Decided to try this place based on the high Yelp rating. The menu is absolutely generic, nothing unusual or particularly intriguing. The place is tidy, although our table was sticky (whoever wiped it down missed a spot). We ordered the crispy tofu appetizer, which came with a potsticker type sauce. The tofu was breaded. Our entrees were Chicken with Green Beans and Chicken Lo Mein. Both were pretty good, the sauces better than expected, so pleasantly surprised there. The service was super friendly and efficient. We almost gave this place three stars, due to the lackluster menu choices, but went for four stars based on the entrees. Will probably come back. read more

YUMMO!!! We found this hidden jewel the other night for dinner & was not disappointed!!! We tried crab puffs, low mein, chow mein, lemon chicken, BBQ pork, stir fry veggies, shrimp & egg flower soup. DELISH!!! The staff is great & even made a few dishes for my mom without MSG because she is allergic to it. We have been back again and it was just as good. The only drawback is the parking is a little tight and the clientele outside is a bit interesting. But totally worth the small inconvenience. Our new favorite spot for Chinese food! read more

We ordered 4 different dinners, plus soup, and fried shrimp appetizer. None of the food was nearly as good as our home-town Chinese restaurant. The fried shrimp was dropping in grease, the sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken were rather bland, and the egg foo yong looked pre-made patties drenched in a bland gravy. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the servers were very nice and quite attentive. read more

We love love love lucky garden!! It's the only Chinese place we order from since we've found it. Staff is super friendly and we have never had a mess up in an order. We love the Mothers chicken and beef lo main. They are reasonable priced and if you have a large household like we do and your order is over $50 you get a free appetizer(spring rolls BBQ pork or crab puffs) or soup!!! The Happy Family lacked any depth of flavor, was made up primarily of vegetables and it looks like they had leftover barbecue pork and just threw it in. I was traveling from out of town, and this chinese restaurant was a good place to stop at. Friendly staff and good service at a good place. I got chicken and vegetables, broccoli beef, and egg foo young (if that's how you spell it). Everything was the typical asian food, but very tasty. I love how they have chili oil at all the tables too! But you can also ask for some sriracha. However, I did take one symtar off because I did not enjoy my egg foo young. It had crispy edges, and a thick opaque brown sauce which I did not enjoy, but everything else was great, and being a fellow asian, I approve. They even gave me extra rice to take home with my leftovers! read more
