Second time coming here. Awesome experience. Had Sicilian Pizza. Last time got a few slices of it. Was so good , we got a whole pie this time which you save money on rather than ordering slices. The guys in there are so nice , friendly & very professional. The place is clean as a whistle. Everybody who comes in is greeted by the front guy with a super friendly welcome & attitude. Then , you eat incredible , fresh & hot pizza. I highly recommend the Sicilian , although I'm sure everything there is delicious. The guy came around to ask how the food was. In today's day & age, that's kind of rare. We ate 8 out of the 9 slices and we were 3 people. Id say this pie is perfect for 3 or 4 people. To be honest. We have ordered from Giannis for a long time, not had a problem before . Tonight was a different experience. The picture on Gianni's website did not match what I ordered. It was 100 percent not the same and not the quality of food. The customer service was not nice. I asked for the manager because I think he needs to know what was being delivered. Customer service is trash (not the delivery kid, he was fine, aside from wanting me to pay cash when I had already paid card.) I called and ordered a supreme pizza with mozzarella sticks, when the order arrived it was a large cheese. Average shopping center pizza spot. There isn't much in the area so stopped in here for a slice. There was a decent selection. I went with the eggplant slice. For $5 a slice I expected to be wowed. Pizza was extremely cold and disappointing. I absolutely love buffalo wings and these buffalo wings from Gianni's were bone dry and tasted like burnt rubber. The spice was there but the taste was nonexistent. The service was brutal and it took almost half an hour for a slice of pizza and buffalo wings. When we walked in we noticed a lot of delivery boys were in and out with orders and a few people waiting for their food. I was starting to get nervous about a wait. Pizza is always good. Staff there is always super friendly. They treat you like a regular- no matter what. The best part is the soups. The Pasta Fagioli is made to order and served piping hot. Better than my grandma's! The place itself is unfortunately a pizzeria with some seating. Not great to sit in during the winter because the cold air comes in every time the door opens. Yesterday was a full work day for me. That's how it goes, you want your own business, than don't complain about the hours. So my day started in Staten Island. Sorry but I don't eat on Staten Island. Next stop Marlboro, NJ. If you don't know Marlboro, seems like a horse farm on every street. Enough already let's talk food. It was lunch time and I came across this gem. There was only a couple of people having lunch when I ordered. Here's where Yelpers say " the place was empty but it took forever to get served". Not here. I ordered a sausage and pepper hero, or for New Jersians "a sub", and within 10 minutes it was on my table. They have outside seating in front of the store but a little cool for me. So I think they deserve 5 stars but the issue I see is that with such a vast menu there's very little seating inside. Not sure if they can make more room and turn this into a pizzeria/restaurant but I'm sure it would do well. Yes I recommend it and next time I'm looking at horse farms in the area I'll be having lunch here and if the weather is good you'll find at a table outside. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered 4 pizzas and were all BURNT, I asked for a lightly baked pizzas. When I went to say something the owner RUDELY said "not my problem, you paid what you get for." I also asked for a side of ranch and the same man threw the ranch cup at my boyfriend and told us to get out and never come back. Good pizza if you are craving a slice and don't want to travel anywhere. Nothing special or awesome. If you are a pizza snob you will find it to be average. But its solid, decent pizza. Thin pizza. Kinda pricey but that's colts neck I guess. Slices are thin and not big. 2 slices and a small fountain soda is 9 bucks. It's a convenient location. I have definitely eaten better food. To start, the garlic bread was VERY oily and the toppings were not evenly spread. For a main course I had a proscuitto panini, which came with chips and a loaf of bread. Unfortunately the sandwich was very bland. My coworkers liked their pasta dishes, but I was not a fan of my meal. I don't work in the area anymore, but if I return I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I don't know if they changed who makes their pizza, it used to be great but the last two times we've gotten a pie from there it's barely been cooked, even with asking for it well done. Dough is soft and undercooked. Another time we got food from there, our mozzarella sticks and rice balls were covered in the marinara sauce they had given. We live in Red Bank but were in Colts Neck so decided to pick up dinner on the way home. We ordered two pasta dishes to go and salad. Got home and opened the two entrees to find that neither was finished - in both cases the pasta was cooked, other ingredients added, but neither had any sauce. Not worth a drive back to Colts Neck to complain. Fortunately, we had sauces at home (red for one, white for the other) to finish both dishes. Tried this place again and made sure I asked for nothing else in the wrap except for chicken and mozzarella. Specifically stated no roasted peppers lettuce or balsamic. Had the girl read it back to me. When delivered, I received a grilled chicken wrap roasted peppers and lettuce with the whole container covered in balsamic including the bag of chip. One of the best pizzas I've ever had! My daughter who's very picky, ate a whole slice to herself. They have so many varieties, I definitely have to go back and try them all!
