The first time he picked up a very nice rug from my office that had multiple stains from my dogs (the worst kind of stains) and somehow he was able to clean both sides and get the stains and the smell out of it. Recently purchased a sectional and ottoman from offer up and needed to get it cleaned and sanitized. Researched a few cleaning companies and received quotes but LSS was the most responsive and the best price. When I contacted them, I didn't have the sectional yet until the next day but wanted to see what their quote is and availability. I reached out on the 21st and was able to schedule an appointment for the 23rd between 3-5 pm. Come April 23rd, they contacted me before they were heading over and due to being a Friday and almost 4:30 pm I figured there would be traffic and they may be a little late. When they arrived I told them to arrive in the alley as it is easier access to our back house. I already set out the sectional outside to hopefully give them more room to work. They were here for maybe an hour and a half and got the sectionals looking very clean! I put the sectional back inside and had the fans blowing and it was all dried by the morning. I have had Jesus clean our white Room & Board knitted fabric couch twice now and he has done an excellent job both times. Most recently, I contacted Jesus at 10:00 p.m. because we spilled red wine on the couch. He responded to my message immediately with suggestions on how to treat it (unzip the cushion, put a towel between the cushion cover and the cushion, so that it doesn't seep through, and of course, club soda), and then made himself available to come the following day, where he finished one project in Orange County and then arrived to my house in Los Angeles at 8:00 p.m. to make sure it was taken care of. He is such a professional and managed to get the red wine off of my beautiful couch! Price was also very reasonable.
