I am writing to express how deeply upset and disappointed I am with the treatment my 18-year-old senior dog received during his grooming appointment today. My dog is elderly and blind. I trusted your staff to handle him with the extra patience and care that a senior dog requires. He has been coming to this loxation for years with no issues. I don't know what was different, but today they hurt my baby. Instead, I brought him home with injuries near his eye and mouth that were actively bleeding. When I questioned your staff, I was told those areas were never groomed. That explanation simply does not make sense. The hair around those wounds has clearly been cut away. If those areas were not groomed, where did the hair go? Rather than being honest about what happened, I feel I was given an explanation that does not match what I can plainly see. If my dog was too difficult or too fragile to groom safely, the responsible and ethical decision would have been to stop the grooming and refuse to continue. I would have completely understood that decision. What I cannot accept is my senior dog being returned to me injured and bleeding. Because of the injuries he sustained while in your care, I now have to take him to the veterinarian for evaluation and treatment. This is an expense that I believe resulted directly from what occurred during his grooming appointment. I expect your business to accept responsibility and reimburse me for all reasonable veterinary costs related to these injuries. This situation has caused unnecessary pain for my dog and significant emotional distress for me. At 18 years old, he deserves to be handled with compassion, patience, and the highest level of care--not to leave a grooming appointment with wounds that require veterinary attention. After his veterinary examination, I will provide you with copies of the medical records and invoice. I ask that you respond promptly regarding reimbursement and how you intend to resolve this matter. I hope we can resolve this professionally, but I cannot overlook what happened to my beloved companion. read more

They took 4.5 hours to even get to my dog so after I dropped him off he was just sitting in the cage. They should manage time better and have dogs come so they aren't just sitting all day. I have been coming to this place for years but recently I have had very bad experiences they have taken a long time. The person in the front doesn't have a good attitude just not a very good environment or comfortable to leave my dog in he is my baby I want him to just get a hair cut he is 8lbs and I have to pay $75 for a cut that's actually crazy I will be switching groomers after these past few times I barley could take him because they have raised their prices but when I had called I had asked how much it would be specifically for my dog and they said it was going to be 65 regular or 75 for a style I was confused when he came out with no style and I still had to pay the $75. He just got cut super short how is that the same.. also when I went to go pick my dog up there was a bigger dog in a cage that was clearly way too small for him... I felt bad and I was upset with the way they were being when I asked why it took so long they said that there were a few other dogs there when I got there but when I asked about them in the crates when I dropped him off I didn't see any other dogs in the crates so I was confused he said he had them all in that small room in crates but that many dogs in a small room together even in crates how is that even okay? I wouldn't trust my dog here anymore I feel bad I have let my parents bring him here for so long. I have had trouble when I started taking him to the groomers I few months ago. I wouldn't recommend going here I would find somewhere that has way better time management and communication when it comes to dropping them off if they aren't going to be getting done for a few hours and just be sitting there in a cage all day. And if you have a bigger dog they do not have bigger cages than what you see when you walk in. read more

Bad Custumer service !! Prices went up too !! I started coming here years ago and I like the prices because it was reasonable $45 compared to higher end places that charge $60 so thats why I would put up with the mediocre Custumer service . But they raised their prices to $55 without noticed . Which is ok but if you're raising your prices make sure that you also into each your people skills . I've been coming here since I moved here over 2 years ago. I tried different spots and they were crazy expensive and or didn't cut good. This place is the best I take 3 dogs, a husky, chihuahua, and shitzu. They do great and have great prices. Very professional people always answer any questions I have and they go above and beyond on everything. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING! We took our tzitzu here for a much needed grooming. Dropped him off at 10 and he wasn't done until 3pm (after they said it would take a few hours.) Picked him up to find that they cut his tongue and nose! If a dog is growling and does not want his face cut, I'd rather a groomer say sorry I couldn't cut his face than cut him!! Now we have to take him to a vet during a pandemic. He won't eat or drink because he's tongue is swollen. Lucky Pet simply said they weren't liable and it happens sometimes. Awful!! read more

It was a bad experience for my doggy and me. I took my 8lb terrier mix doggy to this grooming salon because of the good reviews it had, I was wrong. When i picked him up the guy was finishing shaving my dogs face and he didn't even do the hairs in his ears. His nails weren't done and I doubt they even brushed his teeth since he neglected on doing all the other stuff. My dog had patches of fur on top of his ears, feet and legs. I had to go home and trim it down. So dissatisfied and I will never go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

