Alright here it goes. I was supper happy about this place when I originally got my eyebrows done. Around 6 months I noticed they faded dramatically so I contacted them, by the time I got another appointment a year had gone by. So I went back thinking I would get a touch up as promised. Your yearly touch up. Well it turned out that my eyebrows were completely faded by then and I was asked to pay the $900 dollars all over again. I gladly did because I know I loved them the first time and i didn't want to shop around for anyone else. It's been 6 months since my last visit and once again they are completely faded. I'm definitely not paying another $900 and waiting 6 months to see her again. Lesson learned! I have never been into beauty. I'm a busy working mom and just got sick and tired of struggling w my eyebrows in the mornings, specifically bc I have no skills lol. I did some research and found this salon, and specifically Anna. I chose her because I thought her work was the most natural looking, which was super important for me. Anna was AMAZING. First of all, I was able to get a next day appointment, which is why I did it. If I had to schedule for 2 months later I wouldn't have gone. Anna numbed my brows for like 20-30 minutes then started the drawing process. I didn't really participate in details bc I don't know anything so I fully trusted her as the professional. I just explained generally what I was looking for. She used multiple tools and came up w a great brow structure. The whole process took like 3 hours. At first it didn't hurt at all. Then as the numbing wore off, it started to feel like tweezing. At the worst pain, it felt like tiny, quick electricity, similar (but less in intensity) to laser hair removal. She reapplied numbing once or twice. Even at the worst point of pain it was totally manageable (and I have a very low pain threshold). They gave me comprehensive instructions at every step. The healing process was easy and comfortable. Even at the darkest my brows got as part of the healing process, they still looked amazing. Everyone who sees me notices and compliments me on the brows and then asks for her number. I LOVE MY BROWS. I LOVE ANNA. I'VE ALREADY SENT MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO HER. DO NOT HESITATE. My lips are STUNNING! I love love love my lip blushing. The color is so pretty and natural. I'm very happy with the results. I just put chapstick or lipgloss on and I'm ready to go. I cannot deny that this place offers very good microblading. But I've had a bad experience with their customer service and unfriendliness. I had the feeling that they didn't want to provide me with a touchup service because I criticized last year during the heat of the pandemic for holding training indoors without masks and social distancing and for refusing to go in for fear of contacting the virus. For someone with a compromised immune system I feel offended. I hope they change their judgmental policy and better their customer service. read more
