inside for dining and a few chairs at a booth. There are quite a few tables outside for outdoor dining. I was warmly welcomed by the owner. I ordered one grilled pork banh mi and one grilled chicken banh mi with pâté added to it. Saw that they had a nice selection of tea drinks that they made but they all had dairy in them. I asked if they had any without dairy. The owner said he could make any of them without the dairy, which was so nice. I ordered the passion fruit green tea and the honeydew free tea, both with 50% sweetness. My whole order took only 6 minutes. The sandwiches were delicious. I loved the grilled chicken. I'm also glad I took a chance and added the pâté for $1.50 extra. It's worth it. It worked perfectly with grilled chicken. My husband really enjoyed his grilled pork banh mi. We both loved our fruit teas. Both were so refreshing and tasty. I would definitely order a fruit tea again. I appreciated the excellent customer service I received here and the friendliness of the owner. We will definitely be back for more.
