Instead of simply helping me with that, I was told, "If you want, you can go to the other Princess Nails salon." The way it was said came across as rude and dismissive, almost as if they did not want my business. I believe every potential customer deserves to be treated with respect, whether there is availability that day or not. I came in ready to support this business, but after the way I was spoken to, I will take my business somewhere that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.

However, the first person had used the rotating hand held device and had filed away too much of my nail. When I returned they had to file again and they were hitting my nail bed as no nail left to file. I was jumping in pain. Since then I have had pain and redness on my nails and as these paper thin layers of nail grow out they are soft and just break off. When I left, I wasn't completely satisfied the tips were a bit crooked and too thin, and the French base was more milky white instead of the neutral pink I prefer. I have been there a few times. they don't seem to speak much English. I had Aila the first 2…read moretimes. She was good. After that I made appointments with her specifically, but every time I went in they gave me somebody different(even though Aila was there), who didn't always seem to know what they were doing. The place looks pretty run down....all the chairs are peeling, and the arm rest in the pedicure chair was dirty the last time I was there. One time an annoying alarm beep sounded every 20 seconds for an hour. Supplies like packages of paper towels are visible(they should be in a closet or hidden behind the wall), fake plants...it just looks cheap, but the prices are not. It was close to my house, but I don't think I will return.
