He took my car for a total alignment. The price was very reasonable compared to other tire shops that go anywhere from $120-$180 my before measurements and current measurements look completely different and I am happy I was able to get it done quickly- no appointment was needed, and the wait was not long at all- for the quality top-tier!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

In total the car was in the shop 44 instead to my disappointment. Contributing factors included Vinfast's transitioning to this new support model and potentially supply chain issues, since parts are coming from Vietnam. But to the shop's scope of responsibility, there needs to be improvement in the following areas: customer communication, service intake, quality assurance testing and customer handoff. For Customer Communication - they need to be proactive, I found myself calling for updates instead of being proactively updated. Many times when I call the tech is not available. Service Intake - I scheduled an initial appointment only to be told I should drop the car in the morning instead of the afternoon, which was scheduled by RepairWise (the appointment vendor they use) Qualify Assurance Testing: I drove off and found some functions are not working. They did a software update and took 45 days. There should have been thorough testing. Customer Hand Off - they should have reviewed what was done to the car and the features of the new update.
