They have a wide selection of products to choose from which is very good. Though this time I was informed that they don't provide the military discount on large appliances. Arghhhhh. After looking to get some lumber, my wife said we should look at dishwashers. I decided to buy a dishwasher on sale. The guy in appliances said it would be free installation if we had a Lowe's credit card. I applied and was approved. He ran up the purchase. After looking at the receipt, I noticed the amount was $648.18!!! I went back to him and asked why they had charged me for installation, and what about all these other charges. He immediately said there is no free installation. They also charged me for parts and extra amount for the drive to Paulden. I told him he said the installation was supposed to be free. He said he didn't say that. My wife and I clearly heard him say that and that is why we purchased the dishwasher. They would not cancel the purchase, so I had to go to Customer Service and wait some time to get the order cancelled. I will NEVER buy anything form these scammers again. Never order online as most in this store don't know what they're doing. I ordered a water heater on 11-11-25 which was supposed to be there by 12-3-25 but wasn't. Tracking on 12-15-25 showed it was in transit but delayed so I stopped by the store to see what was going on. Customer service didn't know any more than I did. and the woman in receiving didn't have a clue where it was and just said it must be still in the warehouse. So after I cancelled the order, I decided to take a look around the water heater isle and low and behold there's a lone water heater on the shelf with a packing list slip. Spent over $3500 in cellular shades and didn't even get credit for being a Lowes reward member. They also don't always give spending credit for orders. The shades are nice quality, but I don't feel the lack of giving you rewards is right. I'll look elsewhere for the Levolor shades when I need to order more. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Worst company ever! We recently purchased over a $1000 in paint during a buy one get one 50% off. It was a mail in rebate. We have done them before with Home Depot and NEVER had an issue. After several weeks, I called because I didnt receive the rebate reward. I was then informed that the claim was denied. I was then told that I would only receive the lowest eligible purchased amount as my rebate. That would have been $60 instead of close to $400. NO WHERE WAS THAT POSTED THAT THOSE WERE THE TERMS. I was then told it was fine print on the receipt. Along with information showing both totals were eligible. Basically, they told me I would have had to purchase my 5gallons separate from my one gallons to receive the full rebate. What kind of business is that? AND NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER UNTIL AFTER THE FACT! I spoke with 4 different people including someone in corporate who offered me $30 dollars!!! Wonderful Customer Service and Great Interior Designers!! I have scheduled my new kitchen floor and remodele with them!!

Purchased flooring and professional install. Lowes sent the UNPROFESSIONAL company Keller Interiors to my home. 2 guys showed up who couldn't even communicate with me. They proceeded to make a complete mess of my home. They didn't understand I wanted plastic to cover my countertops and appliances so I did it myself. When I came back in the room after they had removed the tile flooring I found that they had wadded the plastic up and threw it in my kitchen sink. There was dust/debris everywhere and on everything throughout my home. Then, through an interpreter, they said they needed an additional $1200 for labor/supplies that my floor wasn't level. I spoke to the Lowes installation desk and they said this is "sometimes" the case. They waived the labor cost but still charged me $300 for 7 50lb bags of leveler and 3 quart cans of primer. The installer was supposed to pick this up. But within 1hr of getting off the phone with Lowes they were laying the floor down. I never saw any of the additional supplies and have no idea if they even used them. My neighbor has an outdoor camera and from looking at it we didn't see them ever unloading these supplies from their truck. When they re-attached my baseboards they used the wrong nails and also scratched the h@#l out of them. They are a complete mess. My floors feel as if I'm walking up/down hills. They also had to remove a toilet to put in bathroom floors. They mangled up the connecting hose so badly it now leaks. They didn't tell me. They just left the water turned off. I called the Lowes installation desk repeatedly and sent emails/photos. I called Keller repeatedly. Out of desperation I went into the store where I'd made the purchase. All they did was call the installation desk who said "someone will be calling me" NOPE. Finally after 2wks an inspector from Keller came and admitted it wasn't their standard of work. He said they'd replace the floors/baseboards. He also stated he'd get a plumber out ASAP. It's been another 2wks and NOTHING. In the meantime I started getting daily calls from Lowes saying "a manager is reviewing the situation" after a week of that the "manager" calls to tell me "we can't pull up the floor to see if they used the leveler". I said Keller already told me they were replacing everything. She wasn't aware. She also wasn't aware I needed a plumber. AND she wasn't aware of how badly my baseboards were damaged. Basically after having all this time to "review" the situation she wasn't really aware of anything. And now the last conversation I had with her was that yes they will replace the floor/baseboards but they won't paint my baseboards to match what I had because "that's not in the scope of their work". So even though they caused the damage she wants me the CUSTOMER to paint the baseboards. NEVER AGAIN LOWES!! read more

