We came on a Saturday night and were super pleased with the happy hour! The drinks were pretty good. I had a perfect margarita and it was plenty strong and tasted good. The strawberry daiquiris were mine and my husband's favorites. He also enjoyed the cherry drink. I didn't care for that one as much as it tasted a lot like cherry juice. Pizza and drinks on their memu were all half price. We had the sausage pizza and it was good as well. We also tried the okra and mac and cheese. The okra was good but the mac was not great. Chips and queso was good, pretty much tastes like basic velveta queso. Nothing blew us away but for the price it was great. I would for sure come during their hapoy hour again for pizza and drinks. Came here for the weekly "Singo" night with some friends. We got there early to have some dinner before the Singo started. I had the Louie Burger, which is a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mustard. I've been to a lot of burger places and at this point it's hard to really stand out, but that said, it is a solid burger. The shoestring fries were also tasty. The staff was attentive. Our waitress came around frequently to make sure everything was ok and that we were good on drinks. Singo itself was a blast. For those that don't know, Singo is basically the same as bingo but with songs instead of letters/numbers. Each round has a different music theme. Lot of fun. Definitely recommend Louie's for a casual night out with friends, especially for Singo night! read more

Every time I've been here I've had great service and great diner food. Last night when we went in it was seat yourself.. I'm not sure if that's always the case but it did take awhile for us to get greeted. Once we were the service was great and so was the food. It came out quick and they kindly accommodated my special request for a half side order of fried pickles. This is the only place I've ever been to that will do that. I always see a lot of regulars here and it kinda seems like everyone knows each other. For a Monday night it was pretty busy and honestly, very very loud. I would hope anyone picking up a to go order would be greeted nicely, pay and leave. That's not the case, apparently. I got my order and paid in cash...then, waited over 10 minutes for my change! When I questioned the nice young man who had given my dollar bill to his manager to break it, I was told he would check when he was finished. So, I reminded him how long I had waited and asked for him to make it a priority given the delay. Then, a server named "Zoe" decided it was time to lecture me about how many other to go orders they were handling. BIG MISTAKE, Zoe! As a former restaurant owner in this town (and currently a retail shop owner less than a mile and a half away), I would never tolerate the rudeness and tacky demeanor of someone like Zoe. They would be terminate...I'll spread the word on their service though. Btw, when I finally did get my change back 15 minutes later, they gave me the entire amount of money in smaller bill...in other words, I could have walked with free food due to their ineptitude. Louies has always been my go to restaurant. Unfortunately today I was disappointed with the service. For starters we had 3 different waiters that result in one of them forgetting to put our order in. We waited for 20 minutes after our appetizer for someone to realize it. The waiter expressed that he would let his manager know of the circumstance. It's been about 25 minutes and the manager has yet to approach us. There is only one other customer on this side of the room. He has walked by us multiple times and hasn't said anything. Something is just off. I won't be coming back to this Louies. Update we received our check and they only took off one of the meals. I talked to the waiter about and the manager fixed it and took off both. She never came over and apologized. read more

We finally made it to Louie's for burgers tonight. The food was outstanding - our party of 4 ordered 3 kinds of burgers plus wings and everything on the table was delicious. Pictured are the Southwest Burger and The Joker. Fries were crispy & great with ranch. Good service, prices didn't seem inflated yet (still $$, but on par for this type of establishment) and the food came out quickly. Our only caveat was the noise - it was LOUD, and hello, yeah it's a bar and grill! (And the bar was packed, but the music was also loud.) So if that's what you're going for, this is a good place to try! We will probably grab it to go next time since yelling across the table is not our jam. Louie's is always a solid choice. There is something there for the whole family or if you are meeting friends for lunch. I have had 5-star meals and 3-star meals, but my latest visit was a rounded up to a 4. I got my very often ordered Taco Salad w/ ground beef, the chicken is good to, but the beef I prefer. Everything was as it should be EXCEPT there was about 1/2 as much ground beef in it as normal. The flavors were all there, but the protein was very light. My college freshman in attendance for dinner easily hammered his way through the BBQ Chicken Pizza and my wife only made it about 1/2 through her Avocado burger. Both were obviously sated. My piece of advice, prices on dining out are always on the rise, don't cut the portions at the same time, that is what sends regulars away. read more

