Went in looking for flower girl dresses and Isabel was extremely rude. We were looking at dresses and first thing she asked was if we were going to buy or just looking. I said hoping to to buy and she rolled her eyes. I told her what size and color we were looking for and she got us a few different dresses. At the end I told her we needed to ask the other flower girl what she liked so we could decide, she then told me I needed to decide on which dress and buy. "I don't want to be rude but that's why I asked if you were buying before I gave you dresses" as she rolled her eyes. She lacks customer service skills 100%. We asked for a time frame of when the dresses would come in if we ordered them and she said she could only give us that information if we paid in full for them. So this is my go to place for dress shirts for my son. They have the most unique colors and they are always able to deliver. They have adult formal clothes as well as children's. They have helped me out of a jame a few times when it come to boys dress shirts. I needed rare colors and they were able to order them and have them there same day. I was looking at dresses with my bf and talking to him saying I wish they had a medium or large in a size of the dresses that were all 0X, 1X, 3X and she jumps in and says "oh the 0x will fit you don't worry." grabs it off the rack and hands it to me and looks at the dresses I'm already holding and says "what sizes are those? oh a medium? that's not going to fit you." and I told her no I think its large. and she proceeds to say no its a medium I can see the tag, but its not going to fit you anyway." WTF!! and as I am in the dressing room she bring 2 more dresses in 1x size that fit me like a potato sack, they were way too big for me. The medium dress she said wouldn't fit me, fit like a glove! I think she's a bitter old lady that is jealous of other women. I have never wrote a negative review on anybody or any business before, but this was the WORST customer service experience I have ever had! Went there to buy 3 bridesmaids dressed and i was going to place my orders the same day since i need them fast. 1- A lady approached us (she said she was the manager), and as we asked questions she kept shushing us and rolling her eyes, telling us that she will only speak to one of us at a time, (she did this 5 times) and no we were not all talking at the same time we would let her finish her answer and then ask her a different question (also we were the only ones in the store). 2- She told one of my bridesmaids that none of the dresses in the store going to fit her (calling her fat), when she had tried a dress on a few weeks ago and it fit her fine! 3- My other bridesmaids tried on a dress she told her to quickly take it off because she didn't want her sweating in it. Thats when i drew the line, I politely told the lady that she was VERY RUDE and how I've never been treated that way and she said "well that's how I do business". We immediately walked out and she missed out on at least $600 of business. I was trying to help a small local business but she made that impossible. I went in for my sons baptism attire and I was approached by a rude store associate. She was passive aggressive the whole interaction. She asked old was my son and recommended a size 3x big. Clearly there was a big difference in size and when I told her, she kept insisting I didn't want to buy it although she supposedly recommended the right size. Very rude, lacks customer service, very confrontational, and full of attitude. Came in to get a flower girl dress for my daughter. We found the right dress, and the lady helped us with the color. We then asked to try on the dress to get the right size, which she stated we needed to buy the dress in full if we wanted to try it on. She explained the reasoning that people come in and get sized or find the dress style, then buy it elsewhere. Then tried to corner us into buying a dress that we don't even know would fit correctly. So we told her we would come back after we got her sizing, took her business card, and began to leave. As we left, she approached me and started giving me attitude while being confrontational, saying I was taking photos of the price tag. My daughter and I were shopping for a Maid of Honor dress and Mother of the Bride dress. We were told we were only allowed to try on two dresses unless we committed to buying a dress from there. I found a dress that I liked and ended up buying it. I was told the dress would be ready in one week. However, I never received a call from them notifying me that my dress was ready for pickup. Instead I had to reach out to them after two weeks and the store associate lied saying that they attempted to reach out to me several times and were unable to contact me. My daughter needed a unique color of a shade of purple for a wedding she is in. After looking at many many stores and online, we stumbled upon Lucy's Apparel aka Lucy's Formals. When we explained to them what we needed they took us straight to the dress of my daughters dream and the exact color we needed. We had it tailored as it needed some adjustments to fit. It took a couple of attempts to get the straps right to fit her. I love this shop and would go there again. I think they are great for minor adjustments however, if you need more then just the hem up or shoulder straps fitted, take the dress somewhere else. My daughter ran into a few issues with the fit after it was adjusted. We decided to bring it home and take it to another taylor. Considering what we paid for the seamstress I am a little shocked we need to still take it elsewhere. read more

We have bought dresses for my daughter for special occasions here for since she was 10. Today we were searching for her prom dress. We Got there at 11:00 which is the time they're supposed to open. In the past , the lady has always helped my daughter. She showed her many items that would compliment the dress and it was A true experience. We ended up purchasing everything she showed us. It's to bad This lady was so rude . My daughter and I were truly disappointed. We are now in search for a new place to find another magical experience .
