First I just have to say that I love my eyebrows I just received my touch up today and it was about a month ago that I received my original service. The touch up is complementary with your initial paid service. Lucy definitely has an eye for detail. I live in San Diego and drove up because I was not able to find anyone in San Diego who could do this technique well. Lucy is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable in her home, where she also has her work area set up. My experience with Lucy was great she's a beautiful lady and there's no doubt she's one of the best make- up artists out there. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is due to the results that I obtained... my first visit was back in Feb 2016 I have noticed that now they have updated their website and are now emphasizing that if you have oily skin you might not obtain typical results. So, to make the storie short, I went to a third color boost and my eyebrows have faded a considerable amount. So after months and months of looking at various  eyebrow artists, I finally decided that I loved Lucy's work the most. I was lucky enough to book during their Christmas Special which included the brows being designed by Lucy herself and the actual procedure being performed by one of her certified technicians... oh ya, plus a complimentary touch-up session. Mytechnician was Cako and she was wonderful! I loved her enthusiasm and she definitely made me feel very comfortable. Cako was very informative and kept the numbing cream coming (since I'm a sissy with pain sometimes) lol. I've been waiting to get my brows microbladed for sometime. I've been following LucyHartInk and KathyHartInk for a few years. Love both of their work, I decided to muster up the courage to make my appointment with Kathy. She went over pre-procedure instructions with me, answered all of my questions and concerns. A few days before my appointment she sent a reminder text of my date, time, and pre-procedure instructions. I so appreciated that because we all have busy lives and it's easy to forget. The day of she sent a text for parking instructions and directions. I arrive to a beautiful salon with a warm greeting from all staff members. Everyone was so friendly and kind, made me feel extremely calm. The salon itself has a very warm, clean, and welcoming feeling. They started my numbing process within a few minutes of being there. While numbing I filled out all paperwork (using a clients time wisely) once I was ready Kathy called me to the back took my before pictures and started drawing my eyebrow shape, Going over it, making sure it was perfect and to her standard of work, I appreciated her passion to detail truly such a talented artist. Once ready she picks out the color that best suits me, shows everything to me on her tray and begins her work. During the process she always made sure I was comfortable and if I felt anything to let her know so she can stop and re-numb the brows. Honestly I felt nothing she has a very light hand. Her talent speaks for itself. She is very detail oriented, so professional, extremely knowledgeable and so very accurate in her work. I love how she gave me a natural brow that looks absolutely gorgeous. Her work has cut down my morning routine by a lot. She verbally went over post procedure care and also sent me a text. Had my microblading with Kathy Hart back in March. I was supposed to come back 2 months later for a touch up session but was pushed back until June because of the covid shut down. Lucy did my brows today! 9/15/16 I drove almost 6 hours to see her and when I got there, I felt right at home. Her shop is gorgeous and decorated beautifully. Her sister Cathy is a sweetheart and immediately made me feel welcome. Lucy is so down to earth, and easy to talk to, she really listens to what you want and makes sure e eveything is perfect before you leave. She is the cutest and definitely has those good vibes!! I enjoyed the process and there was no pain involved. Her work was flawless. I need to go back in one month for a touch up and then my brows will be finished.....I'm already very happy with them.
