Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

Estimated time of completion = 2 weeks. I paid him the first installment and he started right away. He worked consistently for a few days. But then the absences began - he kept me apprised at first but then he just wouldn't show up for days. It has been more than 3 months and he's still not completed the basement. I've given him a $1000 advance for another project and he has not shown up for work since. He also has $500 worth of my stuff from Ikea that he picked up but never delivered. To be fair, he did mention that he had a personal task to attend to but that was in late June and I've not heard from him since. The most frustrating part is not responding to calls and messages (I have all logs). I've explained to him several times the urgency of finishing this work but he seems to have ignored it so far.
