I don't know where to start the crawfish is absolutely delicious and they are size medium to large with a very small amount of small ones mixed in. I am not into wet crawfish. If you love wet crawfish, this is the place for you! They are extra wet, extra garlicy, extra seasoned, and extra big. The price was a little steep compared to other places. They have a patio area that was nice to chill in on a nice day. My only complaint which is a little major is to CLEAN UP! everything was so dirty. They gave us the spray to clean our own table. The spaces in the seats looks like they haven't been cleaned in years...just nasty. But the byob made me a little more relaxed after a couple of sips! read more

This is my number 1 top stop during crawfish season. the size - top, the seasoning - 2nd to top the price - top (or the cheapest my family surveyed) location - well it's in NW Houston, so take that as a grain of salt. I don't understand the hype, maybe I went too early in the season. But I ordered cajun flavor and spicy.....there was 0 flavor & they were just ridiculously hot. Potatoes & corn had 0 flavor, just whatever seasoning they use to make their food spicy. My order was ready way too quick for crawfish & given the several extremely squishy crawfish I came across, it's almost like the bags are pre-made or something. I'll will say the seasonings is on point especially if you like heat with your crawfish. I had heard the fried rice was good so I got a plate of it. They give u a lot but for $15 I expected it. Only thing is that it's the pink shrimp not fresh shrimp pieces... no lie that plate lasted me 3 days and by day 3 it was mad good. My friend always talk about this place for their mussels so we stopped by to pick up dinner after a flight. She got her mussels and I opted for their Fried Catfish and corn nuggets. The prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the "Catfish." What I was given was not the catfish that I'm used to. It may have been that Swai fish instead. We've had crawfish twice from here and the first time was pretty good and at a pretty decent price. The problem was that they didn't take to go orders over the phone and trying to physically go into order was a joke. There was absolutely no parking available and what seemed like an open spot was really one that had tow away warning signs looming over them. Even through that nightmare did we manage to order to go and enjoyed 10 spicy + 5 mild pounds of crawfish. The house fried rice tasted decent and the portion was generous. Fast forward to the second experience. 20lbs of crap. It had absolutely no flavor and both spicy and mild tasted the same. The shrimp were medium sized. The fries were soggy. Everyone knows when you cook a large shrimp, they come out medium. That's what we had. Wish they would have used jumbo shrimp. A bit disappointing. Will have to try the fried rice. read more

I'm not sure if the owners are related to the same owners in Baton Rouge Louisiana but the crawfish is so great. It is the best I've had in Houston next to Bayou Kitchen. It's closer to where I live so I am here frequently, I love that they have dining and patio seating. Inside seating is no luxury, but here you are there to eat seafood LOL I love that they have mayo and ketchup and Sriracha so that you can make dip. They also offer butter if you're into having your seafood with that. The menu is very large they offer fried seafood, a couple, Chinese things like noodles and/or rice. I've had boiled meat like turkey necks and it was great. I do not like that the sides for the CRAWFISH is really not a lot. The sausage is literally slices of sausage for like five or six dollars. Other than that the CRAWFISH is worth it never had the shrimp yet but I will try it soon. read more