Lowe's Prescott Arizona is a joke. The manager there does not know how to manage or make executive decisions. Dennis is merely a figurehead who handles problems by saying there is nothing he can do. I tried to purchase carpet for my rental property and when I brought in the check from my IRA custodian, which they had accepted previously for two prior carpeting jobs, Lowe's told me their system wouldn't accept it. No matter what I said to Dennis, he refused to accept the check, which took me 10 days to obtain from my Ohio IRA custodian. I finally had to pay with a credit card, which took me 10 more days to obtain from my IRA custodian. Then, Lowe's paired me with a company they subcontract to for installing flooring. It took a week for them to call and schedule the measurement and then another week to schedule the installation appointment a week out. On the day of the scheduled installation, without any prior day warning, the installation company called on the day of the appointment and said they needed to reschedule. This was quite upsetting because I had already been paying back $50 a day to the prospective tenants who had already paid me the first and last month's rent. I will never do business with Lowe's again and of course, they don't care because they realize they are one of the only big box stores that carry the home and hardware items that people in my business need. I'll be doing business with local companies that appreciate my business and work hard to earn more. Lowe's sucks and has gotten too big for their britches. Just look at all the other poor reviews and get a clue. If there are any good reviews, I'm sure things went well by mistake. If I ran my business the way Lowe's runs their business, I would go out of business, as should Lowe's. Where Lowe's is concerned, they don't need me and I don't need them. Support your local businesses, not Lowe's. They deserve your business. Lowe's doesn't. To top it all off, Lowe's sent a company out to install the carpeting called ECLIPSE FLOORING. All one would have to do is go to eclipse flooring on Yelp and one would discover that this company also has poor reviews. Along with causing me an expenditure of $50 a day, which eclipse flooring was not willing to compensate me for, they sent two installers who did not speak a bit of English. Of course, I found it very difficult to communicate with these installers and the installation job was not complete until I pointed out where they had missed a small strip of carpeting behind the pellet stove. I found eclipse flooring unwilling to intelligently discuss the issues I had and came up with excuse after excuse for not showing up on time and doing the installation properly. I will never purchase even a screw from Lowe's again as they have screwed me too many times. I would also never recommend eclipse flooring because they don't care about their customers. read more

LOOKING FOR HELP! I purchased a LG washer & Dryer with a 5 year extended warranty in January of 2022. It stopped worked June 2023. Filed a claim with Assurant ( Lowes warranty company). Was told I would hear back within 3-5 days for service call. I received a text telling me they were trying find someone to service this area. It has been 30 days with no response, and no service call. I have called numerus times waiting on line up to 1 hour or more. Went to Lowe's store in Prescott Az yesterday and was told there was nothing they could do for me. The Manager Dennis Woods is never in, or returns my calls. I am a 74 year old woman. Frustrated. Overall we like Lowe's and the products they sell but out recent experience has been a huge disappointment. After looking and comparing everywhere we decided on purchasing Pergo flooring from Lowe's. After obtaining a home estimate we went in to make the purchase to learn that Pergos production had stopped and they did not have what we wanted in their warehouse. We checked in every couple weeks for roughly 2 months until they finally had it in stock. What's ridiculous was that Lowe's had zero follow up with us. I wouldn't think it would take too much effort on their part to call those with known pending requests. We are the ones who called and when they had our flooring in stock, made the purchase. Now the delivery.... We were supposed to receive a call to make arrangements for drop off of the product. One afternoon we received a call from the driver that he would be at our home within the hour. We both work at home so we were able to accommodate but that's not the point. Next we are to get a call about getting an installation date. The flooring has been sitting in our home for 3 weeks already. Called the flooring department for a status.... They will look into it and get back to us. UGH! The staff we have dealt with have all been very pleasant, what this experience demonstrates is their process failure. read more

