I've ordered my packaging products from Chu's Packaging Supplies for years and will continue to do…read moreso for more reasons than I can even list. The very first thing is their service. I get my shipments next day and they'll even rush to deliver same day when I'm in a jam and need to ship products out ASAP. As long as I meet the minimum order requirement, there is no charge to deliver to my warehouse. I'm really big on convenience and CPS makes my life a lot easier. I can email, call, or even text in my order then customer service will call me with a confirmation of the total and delivery date. Before I know it, my order has been delivered unloaded by their drivers so I don't have to worry about anything. There are a lot of vendors that try to give me super low pricing, but I find that the quality or sizes aren't up to spec. I don't want to deal with dishonest companies because I never know what I'm getting. Plus if price ever becomes an issue, I just call my rep and he does his best to match or beat any other vendor's quote. Sometimes I am working on a new product launch and don't know how to package it properly so my rep will come down to do measurements for me and provide samples so I know that everything will fit properly before I order 1,000 custom boxes and inserts. New packaging companies come and go every few years. Some don't even last a year. There's a reason that Chu's has been in business for 30 years. Honesty, great service, and good pricing go a long way. Tell your sales rep or the owners that you saw this on yelp, they may even hook it up a bit more :)

They got my move out dates wrong and blamed me even through I had an email with the move out date. I spoke with Joseph who was very polite to me to change my move out 1 day later. He said to check out with the front desk and that Lisa would be working that day. She would verify my unit was clean and the lock was removed. On my move out day I went to the front office and explained to Lisa that I was moving out. She argued with me about my move out date and also refused to check me out by inspecting the unit and making sure my lock was removed. She even threaten to call the police on me. Who treats customers this way who have been with you for 10 years. I feel she was lazy and didn't want to take the walk. After this move out experience, poor service and the rising rates I would not rent or recommend Imperial Beach Self Storage to anyone. Just documenting my real experience.

The result was damaged items, unprofessional packing and very bad customer service. Items were shoved together with heavy items packed on top, lighter items packed on the bottom, no protective masonite plates to protect a fragile a mirror and frame. It was just thrown inside a cardboard box. Result: My family mirror frame was shattered and the glass in pieces. My bicycle was damaged as well. I emailed Isidro from AA Packing all the info along with photos. No response. A week later I called and reached Isidro, who said he would look into it, and then email me back. No email response. I called a second time and I was told be Jesus that Isidro would call back, and guess what? No call back. This company simply doesn't care. They have a nice brochure about how well they package everything, but that is not what is happening. An amateur like myself could have done a better job of packing these items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They just want to take your money and provide a crap job. I now have to spend my own money to try to repair my items, if they can be saved. If you care about your property to be shipped properly, then DO NOT use this company!

I called 877-373-7883 and ask if can someone to check on our unit because it saying "the toner…read morebottle is almost full". During the same phone call I ordered for a toner to be delivered to us. The guy who is supposed to come called up the following day saying that he doesn't need to come because the toner bottle is part of the toner itself. Today, 06/25/21, The printer stops working and the lady said that I have to wait till Monday, 06/28/21 for the toner to arrive because I ordered a " back-up" and not for "emergency" toner. I'm not understanding that the orders will still be classified and not prioritize on a per order basis? In the meantime the entire operation of our business is highly affected because of this, since most of our computers are using this machine for their printing as well scanning.
