I made the mistake of trusting the employees that work here. I can't tell if the employees here are lazy, incompetent, or not trained well; maybe a mix of the three. However it basically took me an hour to pick up my online order and I ended up finding some items myself. WHY IS ONLINE ORDER PICK UP SO DIFFICULT HERE? What's the point of sending a notication saying my order is ready for pick up, and then I get there and it clearly was not ready? Then basically everyone here likes to send their customers somewhere else so the customer can be someone else's problem. Worst part was nobody could find my items when they were all located in the front of the garden entrance! It was my first time at this Lowes and I can find items quicker than the people that work there. I should have wasted more time at this place by complaining to a manager, but I already spent almost an hour picking up my online order, and I had other places to go after my order pick up that shouldn't have been more than 10 minutes. read more

Recently, I purchased and received an installation of laminate flooring in my home. While the company tasked to install my floors did an amazing job, I am unable to say the same for the service I received within the Lowes located in Laurel, MD. From start to finish, the process for purchasing and scheduling my installation was unnecessarily frustrating. There was only one associate who seemed to know anything about the flooring department and process for ordering an install. Had it not been for that associate, Ryan, I would have gone elsewhere. Ryan was the only associate who was able to properly process my order. In addition to that, there were several times I went into the store to ask questions and the other associates looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. The flooring associates were unable to locate my information in the system or on paper. Annoyed with their lack of knowledge or enthusiasm about being of use, I would often find out when Ryan would be working and just return on that date. Also, because Ryan seems to be the only associate who knows how to operate the Lowes system, I had to go into the store three different times in order to collect the items I'd purchased. On one occasion, after I insisted that Ryan put my name on a pile of materials in the back, an associate went as far as to bring ALL of my materials to the front but then state that the system only showed I'd purchased four of the 32 piece order. At this time, my order was paid for in full, and because I'd grown accustomed to being disappointed by everyone other than Ryan, I elected to return when he was going to be in the store so that I could get the merchandise I know I'd paid for. I think it is incredibly unprofessional and a very reckless business move to employ people who are not properly trained in the company's systems. As I previously stated, had it not been for Ryan, I would have canceled my install and gone elsewhere. I have no plans on returning to Lowes for any future renovations, and I will not recommend them to any of my friends/associates. However, because of his service, I will recommend that they ask for Ryan if/when they need to purchase minor things from this store. I am sincerely grateful to Ryan for making a very tedious process slightly more bearable. I encourage management to take a closer look at the staff they employ; from the departments to the cashiers. The levels of unprofessionalism are extremely disappointing, and more than enough to ensure that I take my major business to Lowes' competitors. read more

I love hardware/home improvement centers. The smell of lumber, the tools, the ... possibilities. This Lowe's is pretty good. It is clean, has good lighting, things are usually where you expect to find them. The staff is attentive and fairly knowledgeable. To me this is pretty common at most Lowe's; as opposed to most home depots where the staff is generally more knowledgeable but lack customer service skills. Lowe's is almost always cleaner then Home Depot. I am only going 3 stars because they are providing what I expect with out really exceeding my expectations. read more

The lowes in Laurel nickels and dimes its customers over bullshit. They rented me a dirty truck with the gas meter showing a little less than half full claimed it was on half. When I brought it back exactly where they rented it to me I had to go back and forth getting it to a place where it has significantly more gas than when I rented it. Fuck them ... Lowe's Home Improvement - Terrible customer service - Hardware Stores Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

