My wife had a really bad experience with them today. Rude lady at the return counter. Being treated unfairly and felt offended. I was trying to return 2 boxes of mixed bulbs I bought in early April that failed to grow after being planted for almost 2 month. The bulbs weren't in healthy condition when I opened the box but I still decided to give them a try. No lucky. So I consulted with the return policies which seems that I can return if within 90 days of purchase. To make sure, I also checked with the online chat agent at Lowe's.com before I headed to the store. At the Parker store, the lady, named Sherrie( or similar) was taking returns at that time. My turn, I asked her whether I can return the bulbs, she said she couldn't understand me. I'm Asian and I know I have accent but not at a level will impact my communications. Maybe because I was the only one wearing a mask there? She didn't ask me to repeat my question. She took over my receipt and started to scan it and typing on the computer. During this process, she told me with a very bad altitude that the bulbs take 2 months to grow, which heard to me that I shouldn't even think about to return them. So, again, I asked her whether I'm allowed to return them and stated that I'd like to return if I can. I was asking the possibility of returning and willing to take them back if they can't be returned based on their policy. No answer to my question and she said to me that she's a gardener, and "you don't know nothing planting in Colorado". What? How can she judge me like that? I don't care who she is at all. She didn't check on the bulbs condition and didn't ask any details from me but a judgement that I don't know planting. The products have 1 star rating and from the reviews I know I'm not the only one facing the failure of growing them. Why should I receive such a judgement from a strange person?! I'm extremely upset with my visit just now. Rudest cashier blond boy ever in history of all Lowes Sales # S1755GG1 2505176 on receipt. I waited in line 30 mins and treated with NO respect or ONE word (like a greeting or EVEN a Thank you!) Barely handed me my receipt - with two fingers. Seriously??!! They installed a water softener around 3 months ago, it broke, I called the 800 number on the unit and they sent me parts to fix it MYSELF. That repaid didn't work, now "Eric" in the Parker store says, "well, it's my understanding that you have to deal directly with the manufacturer". HUH?! Did I BUY it directly through AO Smith? I've always shopped Lowes over others like Home Depot because they have always shown respect for our military. I would love to pull into the lot and see the few spots marked reserve for veterans. Typically filled but that was ok. The thought is what counts. Today when I pulled in I did not see those spots. It made me feel a bit less respected for my service. I just left Lowe's with the intent of buying several items. There was ONE cashier and a ridiculously long line. I asked if he could call up another cashier he said he was the only cashier in the store. I have tried calling the store on numerous occasions for the past year no one has ever answered the phone. We had a terrible experience which turned into quite a nightmare for us. We paid $900 to this store to have 2 toilets installed. At the time of purchase we were told a plumber would be installing them. The toilet seat was cracked on one of the toilets, very obvious, but he did not notice it until we pointed it out. They brought out a new seat after asking about it several times. However, after installing this toilet, it was leaking through the floor into our basement. A manager brought a new toilet. It again was installed, but leaks even worse and we have a bucket collecting water in the basement. The installer declares afterwards that he's not a licensed plumber, and there was nothing more he could do. He did track silicone all over my wood floors which are now slippery and we will have to clean them ourselves. We had no leaks with our old toilets. I do believe that he caused the leak Lowes will not back their installation labor, which was over $300, and now are requiring that we hire a plumber and Lowe's will send a manager to come out at the same time to find out whether it was their fault or not based on our plumber's assessment. read more

I don't write reviews, but after repeatedly having the same experience at the same store something needed to be said. Then Parker Lowes needs to train their associates on good customer service. The store also needs to hire more people as it seems the store is understaffed almost 90% of the time. When I can find someone in a red vest, 9 times out of 10, they do not know how to help because it is not their department. Department and front end staff lacks attention to detail. I have been in the store several times, it is clear I look lost and associates will glance at me and keep walking. There are 2 places for us to shop for home improvement in Parker, they keep this up they will, one by one, lose customers (like me) to their competitor. Thank you. read more

