That level of transparency is incredibly rare. What impressed me even more was his honesty. I was fully expecting a much higher bill based on the quality of the work, but he actually undercharged me. I ended up tipping him because I genuinely felt like I owed him more than what he charged. Brian is humble, down-to-earth, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way.
