When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, I chatted with the manager there and they mentioned they wipe the floor 2-3x a day so I must've come during the tail ned. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I had some feedback that I shared with the manager and they reassured me that they care deeply about the salon and grooming service so I know they're working on improvements. They were happy to take my dog back to another cleaning, but I didn't have the time. I appreciate the time and effort the manager took to call and chat about my feedback.

They've been pretty accommodating especially when it comes to moving appointments up (or back) and one time when I was off by 30 minutes, they called (were very nice) to make sure I was still showing up. And still took us. Our dog is a Hungarian Puli so his coat tends to cord on its own if we don't brush it often (which unfortunately we don't). Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.

I paid 45 for a bath for my dog with trimming and ear cleaning. I will say the guy who handles the front desk is kinda difficult to communicate with and i had a lot of struggles booking over the phone. My only thing is that I am not sure if they were understaffed or overbooked but the bath for her took almost 2 hours so I was waiting in the area for a pretty long time. Her coat and skin have actually been really good since bringing her, so I'll probably be back but hopefully the wait won't be as long

Dave was super patient and informative and gave us great tips for helping with Knox's energy and excitability. Not only that, he did a great job navigating our other dog, Maddox who was along for the ride and sometimes really interested in Dave's treats! Dave helped us with methods on how to help handle Knox's excitement when new people come into the house and to keep him calm when he sees dogs on walks and some things in-between, providing step-by-step instructions for ways we can work with him to get him to those calm places. We really liked his approach and the kindness he showed our dogs. So many places we looked at used electric collars and it was not something we wanted to do, so we were really happy when we found Dave!

He took time to get to know our family and tailor Hank's training to his personality and needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we have seen a huge improvement in our dog's behavior. We also started taking both of our dogs to EveryDog Daycamp and it has been amazing to have a safe place where our dogs can play with other pups without me worrying something might happen to them. It was our first time in, and they were friendly on the phone and friendly when we came in. The environment was welcoming and felt like a grooming party in there with all the pups! Drea (coincidentally also my name--meant to be!) bathed Maui, and by the end, they were pals. Maui was following her around until we came to pick him up, which made me feel great about dropping him off for the first time. Maui was happy, clean, and very floofy! Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling.