I had two recent jobs with Lowes. One was for a storm door install. It was somewhat painful to coordinate in the store as the day I went there was one person working and a few individuals ahead of me. What was not clear was that someone had to come out and make sure the door was set for the install despite the fact that I had come with measurements. Something about making sure the placement would fit. So of course they eventually came and deemed my door a fit. But the bad part was that they made me come back to the store to complete the contract and submit payment. After that was done, I had an install date scheduled and they came to do the installation. I don't know if the pre determination check and installation were the same crew. The door hardware had a weird finish to it that looked scratched and the install guy said he would report it but no one ever contacted me to resolve this. Next, I had a quote for a fence. I was offered a good promotional discount in place of the 5% off with Lowe's card and given documents outlining the process. I was contacted when the materials were delivered to the store and then was supposed to hear from the contractor about installation. That installation person gave me the runaround and a sob story about securing permits and it was at least 2 weeks past my contract estimated completion date before he ever committed to starting the work. Then there was a misunderstanding as he thought the materials were delivered to my house. They were delivered to the store but he was using delivery as an excuse to delay my install. So they day they showed up, realizing this, then went to the store to bring the materials over to my home. It took them a couple of days to complete. Sadly, there was a bit of misunderstanding as to the height of the fence as it was a graduated style and my yard is a wreck from all the work and traffic that took place between this and another improvement project with another contractor. But in the end, the job was done and at least I had a fenced in area for my dog to run around and play. However for some reason, I am still getting weekly calls from Lowes about a delivery that is related to this job and I don't understand how that keeps getting passed along to me when the delivery should have been coordinated with the installation contractor. Very annoying. It is great to have competitive options and this quote was the best I received compared to fence companies but I bet if I went with a fence company it would have been a smoother process without a middle man. I am very surprised at the bad reviews. I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot and ship here at least 8-10x a month for various items. Every single customer service experience has been positive. Most have actually gone above and beyond, which he is why I return to this location. There have been a few times I've seen an item/tool in stock on the website, but couldn't locate it in store. The staff will try to locate it and if they can't, they have kindly offered me the next tier of that item for the original price. Also, when a staff member says they will be right back, they actually return and find you. I know this is very basic, but good customer service is hard to find these days so I appreciate the small things. The guys in the lawn/outdoor appliance area really know their stuff. I wish I remembered the supervisor who was so helpful. In general, the people I've come in contact with seem happy and it translates to good customer service. read more

My simple 11 x 13 Lowe's kitchen upgrade (footprint replacement) is now 20% OVER BUDGET and THREE MONTHS PAST projected completion date with absolutely NO END IN SIGHT. No project oversight or coordination. Endless mistakes, finger-pointing, excuses, delays. There has literally been only one day of work in the last TWO MONTHS. Even when this project concludes, there will be issues that can NEVER be fixed due to bad design and measurement mistakes. Lowe's insisted on taking my $27K up front, ensuring the subcontractor wouldn't be paid until the job is complete. Early in the project when the kitchen was gutted, Lowe's shook me down for $4K more and still can show no evidence of the reason for the additional money. In fact, I caught the subcontractor in a big lie about this point. I generally believe you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, and for this reason, I have been patient and understanding particularly through the holidays, expecting some traction after New Year's, but no. I tried going through the proper channels by engaging the store manager (very sympathetic and polite, but absolutely powerless), contacting corporate/customer care twice. They "understand your frustration" but they won't put you through to a District Manager. Everything cycles back to their CPO (project management office) in Indiana, which I believe is the source of the problems. I have photos and email chains that would astound you. This store is largely disorganized with immature, unhelpful employees. Certain areas will have no representatives to help, but there will be groups of employees idly clustered at the front of the store. If you are black, you will be helped last even if you arrived before non-black customers. Shop somewhere else. read more

I went to Lowe's for a indoor timer for a lamp. There appeared to be no one working in the store. Saw a man in the aisle with his back towards me he did not have a Lowe's vest on so I couldn't see his name tag. I had to go to customer service to ask for help and they sent him. He was no help he said that I just needed a bulb. I told him That I needed a timer. I also wanted to check out flooring , but there was absolutely no one back there. So I gave up and left the store. There are no workers assigned to any department and you have to walk upfront to ask them to page someone then you have to walk back to whatever department to wait for the person. read more

I ordered a front door, sidelites and transom on April 5, 2022 and paid $3539.67 in full. Due to supply chain issues the items did not reach Lowe's in Laurel, MD until August 24. I understood, all I needed was a nice enough day for the front of the house to be open to tear out the old and install the new, then I could paint the door. After numerous calls to Lowe's Installation Support, their installer finally called me in the first week of October. Unfortunately when he heard from me what was to be installed he told me he couldn't do that, but someone else will call. Having learned my lesson and entering the skepticism stage, I immediately called Lowe's to report this news. I was assured they would call the installers and I would receive a call soon to install. The call hasn't happened. I called back several times and as recent as the other day and always got the same story. Here we are, November 6 and no call to schedule with few days remaining for a comfortable installation. I told them I may ask for my money back if it doesn't happen soon, but that would leave me back to square one with the product sitting in the Lowe's store. They have changed installers from the company that measured. My guess is to save money, but definitely not customer service. I am unhappy as one might imagine. read more

