We were looking for a good spot to stop and eat at on our way home from Arizona. The food was great, service was a little slow. Their menu had a good selection of brekky options.

Wow, everything was top tier. The service is excellent, and the food sublime. I had the build your own omelette with double chicken breast with veggies and feta. Very well made omelette with fresh ingredients. Can't wait to come back for lunch or dinner, I hear the sandwiches are next level.

It just keeps getting better here at Louise's! Today I'm trying their famous patty melt and great service as always by Fabulous Fabiola! This place is the best in Desert for Breakfast and lunch! You won't be disappointed!

Came for breakfast. Got eggs, potatoes and toast. The meal was good but honestly nothing special. A 3 star meal. The 4th star is based on the service, which was excellent. Food came quickly coffee refilled without asking. Really exceptional service.

We were looking for a new place to try for breakfast and found Louise's on Yelp. When we arrived on. Sunday around 10, there was a wait so we decided to sit at the counter, where we could be seated immediately. That turned out to be a really fun experience, since we enjoyed watching the kitchen at work and the toaster in action. We got the omelette with chorizo and well-cooked potatoes and the banana walnut pancakes. The portions were large. Hubby really liked the omelette and said the potatoes were cooked perfectly. They give you homemade jelly with the toast -- that was delicious. The pancakes were good but I should have read the menu better because I thought the bananas were on top, which I would have preferred. The servers were super friendly and dressed in jerseys for football Sunday. The water was gross but they were redeemed with the Diet Coke, which they refilled well.

I have been going here for a long time. I have never had any bad food or service. Well this past weekend went there for breakfast on our way to another city. We love their jam that's made there, we decided to buy a couple of bottles. I asked our server is this the same as what we just had and she assured us that it was. That was NOT the case. We came home so excited to try it oh boy we were so disappointed it didn't taste anything like what we had. I wish we lived close by so we could take it back not to get our money back but get the same jam the serve.

Had heard about it & finally we had the opportunity to go, small quaint place, very busy, but the food was yummy!!! The servers had jerseys on, our waiter was nice, I ordered the Louise pantry scramble w/bacon, cheddar & avocado & w/hash browns & my husband ham & eggs! Food was delicious, asked for a side of salsa, very good! Definitely will return!

Great and busy diner that offers many different kinds of food that ranges from lunch to breakfast. My family and I came here one morning (big party of 12) and they were able to accommodate us comfortably. We ordered meals like chicken fried steak, monte Cristo, corned beef hash, traditional breakfast with bacon and eggs, kids happy face pancakes, and eggs Benedict. I ordered the southwest eggs Benedict which was a warm pupusa covered with cooked chorizo, topped with 2 poached eggs, and a tomatillo hollandaise sauce. Very unique and flavorful. Their cup of coffee was delicious and strong! Love how they continue to refill the cup so you never have an empty cup of joe :)

My girlfriend and I had breakfast this morning. At 10:30 and we got right in. The server was so sweet. We spent two hours talking and she never said a word or tried to push us which I thought was so nice. I really enjoyed my eggs Benedict the way I ordered them, which was toast on the side so I could try their strawberry jam which is made in house. It was really good. I enjoyed my breakfast with the hashbrowns eggs Benedict and bacon. My girlfriend enjoyed her breakfast too. We will definitely be back. I'll bring mom but puppy can't go because they don't have a patio.

This place is amazing. Been in the area since 1946. From all the actors and actresses pictures on the wall to the Service and the food was incredible. I had the Corned beef and hash the best I've had in a long time. The biscuits and gravy were the best ever. My wife had the breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon she loved it. The country potatoes were made crispy like we asked. There was plenty of leftovers. Definitely be going back whenever we are out in the area.

If you're looking for the best food and fast, friendly service in the La Quinta area, Louise's Pantry is your spot. It's a classic, no-fuss diner that delivers exactly what you want on a lazy morning or after a long drive. Let's get one thing out of the way: if you're worried about wait times, head to Broken Yolk down the street -- it's bigger, more commercial, and more about volume. But if you're here for quality food and warm service that actually cares, Louise's wins hands down. I had the corned beef hash, and it was chef's kiss -- flavorful, crispy edges, and not greasy at all. The Reuben sandwich was solid, though the pastrami leaned a little dry. Still tasty, but next time I'll stick with the hash. Coffee is on the lighter side, but they bring over a pile of flavored creamers so you can doctor it up however you want. It's kind of charming in an old-school way. What really stood out was the service -- these folks hustle. Refills, check-ins, and the food came out fast. Felt like they actually wanted us there, which is rare these days. They've also got a solid kids' menu, which makes this a no-brainer for families. Our kids had plenty of options and left full and happy. This is 100% going to be our go-to spot next time we're in Indian Wells. Louise's Pantry isn't flashy -- it's just consistently good, and that's exactly what you want in a local diner.

