Horrible, ordered takeout on a Saturday night. You know the usual, pizza, pasta, and salad. Said about an hour, and that was fine. I have been here at least 6 times over the last 3 years or so. It has continuosly gotten worse over the years. Here is the skinny, this is place is a cross between Bertucci's and The Olive Garden. Here are the similiarities, Brick oven pizza pretty good, good rolls very similar to Bertucci's and the other side of the menu is similar to the olive garden mediocre italian food. I had t he tour of italy dish, I've been to italy a number of times never had such a meal there. It was Chicken Parm, what looked like mac and cheese (never found in Italy) and lasagna. The chicken Parm was cold and overdone (definitly prepared somewhere else and frozen) the lasagna was terrible looked like a frozen pre-prepared dish as well, but the killer was they have such a nice wood fired oven and they didn't even cook it in it. I would have loved to have it all cooked in the oven and crisped up, that would have been much better. Even wth the frozen foods... The Sausage soup had way too much rice in it and salty. The salad was the jewel of the meal, fresh and crisp with a good house dressing served in plastic cups (never a good idea). Maybe I am expecting too much from a chain italian restuarant but I think they have all of the tools to make it much better. I think all of these places get there pre-prepared pasta's from the same place in Salem Nh I think its called Josephs... They all taste the same terrible. Last the sauce is definitly out of can, and just average didn't kill the dish but didn't help it either. I have different meals everytime I have gone and by far the pizza is the best. Don't stray from that and you won't be dissapointed. For the price it is marginally better than Olive Garded and I think as good as Bertucci's Happy eating read more

Spent a weekend up in NH and a friend took us here for lunch! Incredibly impressed and wish they had one down in RI. Loved the Lui Lui Brown Ale and Meatball Parm Panino. My boyfriend had a Chicken Pesto Panino that was really good too! Service was great! If I am ever in Nashua again, will def return! read more

I ordered lunch for my staff of 10 to be delivered to our work place on Friday, March 8th. The food was delivered timely and was delicious as always except for the salmon I ordered. I sent an email to them on Saturday to share my experience. A half-hour or so later, Eric replied with an apology and a resolution. We just went to Lui Lui's today. It was so good; Period!! The service was excellent. Had a bit of a wait on the food but not irritatingly so. My husband received a "huge bowl" of spagetti and meatballs which he was unable to finish. I tried the fettucinni alfredo which I must say with each bite I liked better and better. The sauce was not overpowering at all and noodles done perfectly. We both loved the fresh rolls and dipping oil. We split a dessert of the brownie sundae which we ate totally. We brought home lunch lefter overs for tomorrow. The interior is lovely and the prices I felt were exceptional for the great food, atmosphere, and wonderful service. You can dress up or down for Lui's. Great atmosphere for conversation etc. This was our first visit and will return often. There is a special menu section for entree's under $10.00 that sounded de-lish. Our dishes were 10.99 but they have others in upwards of 20.00. Pretty much a good fit for anyone's wallet. read more

Stopped in Saturday night for a late supper. We were seated immediately and our server was right over taking our drink order. She brought us that rolls and delicious dipping oil. I ordered the rigatoni rustica. The portion was huge and the flavor was delicious. Pasta in a light creamy tomato sauce with bacon and chunks of tomato that was perfect. Our other entree was the muscles Italiano, that tasted just like my Italian grandma would make. Prices were very reasonable, both entrees were under $10. We will be back. read more

After seeing a review on phantom gourmet I was really looking forward to going to Lui Lui. Sadly I was unimpressed. When we first arrived we ordered drinks and fried mozzarella, the mozzarella came to us before our drinks which we thought was odd. For our pizza order, I had asked for well done and my husband did not make any special requests. When the pizzas arrived mine was clearly not well done, floppy actually, and my husbands looked slightly crispy. It took her more than a few minutes to deliver "pizza plates," so we ate off the screaming hot pizza pans while we had to wait. When the server came over to check in on our meals, I was mid bite and was unable to tell her about the underdone pizza before she walked away. I had high hopes for Lui Lui, but was sadly disappointed by the service and quality of food. If you are a real pizza fan, you may want to pass. read more

You go in expecting another Italian food chain, and you're pleasantly surprised! The Bread oil is so tasty. The steak tips are marinated to perfection. The potatoes are seasoned deliciously. Great bar menu for very, very reasonable prices. Cappacinos is super good. The red sauce is just the way I like it. And the service is always great, but after coming here at least 50 times, our serve tonight, Krissy, really stood out. The timing may have been the best timing of food and drinks that I've ever had (and I eat out A LOT). She was pleasant and always here when we needed her, but never intrusive. I don't think I've ever given a 30% tip, but she deserves it!!! read more

I've been enjoying pizza's at Lui Lui's for over 20 years. A lot of us in the digital days ate lunch there at least once a week and some of us continued to meet there for lunch even today. However, I stopped last night with the family and it was the worst pizza I've ever had anywhere. Being in a hurry I paid the bill including tip and left the rest of the pizza on the table. To make matters even worse when I let them know about my bad experience they did nothing to try and make things right and treated me as if they didn't believe me. After all why would they treat a customer who'd been a patron of their reasturant for over 20 years with never a complaint until this one and I get treated like they just don't cate or value the customer. I've known Lui Lui since 1998. I lived in Nashua for two years and used to go there often for excellent thin crust pizza. They have a bar and additional seating downstairs which I never dined in. Anyway, the service has always been no less than perfect. My personal favorite is the olive oil with herbs dip for the freshly baked buns. I was there this past weekend with the family (since then I've gotten married and had a couple of kids.) my wife and boys loved the dip, too. We ended up taking home a bottle of the dip and our waiter doubled up on the buns for no charge. The kids also loved the fact that the restaurant baked the names they made with the dough they played with. Instead of play dough they played with real dough... It was fun for the kids and us too. We live in new york now, but whenever we go to Boston we drive up to Lui Lui for another 45 min... read more

My husband and I went there with our 20 something son one evening. We were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it didn't look like it was going to be great, and the fact that it's on Daniel Webster Highway made me think it would be another cheesy place. BUT the food was really good. This is a pretty solid pizza place with good Italian food. We've been here twice now, the first time we had standard Italian faire, the second time we got a pizza. Both times our service was great; waitress was very friendly, helpful, and timely. Also the food was very good. Sauces were flavorful but not over powering and everything was cooked correctly.