Abysmal customer service and sales service at the Lowe's in Bowie, MD. We ordered a dishwasher through this Lowes store. The expected delivery date, some two weeks later, for the dishwasher came and went. So we contacted the sales representative named Roy in the appliances department regarding the order. We were told they had botched the order and received the wrong model--we were told they would reorder the correct model and were assured that they would expedite it. This was a bold faced lie. When trying to follow up on the new delivery date of correct dishwasher I got a song and dance from Roy that he was working to verify the date for us, but never actually indicated when we could expect the delivery. I had to repeatedly call the store to try and get an update on our order--they never bothered to call us back despite assurances they would. Roy suddenly became unavailable to talk--always out or on vacation. I talked to Charles and Martin, also in the appliance department, to try and get some information on our order, but they proved less than helpful in nailing down a date and failed to call me back as promised to confirm a delivery date. They routinely fell back to the fact that since they did not make the sale/order the appliance there was little the could do for me. After reaching a peak level of frustration, I contacted a random manager at this Lowe's location who was able to tell me that I could expect the delivery now at a month and a half after our order date. I was very clear in expressing my frustration with the fumbling of our order and the shell game the appliance associates appeared to to playing with us straightening out their error. The general sense I got from this manager was an apathetic "sucks-to-be-you" type of response. I was shocked by the manager's tone and utter lack of interest in the situation I encountered with his staff. Piss-poor all around experience. read more

He went to the back got my bathroom renovation order and was able to figure out how we would put it in our midsize SUV. Only took about 15 minutes, which was very quick for an order this size. Online order pickup certainly has improved at this location. I've avoided online ordering of lumber for pickup after many unsatisfactory orders here: I actually got yelled on two orders for coming into the store (after receiving order ready for pickup notification via text msg and on the web site) without calling and scheduling a time for lumber pickup. I was told that this store did not use the corporate ordering system. Fast forward to this week. After 2 aborted lumber orders at the New Carrollton store: one was never picked and the other substituted regular 2x6s for pressure treated ones, I took a chance on ordering from the Laurel store because the online inventory said they had lots of pressure treated lumber and its in short supply at present (thanks covid-19). Anyway, placed the order at Laurel, got the notification in about 3 hrs (vs. 2 day standard delay at New Carrollton). Placed another order for chainsaw chains, got that notification. Went to the store and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Lumber was ready and waiting in the lumber department (New Carrollton stores online lumber orders outside). My saga began on the evening of Friday 30 July 2017. My dryer had died many moons back. The washer was still running like a champ and using a clothes line to dry. For convenience (drying clothes when the sun was not shining) it was time to replace the dryer. To save space a stackable united was the way to go. The deal was made a brand new washer and dryer was ordered and paid for. I even compliment the folks I dealt with how their customer service was and that was the reason we shop here. The washer was scheduled and delivered on Saturday 15 July 2017. Delivery window 1 to 3pm, but it was delivered around 11am. I prefer early over late. The folks that did the delivery did a fine job. They installed and new and removed the old. We kept the it, since it still ran (like a champ) and planned to donate it. Dryer scheduled for delivery Wednesday 19 July. Delivery window 9am -1pm. I called and talked to the delivery/install folks to confirm that the schedule we agreed on was still a go, which it was. Just before Noon I got call form delivery/install folks that they were back at their home base, because when they went to Lowes to pick-up the dryer Lowes told them dryer was already delivered. Called Lowes several time to sort-out what happen. After a couple round of getting nowhere fast I headed to Lowes around 1:30pm. I figured I had a better of sorting this in person. We chatted and they apologize for the mix up. It was a combination of a paperwork mistake and they could not find the dryer. Because they can not find it they thought it was delivered. They later found in behind some other items. I accept apologize, since I understand these things can happen. I told them the new delivery date had to be on a Saturday, since I was not going to lose anther day of pay ($300). Just after 5pm I check my phone and had a message from John from Lowes. He said that he could not find anyone to install the dryer on a Saturday, so it was going to be installed on Wednesday 26 July 2017. It than that I decided I was done with Lowes. I called Lowes back and talked to the folks at Customer Service and recount the saga. They wanted to resolve these issues and get the dryer delivered and installed in my home. I told them we were done, since they passed the point of no return due to them being unable to meet my simple request of a Saturday delivery and install. I asked if they could handle my return and refund and the said no. They then told me I had to return to the location of purchase to get a refund. So I headed back to Lowes. I told the Customer Service folks my sags and I wanted a refund for the dryer, installation of the dryer, and pick-up/refund of the washer. They were very nice and professional. They told me it would take 10-14 business days to get my back for the dryer and dryer install fees. Arrangements were made to pick-up the washer on Saturday 22 July 2017 and when it was returned it take 10-14 business days to get my back my back for it. The washer was picked-up on the schedule date and a little early from the pick-up window. The same folks that picked it up, had delivered it. They were very professional. Wanted to ask them to move back original dryer, but I could tell they wanted to be gone. Got it moved via help from a neighbor and payment of a 12pk of beer. I am not happy that Lowes will have made interest off my money, while I wait for my refund to hit my account. Same goes for being out $300 for taking the day off from work for the delivery that never happened. Was does make me happy is knowing that I will never shop at a Lowes again. read more