Well, for years I've been coming to this Lowe's and have been very pleased with the service at this store. I'll pay a bit more money here to avoid the Home Depot down the street, however my last 3 visits this week have been ruined by the lack of passion to assist me with locating products. For example, I stood in at the lumber projects desk waiting to be helped while the guy casually leaned against the desk typing away on his phone, didn't even notice me! I walked over to the young kid standing at the register and he didn't have a clue as to what I wanted. He had to ask the guy that was busy on his phone to help me. Second example- I needed to get info on the Samsung washer and dryer. The lady working in that area was standing around hollering to a co-worker. I waited a moment thinking it might be important, once I got the clue that she was just giving him "crap" for taking her phone I decided to interrupt her to get the info I needed. Now the only reason I'm giving this a two star is because I ended up buying the washer and dryer I wanted and the delivery people were very informative. I was pleased with their expertise. The only draw back was that the person that ordered my washer and dryer ordered me the Merlot color not the platinum. Wasn't a huge disappointment it was a toss up between both colors. Clearly something is going on at this location and they might need a simple check in on employees to see if they are happy. Sad to say, but I've gone to Home Depot twice this week and received the best customer service ever from the Parker store. Ordered kitchen cabinets, had Lowes install them through a contractor, the job was done so poor that the person measuring for the countertop would not even measure. The contractor also damaged the floor, a cabinet & a barn door. Talking to management at the store & the installation department are a joke. Never talked to a store manager. Really stretching for one star. Bot a microwave and stove. The stove took seven weeks. Was purchased for propane and the delivery people were going to covert the stove from natural gas to propane. The stove arrives with three nonEnglish speaking guy and a pliers. Have no clue. They leave while I'm on the phone with Lowe's. Talked to three different "managers". Told me I should find a"plumber" to install it. Back and forth with them. Found an appliance repair place and their repairman went to Lowe's to get the conversion kit. He was given the wrong kit as well as an incorrect part number. I called Lowe's. Four times no answer when sent to manager so I left a message. One week after delivery Mr Appliance hooked up the stove and I paid them. What happened to Lowe's and their team-- haven't heard anything. SO, the take away is if you're looking for no help, nasty people on the phone, zero caring and horrible customer service by all means go to Lowe's read more

Ordered a vanity top almost 6 months ago. Still waiting for backsplash. Was advised Lowes would keep me updated. To date no response. Will not return calls. Must go in and hunt someone down but not necessarily find anyone. Asked the contractor to help me and they have same results. Problems with the vanity top which took months to get. Had to send it back and finally recd correct top but backsplash came back warped. Waiting for months and still no response. read more

Our experience was a certified dumpster fire. There was major miscommunication between Kluge Brothers Flooring and Lowes. I was told to expect just the tile delivered to me. Day of installation, the installer shows up, is hardly able to communicate and acts very confused about why he didn't have any products. He said he would have to go buy all the products and left. Lowes called ME at work asking where the supplies were, which I was very confused by as Kluge is allegedly your partner in this (Lowes employee stated that everything should have been delivered to Kluge and they should have brought it). Kluge also called me asking if I had talked to Lowes - when asked, they said Lowes never mails anything and that it should have been delivered to the Lowes store to pick up. This was very frustrating as a medical provider, I do not have free time all day to sit by my phone and help troubleshoot a problem that should be between the seller and the installer. My partner went back and forth on the phone all day trying to figure out what was going on. Fast forward 6 HOURS later and the installer still had not come back. We attempted to call Lowes and Kluge to find out where he was and if he was coming back (my partner had taken the day off work to be present and was forced to sit around the house with ZERO communication from Lowes or Kluge about the status). Finally at 4 pm, I received a text saying they couldn't do the install and would be back the next day. I had to call three times to get a hold of anyone stating that would not work because we both worked that day. Finally someone said they could come Saturday. I have since called Lowes and Kluge 3 times trying to get in touch with a manager and no one has called me back to explain how and why this went so wrong and how communication is so poor. Very dissatisfied that it seemed we got punted off to this Kluge brothers flooring, which has abysmal reviews from clients and that there has been zero response from either company and no one will take accountability or provide any type of resolution to this. It has left a terrible taste in our mouths about both companies. We have tried to get help as well as the tile person got sealer and grout all over the place and the tile job is uneven across the top and bottom, yet he just slapped some sealer on and called it good. Should have known that those reviews were correct and hired someone on our own outside of this so-called partnership. read more