So happy to have found this place! Especially being within 2miles from my home. After calling several other places to find out that all were booked until days later, I call here to Luckys and was told I may bring in both my dogs within an hour. I was greeted by a friendly staff & the checking in was a breeze. Place appeared clean and well kept. I loved that you are able to see through the clear glass where your dog is kept and the area where they are being groomed. The prices are the best you'll find for the great job that's done. Left my dogs here for 4:30 hours only to come back to my smaller one having gone through an "accident" and caused a hemorrhage in her left eye. After asking if there was anything they were going to do they simply said that "accidents" happen and that it was in the contract. He then proceeds to hand me a copy of what I signed. I know accidents happen but this was caused (after taking her to the clinic) by excessive choking over a prolonged amount of time. There really isn't an excuse for this. I understand my dog might have been giving trouble (something that no other groomer has ever told us before) but shouldn't you have stopped the haircut at that point and called me? Really unprofessional and even more so uncaring. Really isn't fair that you'd rather keep going with the haircut to get your little pay cut rather then to stop once you noticed the dog was not going to cooperate. I wouldn't trust these people with anything after this. I wish they would show me the cameras and what happened during the haircut that caused this on my poor dog. But I saw the way one of the groomer's picked up a dog from one of the crates they used. That and the uncleanliness should have told me to run ASAP and go somewhere else. read more

I had to put a star for picking up the phone when i called... This place Is Horrible! DO NOT take your pet here unless you don't care how they treat them! First I called them and the person that picked up the phone can't hear a thing I'm saying so we were actually yelling at each other, so I asked if i need an appointment and they said they accept walk in. So as I walked in this place what really caught my attention was a baby sleeping on the floor right next to all the hair also a stroller and baby walker in the grooming area. Who does that to their kid and literally "shhhsss" the baby cuz he was waking up with all the dogs barking. Second I asked them how long will it take to do nails and bath he says 2 hrs and we'll put him in a bath right now, i get that they're busy and thats fine. So 2 1/2 hours passed and I called instead of waiting for their call. He tells me that its going to take another 45 mins because they will put him in bath right now. Uuuhhh I thought he did that when i dropped him off which was 2 1/2 hours ago! i don't think u should be telling people to walk in when u cant handle all the dogs at the same time. So i said ok fine ill wait! Then he calls me back in less than 5 mins and he tells me that " we wont be able to give ur dog a bath because he wont let us!" How stupid is that!!!! So i had my husband get him. Third my dog comes home with poop all over his butt and legs, blood on his face and stinks soo bad. My husband said that it was so hot inside and he was tied with a rope on his neck and that he was growling at the guy who was going to bathe him!!! He was soo thirsty and super dirty!! I have been here now 4 times over the past years. I have old small cockapoos and they get shaven down all the way because idc for style i cant comment on that. I have in the past experienced that it might take a very long and it did upset me but i only let that happen once because we returned. Since they are old make sure it wont take too long and come back at the time they estimated to check on my dogs (yes they dont really call) i took them in at 11 they said 2 hours i came in 3 and he said it will take about 15 more. I went in to get my dogs nail trimmed and the people here are very nice, and did a great job on both dogs. The prices are very inexpensive, only 5 dollars for a nail trim. I will be going back to get a full service really soon. I would've given them 5 stars except for the fact that there was a lot of dog hair on the floor, but I'm sure it was just because they had just finished grooming. read more

WORST grooming salon ever! I took my pet poodle in for a trim, when I picked her up she had the worst cut ever. Also when examining her because she was shaking, we noticed that during her trim the SHAVED off a piece of her NIPPLE!! When confronting the man (owner) he said that it was because of a fox tale which was clearly false! I will never take a pet there again. I do NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone! This place is definitely a disgusting place!!! I took my doggy about 2 weeks ago for a cut and bath. First off, they took I'm in as a walk in but did horrible! Took him in at 11:45AM he did not get out of there until 7PM! my dog was devastated. Resently I started noticing him with scratching, well he has Thinks from that place! Horrible horrible boarder line animal cruelty!! They told me they would take my Maltipoo puppy as a walk in. We drop him off at 11:45am and it was 5pm and I did not hear from them so I called them to see what was going on with my dog? The girl that answered told me that they had appointments scheduled and had to take them first!! Wth!?! Why didn't they tell me that when I called? So then a man go on the phone and told me to give him a little while he'll finish my dog. I went ahead and gave him the benefit of doubt. It was 8pm and I didn't hear back so we went to the shop and sure enough my dog was in the stupid cage from 11:45 until 8pm without food, water and unable to pee or poop! Like I told the stupid guy if you would've told me you didn't have time I would've understood instead you took my dog and left him in the stupid cage without touching him for over 8 hours!!