Sunday before I went to the store to pickup items ordered. There were three men at the counter two of which gave the the same attitude that the woman on the phone gave me today. the third found my order and assisted me. I asked about a grill I had also ordered and was told by one of two that they couldn't help me. A woman clerk came up at that time and took over, providing me with information of its status. I tried to arrange delivery and was told I could not. To arrange delivery the grill had to be there. They also told me that their assembler was not available. Went in today to get a gallon of paint. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they found someone to help us. When I showed the woman the specs given to us by our painter, she went into an angry rage about what kind of paint, how much, what kind of quality, and on and on. I told her to calm down and I would try to answer her questions. She kept barking out orders and then said they didn't have it. I bought a home in Prescott, but I needed to replace flooring in the bedrooms and living room before moving in. Liking the selection and prices of the flooring at Lowes, I paid $35 for their contractor to come out and measure my floors and work up a quote for the job. 1. Their contractor is in Phoenix, not in Prescott, so it took 10 days for them to come out and do the measuring in about 30 minutes. The guy said their office would contact me in 2-3 business days with a quote. 2. After 4 business days I went to Lowes to find out why I'd not heard anything. 3. After Lowes contacted the them the contractor contacted me that afternoon. 4. One hitch, they said, was that I needed a Lead Paint Assessment due to the age of my home, but that they don't have the only test kit required to do the test and couldn't tell me when they might have one. (flooring professionals?) 5. They finally sent the quote to Lowes the following day (1 full week after the measure.) 6. After a bit of phone tag I spoke with Lowes, but given all of the above I told them that I'm not interested in their installation. I asked for them to forward me the measurements that I paid $35 for, but they said they don't have those, only the contractor does. (I thought I might at least salvage the knowledge of just how much flooring I need) I'm still living in Phoenix until the flooring is done. I guess I'll have to drive back up to Prescott with my tape measure. I think that sums up my 1 star review. I'm now looking for a Prescott flooring contractor. I'm not sure if I'll buy the flooring at Lowes. read more

Let me start by saying, I had hoped that this Lowe's location would step up and remedy my husband and I's concern quickly and efficiently. However, we are now going on almost SIX MONTHS and there is still no solution. My husband and I bought a brand new home in the beginning of June this year. With that came the lovely experience of purchasing new appliances. We did our due diligence and went to multiple stores comparing pricing and offers. We ended up going with Lowe's, which was a terrible mistake. We waited two weeks for delivery of our refrigerator. This was due to the fact that they only deliver to Mayer one day out of the week. Which is fine, we didn't mind waiting. However, when the delivery men/Lowe's employees showed up and began the process of unloading our new fridge, they dropped it off the back of the truck. So now after two weeks of waiting, our new fridge was damaged due to the employees not paying attention while unloading our fridge. My husband asked that they take the damaged fridge back and then proceeded to head to Lowe's himself to get another new fridge. We ended up receiving an even nicer refrigerator than the one we originally chose since that one was no longer in stock. And well quite frankly, I was not going to wait another couple of weeks when I was not at fault for not receiving my refrigerator that day. They price matched the fridge and we were happy again. So our new, not damaged refrigerator was to be delivered that same day by the same employees within a few hours. They're making the effort to make things right, awesome! Well, that quickly went down hill. When the new, not damaged refrigerator was delivered to our home, my husband removed the front door first to ensure that no damage was caused to it when the employees brought the refrigerator inside our home. Well, regardless of removing the door they still managed to damage the frame when bringing the refrigerator in. They set up our new refrigerator, did not level it, and proceeded to put the front door back on before leaving. The front door was put back on without an issue. However, the employee then proceeded to DRAG his drill across the front of the door, leaving a nice gouge! When my husband approached the employees about the damaged framed and gouged door, they said "Oh did we do that?" And "You can fix the frame with some wood putty!" Now mind you, this door is a $1,500 door. And had we not just purchased this brand new, beautiful home we probably wouldn't have been as upset. It would have also been nice had the employees taken responsibility and apologized for their actions. However, that did not even happen. My husband proceeded to go to Lowe's once again to now discuss our damaged door. Since this incident occurred my husband has been in to get this rectified SEVEN times. Seven times and this has still be drawn out over nearly six months. He has also called on multiple occasions. This all could have been solved several months earlier. You see, Lowe's did set up for us to have our door replaced and the frame to be repaired. However, THEY SENT US THE WRONG DOOR. So now here we are, nearly six months since the original incident occurred, with no resolution. I am sure they were hoping we would forget and just let it go. However, I get to see the gouges in my door frame and the gouge across my door every morning when I leave and every evening when I get home. The lack of customer service and solving of issues in a timely manner is appalling. The fact that the repair was not set up for several months after the incident occurred and that we are going on 6 months with no resolution is beyond ridiculous. We have plenty of home projects we are planning on doing but I will not be giving this company another dime. read more