Oh yea, definitely found a nice one that everyone agreed upon. We also found nice gold and red ribbon and orniments to accompany. I've only been to this Lowes a couple times as there's another one within a half mile of my house, but if I need to stop somewhere on the way home, this is the place to go. They're technically in Parker, but truly they're off of Lincoln and 20 Mile, so it's not really too far off the beaten track. I ordered something online and did the instore pickup (guaranteed 20 minutes!) and when I got here and handed my receipt to the guy at the front desk he had it out in short order. Interesting experience at this Lowe's today. Called curbside pickup and spoke to Amber. Amber hangs up on me, and has an attitude when I called back. Initially I was told by Amber that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. At the 40 minute mark, called and spoke to a manager, was told it was going to be addressed. At the 1 hour mark Amber calls back, no attitude this time, and says they won't be bringing out my order. My guess is Home Depot does not behave this way. read more

Lowe's is doing a terrible job of executing on their curbside delivery promises. While I understand that with the current situation there could be some delays, 10 days or more is just unacceptable. When you can get an Amazon package at least twice as quickly as from a store 3 miles from you, there is something wrong. Horrible experience at Parker Lowes like many other posters here. Went in to buy a garage cabinet. Had to talk to several people before purchase was complete. Typical associate has no clue. Two I talked to at the "customer service desk" were very unsure of how to do things or take care of what I wanted. Wanted the cabinet assembled and delivered. Was assured by manager it would be assembled even though it was not documented anywhere on paperwork. When cabinet arrived at my house was still in box unassembled. Delivery crew said they had no instructions to assemble. Told them to put it back on the truck. It's a disgrace that Lowes thinks so little of their customers as to put poorly trained weak people in positions of CS. CS??? What a crock. Doesn't exist at this store location which is clearly horribly managed. I canceled my purchase and will never again buy a thing from lowes....not even a light bulb. read more

Purchased a refrigerator at Lowes in Parker, CO. Our family was without a refrigerator so we had to pick from something that was "in-stock", to facilitate a timely delivery. Purchased on April 1 and was told very firmly that this unit would deliver on Tue the 6th. On the 5th we received a call pushing delivery to the 10th (Saturday). On Saturday, no delivery. We called and found out the delivery had been pushed to Sunday the 11th. If we would have been advised correctly on purchase day, we would have purchased elsewhere! Lowe's delivery situation is broken and we will never shop there again. Very poor communication and probably intentionally untrue, in order to obtain the sale. read more

Yes, I know that Lowe's is a bit more expensive than Home Depot. That said, they also have nicer stuff for sale and the sales staff is nicer. I still won't by painting equipment at either place. If you want good paint or good painting equipment, go to Guiry's or Sherwin Williams. I have never been in this store and found a line with more than two people in it, can't beat that. read more

Don't have keys made here. Their automated kiosk made three keys for me that didn't work. I went back with the deadbolt and keys for help, but they told me to call the 800#, which directed me to a web site to submit a request for a refund. This review isn't about my local Lowe's, they are fine. But I ordered two doors online three weeks ago. I checked yesterday on the order's status and the website said they weren't in stock (they were when I submitted the order) and they didn't know when they would be back. So I cancelled the order. Then today I get a call from the delivery company saying they had one door ready for delivery. I need two, not one, so sat on hold with Lowe's customer service line for almost half an hour to be told I just have to reorder the doors. The wouldn't answer my question about whether I could get two or just the one. Very frustrating. This store has told the food truck out front to vacate do to th new DM Kyle Graham, so the food truck put up petition to try to stay. But the manager Jason Cottle told the employees if they sign they will be fired on the spot. That wasn't good enough for manager, so he told the food truck to remove the petition or leave at once, so they did. This manger and company says they care for or military but it seems they forgot what they sacrificed for and one them is freedom of expression. Bad news Lowe's read more

I give them and the employees 2 stars for being there- I appreciate it. We went looking for tile that our contractor said was well priced. That might be if they had a selection- poorly stocked. The entire store seemed ill organized and poorly stocked. Also, I guess Parker doesn't have to worry about the coranavirus- we saw more unmasked patrons than any store we've been in. I guess young dads don't need masks- what are they teaching their kids - that everyone else is stupid? I guess living in an affluent residential area makes you smarter.