I went to Lowe's in Laurel about two weeks this December, 2018. I was looking through some lights with an employee. I had picked up two of the lights, but didn't know how the lights will work. I asked the employee if I can return any of the lights after I have made a decision as to which one to keep since I was not familiar with these particular lights. He told me that I can return the lights. I said okay, in that case I can buy the two since I can return the one I don't want. Today's afternoon, I had gone to the Lowe's in Laurel to return one of the lights still in its package and with my receipt. The female cashier at the customer service told me that I cannot return the light because the return date of the light I had bought had expired in less than two weeks after I bought it. She said after December 26,2018, I cannot return it. But, the male employee who had helped me during my purchase told me that I can return the light. The above date was not written on my receipt for me to know that, which I also told the cashier. So, I wanted to talk to the manager, but the male manager who worked in the afternoon of New Year's day told me he cannot accept my return because he cannot over-ride it. He also said that the company, Lowe's, had taken out the items from the stores' system so he cannot be able to refund me my money. I know that the manager was lying! Frustrated, I decided to leave the merchandise with him and took my receipt with me. Lowe's basically have the merchandise I bought and paid for, but refused to refund my money to me. I will never patronize this store. I've worked at Lowe's 15 years ago at another location. I had a job interview with the store, mind you I was dressed in "business casual wear" Dress shoes and slacks brown leather belt, button up shirt, under a dockers sweater. Never was fired from Lowe's previously to add. I was denied the job solely because I have dreadlocks. I have no felonies or misdemeanors yet i was denied because of my hair. I don't patronize establishments that are prejudice against the people of its community. Why shop and spend money somewhere that doesnt value me as a resident of this city? I took the Lowe's survey on my receipt but they had limited characters and I tried to use the website's automated feedback on the website but that too was limited. I could not find any email address to contact. So here I am on yelp. Why not? My husband and I were at the self-checkout line since it was the closest line where we were walking from. Also there was only 2 other non self checkout lines open (one all the way at the other end of the store and the other about 4 aisles down form the self check-out line. We were purchasing a patio umbrella that I was carrying and my husband was carrying the umbrella base. We tried to scan the bar codes found on the umbrella base box and it was not scanning. There was no gun to use to scan either. We tried to get the attention of the two ladies with the Lowe's apron on who seem to be the cashiers running the self-checkout registers. One was leaning on the stack of water bottles and the other had her head turned facing her. We told them we couldn't scan the box. At this time we didn't know if the machine had the capability to or this particular item just couldn't scan it. We asked if there was a gun or could we enter the item number -- the lady on the water bottles just shook her head and the other lady stood where she was and said softly that they couldn't type in the item. Not once did either of them seem to want to stop talking and help us. They didn't walk towards us or speak to us in a clear way (I could hardly figure out what she was trying to tell us-- Looking at their body language, they didn't want to help us. It wasn't busy. It was Memorial Day Monday; there wasn't a line, not all the self-checkouts were being used. We were both carrying heavy items and not once did they make a move towards us to help us out or tell us that she can check us out at her register (we've had cashiers check us out at the front register when the self-checkout wasn't able to check us out before). They just simply wanted us to go somewhere else and have someone else help us. I believe the head cashier was Stephanie. I didn't get the other lady's name. Frustrated, we went to another register, he greeted us, was nice and thanked us. His name is Joe. He's the only reason I did not put a 2 or 1 on our recent experience at Lowe's on the survey and the fact we did find what we were looking for. While we were in line, we saw the two ladies that didn't help us talk to another employee and said something to her that made all of them look our way and stare. Whether they were talking about us or not -- I'm not sure. Either way, it's rude. My husband and I have both worked in retails stores and other customer service jobs and we know how customers should be treated and helped. So we went to Lowe's in hopes of getting carpet at a reasonable price. I've had a couple of big box store installations - an exterior door and a major appliance. Overall, those went well. I should have immediately stopped the quest when the flooring department at Lowe's was vacant. There was no call button. We had to manually search half the store to find someone to find the guy that was supposed to be manning the station. At this point, I would usually cut bait, but I guess I am getting softer with the advancing years. Plus, I was with my wife and father-in-law, who are both much nicer people than I am and much more tolerant of bad performance. After all, this guy wouldn't be installing our carpet. Then, the laborious task of entering a product order into the computer began. Obviously Lowe's has their D team in on weekend mornings, because this guy had absolutely no computer skills. He tried and failed three times to enter the correct product number for the carpet. Then, he added an extra zero to the quantity, resulting in a quote approaching $25,000. Worse yet, he didn't even notice the exorbitant price tag until we pointed out his error. He tried to start over again, got confused, and had to call a store manager to assist him in what should have been a very simple transaction. The store manager arrived and had everything worked out in a couple of minutes. He even took us up to the register and waited in the customer service line, which was busy, for us while we looked at other items in the store. We paid, signed the contract, and were on our (for the most part) merry way. The installer project lead called a couple days later to schedule the install since the carpet came in early. We were glad that we would be getting our basement back a week early. The installers came on time and finished the job very efficiently. However, they did not speak English so they couldn't really explain what they were doing. They packed up, left, everything looked good. We moved everything back into the basement and thought we were good to go. We installed the baseboards and set everything up. Life was back to normal with the second half of our house reclaimed. Then, about 3 weeks later, I go downstairs and in the middle of the floor, there's a big wrinkle. One you could trip on. A few days later, wrinkles are popping up all over the place. The carpet now looks like a puddle after you throw a rock in and let the waves bounce around for a little while. We called Lowe's to try and get the situation resolved. The first call was in the evening and we were told that the people who deal with installation problems only work 9 to 5. I'm glad we didn't have something critical to fix. We called again in the morning and were directed by a very discourteous lady to a phone that rang and rang and rang and rang - no answer. We called the store again and were transferred to flooring, where our old friend from the D team answered. My wife explained, verbatim, that "Hello, yes, we had carpet installed a month ago and it is wrinkling and separating from the floor. We need to find out how to get it fixed." To which our friend replied, and this is absolutely true: "Can you repeat it again?" I watch in awe as my wife explains it slowly and deliberately, as if she were explaining it to a 3 year old child. Apparently, mastery of basic English skills and comprehension are not included as part of Lowe's extensive interview process. The D team guy put a note in the computer for Lowe's to call the installer. Wow, now that's what I call a satisfying resolution to a customer complaint! He wrote a note! And knowing his computer skills, he probably hit delete instead of save. In retrospect, the price of the carpet and installation at Lowe's is not a good deal. Their whole house installation cost is just a gimmick to get you in the door. From now on, I'm going to a local shop even if it is a buck more per square foot. At least places like Aria flooring have knowledgeable people with which you can communicate. I will update the text of this review if and when Lowe's takes some action to stand behind their product. read more

