Food: 4/5 we both ordered the spicy vegan ramen with spinach noodles. The broth was hot and flavorful. The noodles were a little too salty for my taste and the whole dish wasn't as spicy as it was last time we were here. They also serve a fantastic Thai tea. You will end up ordering one after you notice everyone else around you has done the same. Again, this drink is too sweet for my taste but the tea flavor and tea/half&half ratio is always 100% on point. Cleanliness: 5/5 clean restrooms and clean tables. Real all-day pork broth is what makes good ramen. This place has it! I had the Spicy ramen and it was delicious! Rich broth, spicy at about a 5 (which builds as you eat it). I prefer this place over Raizel Ramen in Palmdale. Yum! They also have brothless ramen, which I would like to try sometime, and chicken broth based ramen for those who don't eat pork. Usually I don't do reviews unless I'm either completely unsatisfied or completely satisfied. In which case, I was more than completely satisfied with my overall experience. My SO and I went around the time it was pretty busy so obviously we had to wait a couple minutes to get seated. There was another couple ahead of us but even then we were promptly seated in about 5-10 min. We were greeted as soon as we walked in/sat down and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I was extremely skeptical because I didn't know whether or not to trust the reviews or figure it out myself. I live in LA most of the year so knowing that there was a Ramen place in Lancaster took me by surprise. Nonetheless, everyone in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying their meal and some even ordered extra to go. Which made me feel a lot more confident about stopping by. I won't go too detailed about the food because everyone is different. I've had ramen in high demand spots in LA but nothing compares to this restaurant. I was so taken by surprised over how good it was that I had to tell my friends out in LA that they had to come out and try it. And a few of them came out and they completely understood what I was talking about. It doesn't matter where you get ramen whether it's in LA, the AV, or even out in OC. What matters is the quality and the service. I see that a lot of ppl seem to complain about how expensive it is and how it's "just" lancaster and it should be less expensive. Why spend your money and then later complain about how expensive it was and how it wasn't even worth it? Also this is the second ramen place I know of that is remotely in the AV and with that comes competition. But it shouldn't be that way at all. We should support local business owners and appreciate that there are two different locations conveniently for Lancaster/Palmdale. I can't wait to try the one in Palmdale as well! If you're in a rush you can always order to go but in which case comes a risk. I don't know why people expect these containers to sustain the broth and everything together without spilling. If you're not going to be holding it or have someone else hold it for you to make sure it doesn't spill and everything is okay till you reach your destination, you may want to rethink taking it to go. It's more than anything out of their control if there's a mishap outside of their restaurant. I can't wait to see this business hopefully grow and expand because they have a lot going for the product they are selling. The hostesses, owner, and chefs don't get enough credit for what they do. When in Palmdale, there aren't many options and it was nice to see Love Ramen was open and taking "pick up" orders via the Yelp app. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Miso Ramen that has a pork based broth and includes: pork chashu, corn, green onion, sesame seed & 1/2 a seasoned egg. Upon arrival, the food was ready to go. We wasted no time getting back and handing out everyone's orders. Love Ramen has a nice little note section where you can provide the names of each ramen so there's no mix up. Everything was packaged so nice and orderly with the broth separated from the noodles. The spicy level was perfect on Spicy Tonkotsu, but I would like to mention it was a tad too salty for my liking. I of course finished it, but I would recommend the miso ramen for those who don't particularly like high salt levels in your food. I ordered spicy chicken ramen, spicy pork ramen, cold ramen, and shrimp tempura. They all did not taste good. They tasted like the prepackaged ramen that I would find at 99 Ranch supermarket. Also, the cold ramen was disgusting. I thought it would be a cold ramen with a cold broth. It was a ramen with salad and salad dressing. That was one of the most disturbing thing I've ever seen. The shrimp tempura was overly breaded. I got these food as a delivery from yelp. If you really wanted to try the food here, I would recommend picking up the food instead. By the time the delivery got to my house, the noodle were overly cooked and the noodle were mushed together. Overall, definitely would not try this place. Upon walking in at 11:30, they already had a good size lunch crowd, which is always a good sign! We were immediately greeted with a various hellos from different parts of the establishment from all of the staff, and then we were promptly seated and given menus. I was impressed with the size of the menu. They have a very large and nice selection of ramens, soups, rice dishes, ala cartes, etc. And, the menu was well organized with easy to read larger fonts. I ordered the #7 Garlic Lovers ramen. I don't remember what the guys ordered, some type of a rice and curry and a chicken soup. Everything is made fresh to order; with about four tables ahead of us, we waited about 15 minutes for our food, and man! It was SO worth it! The guys' plates looked and smelled amazing, but mine was top notch! The creamy pork and fish broth with the mound of garlic and onions, the savory egg with the most perfect ramen noodle... drools! "Slurp!" (It's okay to slurp when the ramen is so delicious!) Let's not forget the slices of pork. They literally melted like smooth chocolate in my mouth. Oooooo! SO GOOD! Had the Tonkotsu Black and hubby had the Spicy Chicken Ramen. Both of these dishes were yummy! The Tonkotsu Black had Black Garlic Oil in it, which infused the rich pork-bone broth with a sweet garlic flavor - so rich and so delicious. The entire dish was well-balanced and the noodles were perfectly al dente, which is the standard in Tonkotsu. The Spicy Chicken Ramen had ramen noodles that were cooked a bit softer, not too soft and not too hard. They soaked up the spicy clear goodness of the chicken broth. Yum. The eggs came out hard-boiled, which isn't traditional, but whatever. If you like spicy, don't be afraid to ask them to crank up the heat. I love spicy, I could have gone hotter than the standard without losing the flavors of the soups. Not that I regret anything. I'm coming back ASAP! read more