I can't say enough great things about this location! I am a healthcare worker and had to stay late tonight, I wasn't sure if I was going to get to eat. The manager took my dine in order over the phone before the kitchen closed. When I arrived I was greeted in less than 5 seconds by the bartender, I didn't catch her name but it was 12/01 and she had red hair- she was extremely nice and fast especially considering how busy the bar was. I usually go to the lake Hefner location and I am lucky to get greeted in 10 minutes. I will definitely be making this my usual location for their prompt service and kindness! read more

We decided to try Louie's for the first time today, we were greeted by a male hostess/server who seemed upbeat, and courteous he directed us to seat ourselves, he came over and took our drink order, ice water w/ lemon, sweet tea and a coke. A female server brought our drinks (2 were incorrect water no lemon, unsweet tea) sat them on our table walked away, did not say greet us, she returned shortly and took our order for appetizers (chips & queso; pretzels) She seemed not to have any interest in interacting with us at all. Once we got our appetizers I noticed the pretzels seemed old/dry, waited for her to come back she didn't, my daughter ate them while we waited, when she eventually was walking by, I asked for another side of salsa; when she brought it to the table I said "thank you" and she said "uh huh...." and walked away. After our meals were brought to the table, we noticed husbands hamburger did not come with lettuce and onion, our mistake for not realizing. I asked the server for a side of lettuce and onion, when she brought it out, I again said "thank you.." and she again said "uh huh..." I noticed my chicken tenders had a fishy after taste to them, I waited for the server to come back to check on us, eventually the manager walked by and I stopped her and spoke with her in regards to the chicken tenders, she immediately swapped out my meal, and made sure what was brought to me was better. Server did not check on us, or how the meal was, I was fortunate to stop the manager to address issue with my chicken tenders. I probably would have given 4 stars if experience with server was better. Her demeanor was off putting, requesting anything seemed like an inconvenience. maybe she was having a bad day or she's not a Saturday person, no clue, wasn't impressed with her. Manager, and the first hostess/server we encountered; their attitudes were much more positive. Food was brought to to the table quickly. Drinks: Water with lemon - bland, no flavor missing lemon Sweet tea - dunno, but the unsweet tea that was served was good.. coke - it's soda, my 8 year old savors any soda she's allowed to have Appetizers: Chips queso and salsa - very good! Side of salsa is to small for the size of chips/queso served even for one person, but the salsa and queso had really good flavor! Chips were fresh as well! Pretzels - okay, seemed old, dry, very little salt on them. Lunch Double down burger - very good! Pepperoni pizza - very good, our daughter usually picks cheese and topping off pizza, she actually like the pizza with toppings. Chicken tenders - did not like the after taste, cooked in same oil as fish. Swapped out for cheeseburger Cheeseburger - very good! read more

Everytime I've gone to Louie's I've gone at lunch with a semi-large group and they've handled the whole group very well. We were usually at least 8 people. One time they were really busy and had to sit us at the bar which was different and although we didn't sit at a table we were still able to carry on good conversation and not feel like we were yelling. Everytime I think of the pizza at Louie's, I drool. It is major! I mean, all the food is way good. My friends got the burger and...were droolin' as well. Fantastic! Again, even though we always go at lunch time with a large group, the food doesn't take that long to come out and the service is really good. It was like all the wait staff focused on servicing all the tables and not just watching a few suffer while having to wait on large tables. Worst customer service I've ever seen! If your not one of their pets...forget about good seats. I got here at 4:55, 6 for dinner and Singo. Singo starts at 7 and if you are not in the "click". Wow... not a fan. Not like most Louies I have visited. Let's start off with the Fell odor that nearly knocked us down when we walked in the door.We weren't really sure what the smell was but the 1st thing my wife said was it smelled like mildewed carpet.