The woman at the pick up station wasn't paying attention and chatting with an co-worker until the co-worker pointed me out. She was not familiar with the computer or the station. My washer was not pulled out and I was sent back to appliances to pick it up. Kathy was extremely rude and condescending. She snapped at me and told me to wait and she wasn't surprised my order wasn't ready because Gary was swamped that morning. So here we went and drove down to Lowe's in Prescott because they showed that they had to dishwasher we wanted in stock and then when we get there are told they don't. So at that point we purchase one that was $100 more and then drive all the way back home unload it and take it into the kitchen and proceed to lift off the box to find that it has all kinds of damage. By this time the store was closed and I had to wait until the morning to call the store to see what could be done as I was not looking forward to another day taking it back plus the cost of fuel driving down to return it. What happen next was we where told that we would have to talk to the Manager who was in a meeting and would call us back. So while sitting home all day waiting and calling back twice, and being told both times that the Manager was in meetings I boxed it back up and left early the next morning and we returned the dishwasher back to Lowe's. When returning it I was told by the woman at the Return Counter that the money would go back into my account right away and that was last week with no sign of it even after my bank calling me and questioning all the activity in my account. Bad part really is we where also looking to purchase not just the Dishwasher but also matching Refrigerator, Stove Convection and Microwave Convection to completely refurnish the kitchen with all new appliance's and after seeing that Lowe's is not the store the used to be, we will have to shop elsewhere! read more