This lowes store has some of the worst customer service in the area. I've come in here frequently and finally decided that I should spend my money in a place that values its customers more. The prices are a bit more expensive than the local home depot that's only a mile or two away. Also, the manager Bill is extremely rude and disorganized. I called the corporate contact number to file a complaint and I can see now why they have such poor customer service. My call has been disconnected multiple times. Its almost as bad as having to call comcast or verizon. Idiots...as far as the eye can see. I tried to go in looking for an angle grinder with some specific attachments and for 20 minutes there was no one to be found. I decided to called the main phone number and asked the lady for someone in tools. Before I could finish my sentence, she transferred my call to the tool department and the phone rang in front of my face - still with no one in sight. I called back and asked her to page someone in tools, but still no answer. Finally, I found a short spanish lady who claimed to work in the department, who asked me what my issue was. I asked the question which prompted her to say, "Let me check the computer" Ok, the computer will tell her if an attachment will work for an angle grinder - impressive. After 3 - 4 minutes of waiting around she asks me my zipcode. I watch as she hunt-and-pecks away at the keyboard like a toddler trying to match shapes on a Fischer-Price toy. And so indeed I was impressed; I was impressed at how Lowe's is still open with such idiots working in any department. How its possible for ANY store to have such a fool working in a department that could bring in lots of potential cash. I finally, quite fed up with the experience, asked if she had any co-workers with tool knowledge that could help out. As I waited, I realized, I was probably wasting my time. Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. if I could give this store negative stars I would. I purchased a washer and dryer and was told it would be a 3-5 day delivery wait, which sounded reasonable and decided to sign up for the lowes credit card to make the purchase. After getting the credit card I go to purchase the items and find out it will now be a 3 week wait for the dryer. I was stunned and felt like it was a total bait and switch. How does 3-5 days turn into 3 weeks in a matter of minutes? The sales guy said he would try to get another dryer from a different store delivered sooner and would call me with an exact delivery date the following day. I already felt locked in since I signed up for the credit card so i decided to roll the dice. Horrible mistake. The store never called me to follow up, i had to make several calls to them and then was told to call back or they would call me, i was never able to get a hold of a manager, they never gave me a delivery time, so I finally called lowes corporate customer service line to cancel the order. I thought my headache would be done with but no, they never cancelled my order and i got a call from the delivery drivers trying to deliver my canceled order and no refund! Then i call this laurel store to get it straightened out and they tell me they dont even have my order in the system, transfer me to several different departments who all tell me they cant help, and then try to tell me they will call me back?! Literally what business gets away with this level of mismanagement and stupidity. UNREAL. I will NEVER EVER make another purchase from Lowes again, credit card or not. Getting worse. This Lowes used to be great. Not sure if the management has changed in the past year or two or what, but they're less helpful and less available than they used to be. Here's the latest: They failed to include a key item in my recent delivery. First, I had to call SEVEN times to finally get to a manager on duty. Then the manager told me that I didn't pay for the item even though it's clearly listed on the (paid) invoice number that I gave her. All in all, it took nearly an hour of my time to fix THEIR mistake. C'mon, folks. This is what I expect from Home Depot, not Lowes. read more

