Fast, friendly, feast! This was more than enough for two people and I love leftovers. Pan fried noodles with chix xtra broccoli. Perfect ratio of fresh veggies, chix and noodles. Yum!

Second time coming here & Food/Service were excellent as usual. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small seat yourself restaurant located in Salem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Food came out literally 5 minutes after ordering. Service was prompt as well as the portion size. I ordered Mongolian Chicken with added broccoli as pictured

What a neat place; good is delicious, customer service is fantastic. Give them a try, totally worth your money.

I am not sure what I received, last nights left-overs?? My BBQ Pork was not light and moist, it was dark, dry meat! Sauce enough for 4 pieces, maybe? Their house fried rice was awful, flavorless! Lastly, I was REALLY looking forward to my SESAME CHICKEN, I opened the box and it's NOT MY ORDER. It's gummy meat on top of ramen noodles. I tried it, because frankly I'm starving; and it's rubber, wrapped in a gummy sauce with hardly any flavor at all! I don't know how they got the rating they have, (which is why I chose to order from them.) Not to mention the fact that they tack on $3-$4 on EVERY dish sent out! I just spent $55 on garbage, that I cannot eat. Don't waste your money, especially if you are having it delivered; I promise you that, you will be sorry! No napkins either!

Very generous portions and probably the best Chinese "Curry Chicken" I have had. Must stop for anyone visiting Salem.

I've only eaten here once but everything I had was delicious. My favorite was the hot and sour soup and orange chicken.

We have ordered from Lucky Garden a few times. We are lucky that they deliver to our house, plus the general tso's chicken is amazing.

I was glad to see a version of it on the menu as almond chicken. While it wasn't exactly what I remember, it definitely scratched that nostalgic itch. This was solid, old-school American-style Chinese food. I ordered a combo and chose sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice, and added an order of spring rolls. Everything was flavorful, well prepared, and the portions were generous. Best of all, it was reasonably priced. A dependable choice for classic Chinese takeout.

The inside is very spacious too. Again, with the typical red and gold Chinese dragon décor. I love this sort of place. Makes me feel really comfortable. We were seated at a rather economically sized booth. Me and my birthday girl sister's butts barely fit. Me and my parents traveled from Portland to Salem to take my sister out for her birthday lunch and she highly recommended this place. Per usual, there were scads of choices to behold on the menu. My parents shared some sort of beef vegetable dish. My scallop and vegetable plate was wonderful. Usually places are stingy with their scallops. Not here. I had oodles of scallops. Like more than I knew what to do with. I ended up with a to go container. The whole time we were sitting there I kept eyeing the red door that beckoned Lounge on it. My mind imagined all sorts of scenarios going on behind that red door; all of them seedy. Because that's how my mind works. I couldn't wait until we were all boxed up and ready to go so I could check it out. Imagine my surprise: Nothing but good, clean, wholesome, fun happening in there. There's a pool table, folks were eating. A nice gentleman at the bar and a friendly bartender. My fortune cookie was pretty awesome and probably true too. Bravo, Hong Kong House! 2024 - Review # 10