The one thing I didn't like when I first moved to this side of town was that there really wasn't any decent food close by. It was all fast food. That has started to change, and this restaurant is a great addition! We went tonight. It's cute, plenty of parking, and there was no wait. The staff was attentive and our orders came out pretty fast. I ordered the chili cilantro ramen, which comes in a chicken broth, and it was excellent. My husband's was also tasty, but he thought it was a bit salty for his taste. If you're able to go to LA for authentic ramen, DO. But if you can't, this place has decent ramen for an okay price ($10-12). The broth is on the oilier side and offers soft noodles, but it doesn't leave you with that starchy/sticky feeling on your lips. I recommend the calamari tentacles, but wasn't a fan of the karaage+paired sauce or chicken fried rice. They were both okay. My only complaints would be the staff was a bit timid/slow (SUPER friendly though) and all my chashu pieces were 90% fat (see photo) and fell apart immediately when touched. The waitress I got was super sweet and attentive. The ramen was delicious but the only problem was the cook did not fry the tempura shrimp and veggie mix long enough. The veggies especially the thicker veggies were hard the outer layer was soft but the middle was extremely hard. I usually go to the one on 47th. and I've order that appetizer a lot and I've never seen the tempura so pale and the veggies so undercooked. I love the tempura mix so it was definitely extremely disappointing. I did let one of the waitresses know. she could not recook it which overall makes sense but overall the problem wasn't solved, hopefully they warned the cook. read more

I was a little disappointed, unfortunately. I found the broths to be just ok in taste, and also a little bland as well. I also thought the use of sweet pork in the ramen was a little strange and tasted out of place, compared to the salty/savory pork that's more commonly used. Nothing major, but a minor inconvenience for me was that the employees couldn't seem to agree on explanations for the different ramens on the menu. I walked in and it was rather busy. I saw three people working and nobody greeted me initially. I waited at the counter to see if I was to be sat or if I choose my own seat. I ordered spicy chicken ramen I then watched as two other tables that had arrived after me got their meals and I was told it would be a few more minutes. I finally got my food. IT WAS SO GOOD. the broth was so flavorful and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The chicken had the best flavor. The egg was a little on the bland side, but that might be a personal preference. My wife wanted to try this place out so we made time and drove out here. The place is small but cozy. The tables were rather unkept. I wish they would have done a better job wiping it down. The staff was nice though. We walked away spending almost 80 dollars here just to go home with both of us throwing up the rest of the night. We ordered the eel dish, chicken kurrage, meatless ramen and baked octopus appetizer. We also drank chai tea they provided in a what looked like a souvenir cup from magic mountain but 1/3 the size. The cup holding the tea seemed to fit about 4 sips of tea, then it was gone. Back home both my wife and I suffered for the rest of the night. Maybe you should try this place out in the morning when the food is fresh-er. Not sure what bad luck we had that night, but never again. read more

Upon my arrival I was greater by the nicest waitress ready to take our order,I did not wait long at all. Currently I am not eating meat going a month strong. Yes I am a beginner but everyday counts. The waitress suggested their vegan option that was a creamy vegan ramen, and let me tell you it did no disappoint. This is my favorite ramen spot in the AV. I highly recommend the tonkotsu black ramen if you're a garlic fan. It comes with a bunch of chopped garlic and a black garlic oil. The portion sizes are enough to fill you up. The broth is deliciously seasoned and the meat is very tender. The inside is very clean and the servers are pretty quick and attentive.