Bob in flooring is rude and ignorant. I asked which isle had a floor cemical that removes liquid nails. Bob decided to not to tell me where it was located,because come to find out her tell me he doesnt like it!! I asked again he then suggeted a scaraper only. Now I did not ask for his personal or profession opion on this product nust where it was. I asked again where is was located in the store. After walking me down the three isles I already looked. I had 2 gallons of paint made to match the 5 gallon bucket I bought 2 days prior, and it was not right. I returned to Lowe's and Kurt told me to go over and have Mike mix it. I gave him my 5 gallon bucket and showed him the formula sticker and said I need exactly this. He asked in a 5 gallon bucket and I said yes. I decided I did need more paint to paint over what I had originally painted. Kurt went up to Mike in the isle and I watched as I waited. Suddenly he started walking toward me and yelled, " hey I didn't tell you I was giving you 5 gallons for free!" He was so loud and his face was very upset. In trying to avoid a scene, I walked up to him since he was yelling at me from over 20 feet away, and quietly explained I never said anyone was giving me 5 gallons for free. I said I needed more than 2 gallons now since I had to repaint what I painted with the good paint, but did the second coat with the bad paint. Even after hearing me say this he went off on me. He yelled in my face that he was not going to allow me to come in his store and steal paint from them. He said he knew something was up the day before because I was was being wierd about the paint matching. Again he shouted that I was trying to scam them out of paint, he shouted he recognized me from before and this isn't the first time I have tried this! I was SHOCKED! I started shaking because I was so mad, I couldn't believe that he was yelling at me like this. I explained that I did have a bad experience with paint before the prior year, but it was made right and that's why I was back. I could feel my body shaking more. He again accused me of being a thief. I tried so hard to hold back tears, I had never been this embarrassed and humiliated and upset. I wiped away the tears before they could fall down my cheek and tried to compose myself, he then YELLED "oh you can turn off the tears, your tears won't work on me! You're not going to get free paint for crying". Again shocked! At this point I was done. I raised my voice at him and told him he was rude and unprofessional. I said I never said he was giving me 5 gallons for free, I said do I think you SHOULD give me an extra gallon or two to make up what your bad paint ruined, yes, but I never asked for it. He reiterated he was only giving me 2 gallons that they messed up on, but no more than that. I walked away to wait for the paint, I couldn't stand to be near him. He came by again and stood right next to me and said he was sorry but he doesn't like made up stories. I started shaking more. I told him what do I get out of this? Really, what am I getting out of having to repaint rooms I already painted and having to redo spots I painted over? 2 gallons of remade paint...how am I benefiting by having them remake it? I pulled out my license and showed him my birthdate, I said why would I lie that tomorrow is my birthday and I'm not thrilled I'm going to have to spend it painting because of their mistake? He left. I stood there at the paint counter trying to not notice all the people around who had possibly seen him yelling at me. At this point all anyone could see was a girl at the paint counter crying, shaking and wiping away tears trying to compose herself. Some crazy girl crying. Micheal B came back over to assure me the paint was going to be as close as possible. He apologized to me and stated he's helped me many times and he's never had a problem with me. He assured me I'm a great customer and this was their fault. Kurt came back up to me, well about 15 ft away and asked me for my credit card so they could refund me for my paint. I said oh, nooo...I don't want a refund. I just want my paint fixed. I don't need to be accused more of stealing paint, I can pay for it just fine. He said something about he was going to refund it but I didn't give him any receipt or my credit card. I turned and waited for the paint. When it was done, I asked Micheal if I needed to deal with Kurt again or could I deal with someone else. He said he would call and find out. Just as he was on his phone he noticed Kurt walking back and said oh he's right there. Kurt looked at the paint and said he was sorry and was going to give me the 5 gallons. I said I was fine paying and he said no and put his hand on the cart to guide me out of the store. I told him I was fine pushing it myself. He said he was going to walk out with me to my car, again I said no I'm fine. I did NOT want to be alone with him in the parking lot. He said he wanted to walk me out so the things didn't go off and no one accused me of stealing paint...in a tone that seemed snide and snarky. I had to wait 45 minutes to be helped to schedule someone to measure for a barn door. I was told once Lowes received the measurements Lowe's would contact me within two days to schedule me to come in and pick out the door. I paid to have the door measured and have waited two weeks for someone to contact me from Lowe's. Now I'm waiting for an hour for the one person that can take the order. And I'm told I cannot have a copy of the report showing the measurements that I paid for. Horrible service read more

We bought a new washer here. Wanted Tuesdsy delivery. Automated call came Monday night saying delivery between 11:30am-3:30pm or call a number for different delivery time. The next day I called 3 times. Was told I'd get a return call in 5 minutes. Never got return call. I called the store. Spoke to assist mngr who called the truck driver. I told her they'll have to deliver after 2:30pm. His phone said voice mail not set up & good bye. I came home at 2:20pm. They were impatiently waiting in front of my house in the Lowes truck. I had 2 barely English speaking men who refused to detach my old washer because it "looked hard to untwist" - they never took out a tool. They eventually left with my new washer because no one wanted to take responsibility for any of the foul up. I came in, got on the phone to the store. Was told asst mngr would call me..... still waiting. We paid an extra $40 to be treated this way by Lowe's Prescott! So unprofessional. read more

Every time I come here, no one is around to help. When they do finally help, they don't know what they are talking about. I've been here 10 times in one week because what they recommend to me doesn't work. I now have to go back again to return something. This store is not close either. Also 95 percent of the people there don't wear masks and don't practice social distancing, including the employees. This place sucks. Here's a tip. Quit pretending like you are knowledgeable when you are not. Admit defeat and just say, you don't know or find someone who does. You have wasted my time and gas money. Not coming here again after I return this useless bit set that you assured me would work. read more
