Came in to get a table for 3 and the hosts was very rude to me asking me if I had a cover up in front off all the costumers because I was wearing a tube top with high waisted shorts. We popped in for breakfast last Friday, and it was BUSTLING! We were seated promptly as this place has plenty of parking for booty's. The table was small, but we did not feel crowded. The menu is pretty extensive but I kept it simple. Eggs, Bacon & Flapjacks. I brought my own Java. The pancakes are HUGE so I immediately cut them in half, to box and enjoy the rest on Saturday. My wife had the Huevos Rancheros. She also boxed the remnants, and all was good. The service we received was excellent, we would not hesitate in returning. read more

Super kind staff, which is appreciated, but our experience with the food was incredibly lack luster. I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Eggs and bacon were good (a bit disappointed my bacon I ordered extra crispy was so chewy), but otherwise decent. The potatoes came out "oily" (? I'm not sure if that's the right word since it was a brown liguid covering them). The pancakes were beyond basic - tasted like the just add water recipes. Those are fine, but not what I expect in a diner with such good reviews. My friend ordered an egg dish, but the eggs came out way more raw than runny. She couldn't eat it and we didn't have time for them to remake it, but they were kind enough to remove it from our bill. Water was also fine. read more

Waitress was rude regarding my take out order. I asked why my cup was 3/4 full. She Found it necessary to explain loudly why my cup of Cranberry juice wasn't full. Apparently they measure 16oz of juice and place it in a 20 oz cup; therefore they don't give full cups and customers should know this. I'm guessing she buys the juice out of her check. read more

Breakfast choices are huge saw many dish pass you can split a dish for $2.00. You need to try the homemade jam and they also sell it for $4.00 glad I bought a jar. I was drawn here, as an out-of-towner, by the fantastic reviews this place had. Boy, I am super bummed it didn't live up to the reviews! I came here with a girlfriend for brunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Our server Jared was very nice and attentive. The food, however, was subpar. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes. They arrived and tasted just blah. Not bad enough to be a pain in the butt and send them back, but not good enough to eat more than 4-5 bites of. They tasted like flour and water with pieces of chocolate. There was just something this pancake was missing. My friend ordered French toast and said it was pretty good. The fruit was very fresh, so extra points for that. Truthfully, I'm hoping I just ordered the wrong thing and it was an isolated event. But I will certainly not be ordering pancakes again if I ever choose to come back. Cute place though! read more

Dont be fooled by this place being tucked into a newish strip mall/medical building complex.. we drove past and around it 2 times.. Yum, light, crunchy, swimming in delicious gravy. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly. Crunchy hash browns . And HELLO .."free mimosa?" Yes please!! -With the yelp check in! Came here for breakfast while visiting from out of town and all I can say is wow! The service, wait time, food, and overall atmosphere was great from start to finish. As we pulled up there was a crowd of people outside so I was ready to wait at least 30-60 mins to be seated. I went inside to put our names on the list and was told it would only take about 15 mins to be seated, I couldn't believe it. As we waited outside another member of the staff brought out complimentary mimosas for everyone waiting. Free champagne? Yes please! Shortly after we were seated as promised no longer than 15 minutes. They had an extensive menu with plenty of delicious options. We ended up getting the breakfast quesadilla and the chicken fried Benedict and they were amazing. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to start their day. read more

Simply the best is 100% accurate! The menu is extensive and there is something for even the pickiest of eaters. I had the corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and toast. So good and filling. Their homemade strawberry jam is delicious! A must try. I also tried my friends Southwest Eggs Benedict. A yummy twist on a classic dish. Amazing food selection, huge portions, historic feel. Loved this old time diner!! Service was extremely friendly. Food selection is huge! Portions size match the selection. I enjoyed the chicken fried steak, not too battered, thick piece of meat, savory gravy and replaced the potatoes with hash browns!! I encourage you to ask for the hash browns extra well done. Stayed at the La Quinta resort near by. Picked up takeout breakfast here to eat at our room. Packaging was great. Made it easy to not worry that we wouldn't have utensils or condiments. Ordered the chicken fried steak, louises scramble with a side of hollandaise and a ham steak. Ham steak tbh was for the dog haha. And she loved it. I had some too and it was tasty. Also I asked for a side of hollandaise and got basically half a pint. Above and beyond. Didn't feel like they cheaped out there. Courteous staff. What do I say with this one that hasn't been covered. Was very tempted to give this place only five stars instead of four, but, for what it is, it's good food. Nothing outstanding but decent. Some of it is flavorless like the hash browns that came with my meal. The home fries my friend had were better. The hash browns are just standard shredded potatoes cooked on grill. Bland, flavorless, can get these anyplace. Home fries were boiled cut up potatoes grilled with peppers and onions. Not much flavor but there was some. Had the chicken fried steak and that was OK. It seemed reminiscent of other ones have had. Fairly good sized and only barely finished it only because didn't eat many potatoes. The gravy covering it was OK, have had it with more flavor at other places. Friend had an omelette and they were very underwhelmed. Had peppers, onions, and sausage, and almost no flavor though it was a very good sized omelette. Place was packed and waited about fifteen minutes to get in. Will likely bypass next time in town though do recommend giving it a try at least once. read more

Huge portions during breakfast. Located in a small strip center with plenty of parking. I can only imagine how busy this place gets busy on weekends BC they have chairs out front for waiting. My Bfast included 3 eggs with my homemade corn beef hash with requested well done cooked potatoes. When my bfast arrived I was shocked how massive the size was - just like the cups of coffee. Service was spot on and my food arrived within minutes of placing my order. So way the deduction of a star? I thought the price was on the high side $19.00 for bfast including tip for one person is pricey in my opinion. There was no breakout on the tap so I'm not sure what the charge was for the coffee. read more