3.5 stars is my rating for this place. I like the set up where we order up front and we sit down at a table as they bring it out. The place is pretty clean as they keep the floors swept and are constantly making sure the tables are clean. I only waited for about 10 minutes. Compared to many other places, this was very efficient. The lemons are on the side along with condiments for your food. Plenty of paper towels and soap in the restroom cleans most of the smell of the garlic butter sauce smell. I ordered the following: Spicy cajun garlic butter crawfish Fried oysters with fries Boudin balls The crawfish was a great size. I'm pretty happy about that. For $5.99/lb, hell yeah it's worth it. Most of them were cooked well but for some, became mush. The flavor was lacking and tasted a little watered down, the sauce was loose and the spice wasn't strong enough to me. Next time, I'll be sure to get that extra spicy and extra garlic butter to really taste the flavors. They were lacking a bit. But for the price, this was good. Fried oysters were fried nicely. Light and crispy but needed some sauce to pair with. The fries were extremely bland so be sure to bring salt and pepper for sure. I'd want to substitute the fries for something else next time. Boudin balls were very delicious. Nice crunch on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Very flavorful that it didn't need any sauce. I enjoyed these!! Overall, cool place that's decently priced. For a local place, I'll definitely be coming here to satisfy my craving. BYOB from what I saw so definitely bring a 6 pack. Excited about crawfish season, we decided to try a new place. We weren't terribly impressed and felt a bit ripped off when we got our food. Giving 2 stars instead of one because either we came on a bad night or we missed something because this place seems to have a following. Pros- * It's BYOB so you don't have to spend $6 per beer while you eat your crawfish. * They have a a wide variety of seafood that other places don't always carry. * Service was fast and attentive Cons- *$ $8.69 per pound for VERY small crawfish. Significantly more expensive than most other places. Bugs were so small probably 1/4 of them too small to peel. We ordered 6 pounds that all came out in 1 medium sized tray and really seemed more like 4 pounds. ( Just after we ordered our food, the restaurant FB page announced that they were out of bugs and started turning people away- I'm not convinced we actually got all that we ordered.I think they ran out.) The bugs tasted frozen or at least reheated multiple times. They were very soft and not fresh. * We ordered the Cajun Garlic Butter flavor and at least a pound out of the "six pounds" that we ordered was garlic chunks rather than crawfish. Same with the Garlic butter for dipping, mostly garlic chunks and very little butter to dip crawfish in. ( This one is preference- we didn't try the non over garlicky versions, they might be better but with reheated/ old bugs- the garlic probably helped conceal the actually flavor) * The place is a DIVE. Felt dingy, crowded and very small tables. It feels like it was formerly a Hartz Chicken fast food restaurant that they added a room on to. (Although there were employees emptying the trash cans every 20 minutes or so, so they were making a effort to keep things clean.) I had really hoped that with the crowds they were drawing and the VERY expensive rate per pound that they were peddling their bugs for, that we had found a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, the 6 pounds of tiny crawfish that we ordered felt more like 4 pounds and were NOT worth $8.69 per pound in any way. Our Friday night dinner out of the house was a bust and we will stick to $6.99 (or less) per pound crawfish at places nearby that we know have great bugs, better atmosphere and we can leave feeling like we won't need a snack when we get home. I should have known once I walked in, should have immediately walked out. The establishment was a hole in the wall. Most hole in the wall places have great food, not this place, maybe it was just the crawfish. We only ordered 5 lbs of Cajun Garlic Butter Crawfish and two corn. There was NO flavor. I think I have found another good place to eat when I am looking for cajun seafood with an Asian accent in my neck of the woods. This restaurant has been opened for about a year but I just recently discovered it. LTK is a family owned business and is a counter serve restaurant. It has two dinners no rooms with self serve drinks. The sweet Nestea coming out of the Pepsi soda fountain was actually pretty good. My first visit was for lunch and to try the 4 piece fish basket that comes with fries and one side for about $9.99. They give you three fish options (which is rare) of tilapia, catfish and flounder all at the same price. For this meal imchose flounder with cole slaw as the side. The food came out in about 10-12 minutes and was hot (see pic). The fish was a 5. Oh, did I like the batter and accompanying flavor. Yummy yum yum. It wasn't greasy and somewhat lite in texture. They know how to fry fish. The fries were a disappointment as they were your standard frozen out of bag crinkle fries (3). C'mon, can't we do better than that? I understand the fish is the star of the show but the fries required no effort to make and it shows. The cole slaw was good (3.5). Other than the fries my only other complaints are ketchup packets and no knives. If you are going to eat the fries you need a lot of ketchup and that means grabbing 20-30 packets and open each one. Please correct this and get a self serve ketchup dispenser and get rid of the packets. Here all tableware is disposable with paper baskets and plastic spoons, forks, etc. but no knives. So I guess you are suppose to cut those long fish fillets with your fork. I asked for a knife and all they could give me was a metal knife that was wet. Not sure why it was wet as it may have just been cleaned but I didn't use it. Second meal was a few days later and it was for dinner to try the pint sized chicken and sausage gumbo that comes with rice and crackers for $6.99. This meal came out in about 5-7 piping hot. (see pic) in a styrofoam container with the rice in a separate container and a plastic spoon. Both containers were full to the brim so it was difficult to add much rice into the gumbo container so I had to do it slowly. I don't think this was thought out enough by management as the gumbo should be served in a larger container. The gumbo itself was chocked full with chicke, sausage and veggies in a red roux. I liked the gumbo in taste and gave it a 3.5. It was good and I would order it again but prefer dark brown roux cajun style while this one was more Asian style. I will be returning to try a poboy along with their crawfish among other things on the menu. I will give an overall score of 4 due to the fish and to a lesser extent the gumbo. Prices here are also very reasonable. P.S. I am came back for the crawfish and it was excellent! So where the potatoes and corn (5). Their crawfish prices are lower than average. P.S.S. I tried the shrimp po boy. Comes with fries and lettuce, tomato and remoulade on the side. The shrimp are large and have a chewy breading. I gave it a 3 but it is inexpensive. read more

Omg! I passed this place for 10 years when I worked in Cypress and never stopped. Last Sunday I wanted boiled seafood and pig feet and they had it so I got off work yesterday and drove over there from 45 and the Beltway. Omg! It was well worth the wait and I can't wait to go again! I ordered boiled shrimp, corn, potatoes and pig feet, the seasoning was on point, I love the self serve garlic butter as well! The service was awesome and the place is nice to sit and enjoy! I don't like that you have to order everything separately but oh well the food definitely made up for it! 1st time ordering and trying this place for dinner based on pictures of menu, food, yelp rating & number of reviews. The 1st 3 things we tried to order from the menu pictures we were told they don't have anymore telling us those menu pictures are outdated. I would think it would be the owner's responsibility to keep current menu or pictures of current menu posted on Yelp. We ordered 2 12 piece fried shrimp dinners that came with fries. The shrimp were some of the smallest shrimp we've ever had and the fries were very soggy and nasty. The food we got definitely wasn't the quality in the pictures and definitely didn't justify the cost of our dinner. Pictures of food (shrimp & fries) and menu except for the picture of the current menu my husband, Martin D just posted are deceptive and should be removed from Yelp. Husband wants to try their fried rice. I'm hesitant to try anything else on the menu because the quality of food we got today didn't come close to the quality of food in the pictures.