Multiple issues with the garage door installing company, but the management went out of their way to make it up by cutting the price of garage door openers and a garage door. With the big box home improvement stores you get what you get. For every bad experience I have had. The store try's to redeem itself by knocking the price down. It works for me. read more

Anyone thinking of ordering appliances on line from Lowes should read this review. I was attracted of course by their great deals on home appliances, specifically a new refrigerator. My old fridge was in pretty bad shape and I was renovating my kitchen so it was time for a new one. I picked out a great Whirlpool to match the oven we already bought at Lowes previously. (Had to by the floor model because they didn't have any in stock). Tried to by the new fridge at the Lowe's in Laurel but after 45 minutes they finally figured out they didn't have any in stock. So I purchased it on line at the Lowes website, great deal, easy to buy, free delivery to house, what's not to like? Problem is they don't really have any of these refrigerators to sell. Purchased it on line 6/6/18, after purchasing it, received an email saying the delivery date would be 7/4/18 (a month later? really?) Good thing my old fridge was still creaking along. Got and email 7/1/18 confirming the delivery on the 4th and saying I would receive another email telling me what time, whoopee! new fridge will be here soon. Never received a time confirmation email. So I called the customer assistance line in the original email, after being on hold for 25 minutes and switched to 3 different people I was told to delivery would not be until July 18th which was when they were expecting a delivery of these refrigerators. Makes me wonder if they really have anything in the warehouse out back. When I asked the customer service girl how reliable this date was she said barring any shipping problems other issues they should have them. (sounds like another disclaimer). I'd expect this kind of "get you to commit then string you along to keep you from buying from another dealer" tactics from Crazy Ray's Discount Appliances and Car Parts but expected better from Lowe's.
