Wire found in my egg drop soup
    Christine C.

I ordered food through door dash. Normally the food is very good but I am very disappointed. I was eating the egg drop soup and I choked on a large wire that cut my mouth. We decided to not eat the rest of the food and to throw it out in case it had any more wires.

This is my first visit to this establishment. I went for lunch. Indoor seating is limited. It's clean and has pleasant decor. The staff consisted of one man, and he was cheerful, accommodating and pleasant. There are many choices on the menu. I was pleased to see a plant-based option of General Tsao's tofu. How's the photo shows, they were vegetables added as well, giving Nice color balance. It had some red peppers, so there was a little bit of zing. Very tasty. Prices are very reasonable. I certainly will be back to try other things on the menu.

We picked up dinner. The food was very good and we did get a lot for the money. The staff was nice when picking up and glad we found this little place. We Recommend it.

With an ample amount of Chinese food options in the city, Lucky Wok is by far the best. Big portions, great prices and FAST!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly set the stage for what would be an unforgettable meal. The rustic charm of the decor, combined with the lively buzz of happy diners, made it feel like a home away from home. I started with the Shrimp and Grits, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, plump, and juicy, seasoned to perfection with a subtle kick that danced on my taste buds. The grits were creamy and rich, with just the right amount of buttery goodness, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left me wanting more. Next up was the Fried Chicken and Waffle Jr. Plate, a true masterpiece. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned with a secret blend of spices that elevated it to new heights. The waffle was fluffy and golden, a perfect vessel for soaking up every drop of syrup. While I do wish they used Vermont maple syrup grade A, it was by no means a flaw, it only added to the charm of the dish. The Sweet Tea was the perfect accompaniment to my meal. It was refreshingly sweet, with a hint of lemon that brightened each sip and left a lingering taste of summer. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure every need was met with a smile. Their genuine hospitality added to the overall experience, making me feel like a valued guest. Frank's Chicken and Waffle is a culinary gem in Albuquerque, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for a meal that will delight your senses and warm your soul.

I'm working with an old partner, Paul S, the King of New Mexican cuisine. His first choice for me is called KūKri. The food is tremendous. Take their KūKri chicken sandwich. The chicken is moist with the exact breading for a great crunch. The sauce is very spicy even though I went with the recommended medium spice. The slaw was too sweet; what I did was alternate bites between the hot chicken and the slaw. Worked perfectly. Pro Tip: Unless you like it insanely hot, pick one level less than they advise. Their scale of spice is a couple notches hotter than I am used to. The service was quick and flawless. The server very informative. They have a very limited menu, which doesn't much matter since you can change the options and make it your own!

This location is located in a food hall with other restaurants. There was plenty of seating available and not too loud. I got a 3 piece chicken tender with plain boring fries (that's what they call them!). The fries were very well seasoned. For their chicken they have 5 different levels of spice. I got the 2nd hottest which is Extra Hot. I sniffled the whole time while eating but it was manageable. I love spicy food and have a high tolerance for it. If you can't handle spice, I'd suggest a lower level. Everything was good and would easily try them again!

We got a Flight of 4 different beers and "settled" on a fried fish w salad which was ok and their grilled catfish tacos which you had to eat w a fork bc they were too messy to pick up w your fingers.. They tasted ok but the salsa and a pink sauce (?) helped to give them more flavor. The atmosphere was ok and the Friday evening crowd was arriving. We ate inside and our server, Sophia, was very good. It didn't take long to get our dinners except my partner's salad took forever! The salads are included w the meals. My salad was different and good which was a Blackeye pea, corn, & more ingredients. My experience there was disappointing since I wanted ribs and not "soggy" fish tacos. I might go back for the beer only.

First off, we ordered the vegetable egg rolls for an appetizer, I do not recommend them since they are frozen ones. Anyway, the Kung Pao Chicken has really good flavor, was spicy and served with a side of steamed white rice. My husband's entree was Orange Chicken and nothing spectacular about it. But what will keep us from ever going back was that as we sat in the restaurant eating I started to smell cigarette smoke. It became more pronounced and I realized they were smoking in the kitchen and had the door open to where we were sitting.
