The associate helping them, Rob, was completely dismissive and not understanding anything they were trying to explain regarding the vehicle's warranty. My mother and sister told him multiple times that the car has a warranty, but he kept denying it and insisting that they didn't. At one point he even tried to claim that we bought the warranty from the previous owner in 2021. That doesn't even make sense considering the car is a 2022 and we have not even owned the vehicle for nine months when we took it off the lot from a dealership not the old owner. It honestly felt like he was trying to confuse the situation rather than help resolve it. While my mother and sister stepped out of the room to grab the warranty paperwork, my sister accidentally left the phone in the room while I was still on FaceTime. During that time I overheard Rob speaking to another employee and being extremely disrespectful about my family. The things he said were so inappropriate and offensive that, as a woman, I wouldn't even repeat those words. I immediately told my mom what I heard. When my sister confronted Rob about it, he denied everything even though it was obvious he knew exactly what he had said. She then spoke to the manager, Justin, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Instead, he defended Rob and basically made it seem like we were lying and that it was our word against his. My family went there for a service on a vehicle, not to be disrespected or treated like a problem. The behavior from this associate was extremely unprofessional and honestly makes it seem like he either has no idea what he is talking about or tries to mislead customers when it comes to warranties and services on top of the disrespect. Management really needs to start paying attention to how their employees treat customers. After reading other reviews, it seems like multiple people have had issues with Rob before, yet nothing is being done. At the time of sale, they assured me no modifications were done to this car. I am a nurse, and I worked tirelessly for over two and a half years to be able to afford this car. It was meant to be a reward for my dedication and hard work -- instead, it has become a stressful and costly ordeal caused entirely by this dealership's negligence and dishonesty. The vehicle was fully covered under factory warranty when I purchased it. However, after taking it to the manufacturer, I was informed that the exhaust system had been illegally modified prior to sale -- it had been cut and reassembled in multiple sections, was missing the factory resonators, and lacked the proper mounting clips and supports. Because of these unauthorized modifications, the manufacturer voided my factory warranty coverage on affected components. Selling or offering for sale a vehicle with an altered exhaust system that increases noise or fails to meet factory safety and emissions standards is illegal under Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/12-602. This law prohibits the sale or operation of any vehicle equipped with a modified or defective exhaust system that amplifies noise or allows exhaust leaks. I later discovered the car had also been in a previous accident that was never disclosed and did not appear on the Carfax report. Dealers are required under Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/5-401.2 and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2) to disclose known accident or damage history. Failing to do so constitutes consumer fraud and a clear violation of state law. When I brought these issues to Ultimo Motors' attention, they refused accountability and falsely claimed the vehicle was "functioning as intended by the manufacturer." In reality, it was sold in unsafe and noncompliant condition, with illegal modifications and undisclosed damage that directly caused my factory warranty to be voided. This dealership's conduct is unethical, deceptive, and unlawful. I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Ultimo Motors East: do not rely on their statements or a Carfax report. Buyer beware -- your safety, warranty, and hard-earned money are at serious risk.

They offered it to fix it but they not able to give me a vehicle which I can tow.
