Surprise birthday plate. My daughter got to the frosting first.

Traveling to Maryland for the holidays, I decided to host a last minute birthday dinner with family and friends that are locals. They immediately suggested Lucianna's Steakhouse who recently came under new ownership. Owners Robbi and Syncer were so gracious and professional. The Chef was amazing and waiter Aaron was extremely patient and attentive. I understand the suggestion because THE FOOD!! I tried almost everything from the cold bar. Fell in love with the chicken salad. The hot bar had something for everyone and the rounds of meat and grilled pineapple were impeccable. They even surprised me with a personalized happy birthday plate and an delectable mango drink. I can not wait to come back to Waldorf, MD just to go Lucianna's again.

Decided to surprise hubby with a date night and we have been wanting to try this place. We came earlier than our resv but they still sat us.(greatly appreciated) Food was good and drinks were good. They came around with the meats often in the beginning then we found ourselves having to request closer to the end of our dinner (which we expected so it wasn't a negative). The salad bar was decent pretty basic. I saw on the menu that they offer mac and cheese but I didn't see any, maybe you have to request it. Same with salmon and pulled pork, both listed on menu but I didn't see it or get offered it. (I don't feel like I should have to ask for something that supposed to be included, I didn't ask for the other meats... but those were brought around so why not the salmon?) The chicken wings lacked flavor but all the other meats we were offered were really good. My fav was the lamb! I really liked that the use the single ice cube in my hubby's drink. Super cute. I ordered a mule but I wanted tequila instead of vodka. The lady ask me did I have a preference of liquor, I said use don Julio, she came back and said they don't have it, I said ok use casamigos, she came back and said she didn't have it, I asked well what do you have... and she turned and only saw and said patron. So I said ok. But when the bill came they charged me $3. I asked why and they said cuz Patron was an up charge. (I was annoyed because patron was all that was offered to me so why am I paying extra?) I was in a hurry and it was just $3 so I just paid it. But I still don't understand that. (On my receipt they even listed the up charge as Grey Goose because their system didn't have any tequila listed to input, lol) But all in all, I would actually return if I'm offered what is included in my price. Again, I did enjoy the food I ate and the drinks were good.

Today I was hungry so I stopped by Luciannas Steakhouse for a bite to eat. The staff was great! The food was Amazing I ordered a Cheese Burger with Fries and Jalapeño Poppers. The Chef did Amazing with the food. They definitely know what they are doing!

I had a great experience here. My party had a total of 5 people. We were greeted at the door and given hand sanitizer. We were promptly sat at our table. The waitress was helpful. The "sides menu" included crab legs, and clams and shrimp along with the salad bar which also included deviled eggs, tomato caprese. The meats menu included several different choices of steak along with bacon wrapped chicken. To say I was full and felt like I had to be rolled out of there would be an understatement. It was a great way to end charles county restaurant week.

Hey Yelpers!! It's been a minute with this Covid19 etc but I had to get out the house and I wanted STEAK! So you know how I do we grade on Atmosphere, Service and of course FOOD!! Atmosphere (4.5 Stars) - now I had my wife and 10month old son with me so you know I was on my social distances and this place had outdoor seating in shade! Now this was very nice and they even had music for those of us who chose to sit outside. We didn't have to wait to long before our waitress arrived, that was great! My only complaint is they could have had some of those insect repellent candles going or apparatus because the flies were a downer. That's the reason for the deduction of .5 star. Service (5 Stars) we were greeted with a smile, our reservation was honored and they even came by occasionally to check on us. They were doing construction on the side and the gentleman was even kind enough to inform of us what was going on and if that was ok with us! Now that's what I'm talking about! Making sure your guests are comfortable! Food (4 stars) my wife ordered a Strawberry Vinegarette salad and she enjoyed it! We also had mashed potatoes for my little man and he ate 80% of it. I ordered a Rib Eye steak Medium Well and it was well seasoned but over cooked. Little on the dry side. I was disappointed because it's a Steakhouse! Now this day the servers were not doing to all you can eat steaks etc because of the virus so that's understandable. Will I come back, I would to give them another chance.

This place is the Crem de la Crem! I have always wanted to experience a Brazilian Steakhouse and this one did not disappoint. I came to their MLK holiday brunch with my family of 25! We did not have to wait to be seated and were very well taken care of by our waitress Sade and the rest of the front of the house. Each round of food was hot and repetitive. I had parts of meat I didnt even know existed. The drinks are a bit pricey, so be prepared for that. I was especially impressed with omelette and meat carving station. Kudos to the real Debbie Reynolds! The omelettes were great. They have a full bar, but I did not get to get something. I understand they have Saturday brunch and its similar. I will definately be back to dine.

They are not what i though it was going to be. They food was mediore at best. I brought my sisters here for a brunch date and it was not good at all. We had the brunch buffet. We got the shri.p and grits which were watery and under seasoned. The waffle was not good at all. There was no uniformity at all. It portrays itself as fine dining but im pretty sure the manager was in shorts. The waitress courtney was nice enough but she got busy with other tables and forgot about us totally. Very overrated.

Nothing really stood out, but nothing was terrible either. The restaurant has the typical crab house setup with brown paper covering the tables, and everything was spaced out nicely. We decided to sit at the bar, which is fairly small. I'd estimate there are only about eight bar stools. For drinks, I had two Moscow Mules, and my friend ordered two Lemon Drops. Both were good, especially for happy hour, and the prices were reasonable. The only food we ordered was the fried calamari, which came served in a small boat tray. The bartender also handed us plain white paper plates.... the same disposable plates you can buy at walmart. I'm definitely not someone who expects fine dining at a crab spot, but it felt a little lazy. Most seafood restaurants at least use branded paper trays or sturdier disposable plates that fit the experience. I completely understand that restaurants are dealing with rising costs, but this small detail took away from the overall presentation. Since we only ordered an appetizer, I can't fairly comment on the rest of the menu. However, I noticed several tables enjoying steamed crabs, while most of the people sitting at the bar had fried seafood platters with shrimp, fries, and hush puppies. Everyone seemed happy with their meals, so that's always a good sign. I did make a trip to the restroom, and while it was clean enough, the stall door was difficult to close and lock properly. I actually had to hold the door shut while using the restroom, which is something I hope they fix soon. We ended up staying for about two hours, and the atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing. Another plus is the large parking lot, which made parking convenient. Overall, Crab Boat was just okay. The happy hour prices were good, the drinks did the job, and the service was fine. I don't see myself going out of my way to return, but if I were in the area and wanted to grab a reasonably priced drink or it was one of the only available options, I wouldn't mind stopping in again.

Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!

The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Yo girl been trying to eat a little healthier and was looking for some baked or grill fish. This restaurant did deliver. The grill tilapia and broccoli was pretty good. The portion size was on point. My son wanted their crab cake burger which I had to taste and it was delicious. They offer mumbo sauce with their fries and it is banging. Got a nice little kick to it. The corn on the cob is so so. Its not bad but I just had better. Its too greasy for corn on the cob too. So confused about that. Any who, I spent $40 for everything which was reasonable for 2 meals. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. The cashiers here are super friendly which is always appreciated because its seems like people are losing basic manners. So thanks ladies for your kindness it didnt go unnoticed. Would I recommend this restaurant, yeah I would. Its not spectacular but its pretty good and you get enough food for the price. That itself is worth it. So go and visit so we can keep restaurants like this open in our community.
