The day I went in for sizing it was extremely busy. To expedite the process, the guy handed paperwork asking for my information. I quickly filled it out as a formality and eventually was measured. On this paperwork is the only notification of the late fee, as the worker informed me after the fact. That they have a late fee is not a problem. The problem is in the fact that they don't tell you about it. I was NEVER given a due date for my tux. They assume that I assume that the tux is due the next day. A best business practice would be to make the return policy as transparent as possible. By providing me with documentation when I leave, or at the very least, verbally asking me if I understand the return policy and the late penalties associated with tardiness. Lastly, that late fees increase per day that it is late. Why not call the renter on the 3rd, 4th or 5th day the tux is late? Because they want to milk that late fee for all it's worth....A BUNDLE!

No employee deserves to be talked down to publicly, especially in front of customers. It honestly made the entire experience unpleasant and awkward. Management sets the tone for a business, and unfortunately this location felt like a complete mess because of it. The dress is absolutely the wrong dress for my daughter for her wedding. She knew this 2 weeks after ordering and tried to cancel. Do not buy from this place. This is unfair and these are the reasons and facts. Lack of Disclosure: At the time of purchase, we were not informed that the sale was final or exchange-only. This policy was only discovered on the receipt after the transaction was completed. Attempted Cancellation: We contacted the store just two weeks after ordering to cancel. We were discouraged from doing so and persuaded to wait until the dress arrived. Had we been allowed to cancel then, the dress would not have even left the warehouse. Pristine Condition: The dress was picked up on March 5th and remains in absolute pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.

I brought three of my friends with me to start trying on dresses and get a general idea of what color pallet I want for my wedding. We were assisted by a woman who did not introduce herself , and I explained to her that I wanted to do mismatched shades of rust/terracota and allow for my bridesmaids to pick dress styles within those guidelines that they love and feel comfortable in. We began the appointment trying to nail down the exact color pallet and fabric textures. I tried to explain that I don't exactly know what colors I want but I want my friends to find dresses they like, which could dictate what final colors we end up with. The woman helping us did not allow us to start looking at dresses on our own until we had our colors set. She kept asking me what color I wanted to "put each girl in" which rubbed me the wrong way because I tried to make it clear that my main goal is for my friends to feel comfortable and beautiful while still looking cohesive. We also were continuously made to feel stupid for not knowing exactly what the fabrics were called or what the colors were. Once we decided on colors, my friends were able to start looking at styles. Because now they were constrained by colors, their options were very limited. Each person was also not allowed to stray from their "assigned color" even though this appointment was meant to be an initial design consultation and getting a feel for dresses. Some colors had only 1 or 2 dress options in the store to try. The whole time it felt like they were just trying to make an immediate sale and didn't care about how our experience was going. Granted, our appointment was 4:30-5:30pm on a Friday, but the whole time it felt like we were being rushed out of the store. If they do not want to see customers on Friday evenings they should not make appointments at this time. The last major issue is the "size inclusivity" that Bella seems to preach. The friends I brought with me had a hard time finding dresses that they could actually try on because most of the dresses on the rack were very small sizes. My friends are not "plus size" but were just looking for slightly larger sizes than were available. They claim to have dresses in size 0-32, but there were hardly any dresses in larger sizes that we could try on. Overall, this experience was terrible and my friends and I left the store feeling disheartened and frustrated. The next day we went to David's bridal and had a much better experience. While the dresses at Bella were pretty, the customer service did not make it worth it.

Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! My sister and the whole Bridal crew were crying happy tears by the end. Adrienne really made us all feel like a part of her family. I will absolutely be coming here for my own wedding dress shopping experience in a couple years... and I don't even live in the Indy area! And yes, my sister Said Yes To The Dress!!!

When looking for my own dress this year, I knew I wanted to get an appointment here. We requested Anna as well, but she had moved to a manager role. Alyce was my stylist and a fellow bride herself and we bonded over wedding planning things. Anna made sure to stop in and say hello as well since she wasn't my stylist that day which was so kind! Had a 5+ star experience with Diane at A Fitting Creation…read more I needed a repair made to a dress that I stepped on and caused a tear in the skirt. I made an appointment drop off and web made our way to A Fitting Creation. It's not located far from US 40. Diane has her own building adjacent to her home. It's clean and comfortable. It was a snowy/icy morning and Diane's husband made sure that a path was cleared and that I got inside safely. Drop off was easy. Diane discussed our options, depending upon how things worked out when she dug into the repair. I don't wasn't in a hurry to get the dress back at all. She called a few weeks later and the dress was complete. She had me try it on so that I could be sure everything was as it should be. The dress was great. I couldn't even tell where the repair had been made. Her fee was beyond reasonable. She offers a number of great services, including a mail in service if you just need something like a zipper or other repair that doesn't affect fit. She also has a day-of bridal service where she's with the entire bridal party to ensure there are no issues with fit or presentation. I highly recommend Diane and will look to her in the future. She's a kind and engaging woman, on top of being a talented seamstress.