The menu has a great variety of options, the food is consistently delicious, and the portions are generous. Bonus: each dish is able to be made vegan and gluten free, if needed. What really stands out, though, is the service. It feels like a true family-run business based on the warm, personal greetings and genuine hospitality we received every time we visited. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd want in the desert - bright, colorful, and effortlessly Palm Springs, complete with an adorable, vibrant bar. We even happened to be there during their one-year anniversary celebration, when they had festive decorations throughout the restaurant and were handing out complimentary brownies, which was such a fun touch. The only thing worth mentioning - and this is completely outside the restaurant's control - is that they aren't able to serve espresso drinks because there's a Starbucks in the shopping center. They have cold brew and plenty of other delicious drinks. I order the chai latte every time because it was that good - I only wish it came in a larger size! If you're craving an espresso-based drink, grab one from Starbucks beforehand, and Beautiful Day is perfectly happy for you to bring it inside. Overall, I can't recommend Beautiful Day enough. Great food, welcoming service, fun atmosphere, and a place we'll absolutely return to every time we're in La Quinta.

He was a HUGE fan of the coveted 'Mami' sauce. I also got an oj mimosa with our brunch, which hit the spot. We both really enjoyed our meals, and as an added benefit, it's all made with good clean ingredients so you feel good after eating as well. It was cold out, but I still requested to sit outside. They were short a server and still graciously accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. I ordered the beignets, a side of bacon, and orange juice. The beignets came in a set of four -- crisp on the outside and soft, pillowy yumminess on the inside. I skipped the syrup because honestly, they didn't need it. Anything extra would've taken away from how good they already were. And the bacon? Crispy to perfection. With tip, it came out to $38.02. I can't speak to the full menu since I only tried the beignets and bacon, but based on that alone, I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even the patrons were lovely...smiling and wishing me a good morning as they passed my table. It's quiet on Sunday mornings, which makes it perfect if you're dining alone with a good book. My first time trying Aspen Mills and my review falls somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4. For good…read moremeasure I'll give them a 4 but jury is still out on this spot for me. I think my expectations for this spot were a bit high as the reviews on here for the most part are glowing reviews and when I found some foodie influencers reviewing this spot on social media, they really hyped up the sandwiches. So much so it finally encouraged me to give this spot a try. I came during Christmas week which I do understand is a crazy week, especially for a spot like this as they seemed to have a lot of breads and desserts flying off of the shelves. So maybe their attention to detail was a little off? I came in to grab a sandwich for myself and my family. Went with three different varieties. I got the prime cut and then ordered the Tuscany and the my cousin Vinnie. My family said their Italian style sandwiches were just so so. I kind of felt the same way about my prime cut but I did like mine a little more than they liked theirs. Initially when I came in I really wanted to try their tuna sandwich with cheese jalapeño bread as this was one of the sandwiches highly reviewed but when I asked the gal about the freshness of the tuna, she let me know they make it every other day. I really appreciated her honesty, which is another reason I'm playing the 4 stars. Some places just BS you or tell you what you want to hear but I'm glad she was truthful to say, every other day. It's not that this is "bad" but with tuna I get weird and only could order it if it was fresh that day. So I skipped. Went with the prime cut which was a roast beef type of sandwich. The prime cut sandwich itself was an overall 3/5. My biggest critique was that the bread tasted super dry, almost stale? Maybe that's the style of that darker bread...I've never ordered it before but it wasn't for me and just made the sandwich a bit too dry, even after getting extra sauce. Despite the bread issue, I loved the rare roast beef and the zucchini was a lovely touch in the sandwich. Unique and I really liked that! Horseradish cream was tasty too, on the mild side but good. Overall the bread just didn't seal the deal for me. I'd come back here but not as a first choice sandwich option. I will say the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and good signage for the sandwiches. Seemed like a popular place as lots of people in and out. A cute little perk is that the sandwiches come with a small side of potato salad and a pickle. Love that. The potato salad was actually delicious, 5/5. So random I know, but I loved it and I'd pay for a side of that for sure.
