    Lobster Flight COMBO - 10/10
    Britney C.

My boo & I couldn't get enough of Luke's on our trip! Kept seeing this on Seattle TikTok and we decided to go on our first day in Seattle. We shared the flight which comes with 3 halves with their lemon butter, spicy and truffle butters. By far the best lobster roll I've had! The lobster was meaty and fresh and the toast it was served on was buttery. A bite that had my tastebuds dancing! So good they we decided to also order their lobster blt. The lobster was still great but I prefer to have my roll warm, not cold. And the lobster is so good, it doesn't need anything from the garden, just the butter. Great service, very accommodating when we asked for extra butter. Clean and good amount of seating. Not to sound like a fatty but we definitely went back two more times during our four day stay. It was worth spinning the block.

Food is VERY pricey but my GOODNESS IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! A little too much butter and it made the roll soggy. Next time I come, I'll get the butter on the side. The cashier was very nice AND patient as I changed lobster roll sizes. Ambiance is family oriented. My bill was $63.60?with a very small bag of chips. I'm coming back and bringing my hubby!!

Lobster Roll - Select (6oz) spicy honey butter

I stopped by here just to get something in my belly while at Pike Place. I had ate here in Boston some time ago. I believe this location was fairly new. I decided to go with the 6 oz Lobster roll with the hot honey butter. I wish I had read the menu better. When they offered the 4, 6 or 8 oz I opted for the 6. The hot honey butter was a $1 charge, which isn't bad at all. Though my final bill was over $50(with tip), which seems like a lot for a sandwich. But I get it, it is lobster, so I'll stop complaining. . Overall the bun was fluffy and tasty and the 6oz was A LOT. I can only imagine the 8 oz. I will more than likely come back as I saw both Lobster roll flights and crab roll flights(I think they were around $40. 3 different versions of each. I will say that I do like how everything comes with chips and a soda. Not just the cheap soda either. They had Bedfords which made me even happier. If money isn't an issue and you want a fantastic lobster roll, you will not be disappointed!!!

Service was quick. Casual semi fast food dining ambiance. I was really looking forward to it because of all the hype but was sadly dissatisfied. For $30 I would have thought there would be much more flavor. It was pretty bland if you ask me and small too. Im still hungry after finishing the 4oz. I could have got the 6oz but I could not rationalize spending more than $30 for a sandwich. I'm glad I tried it but won't be coming back.

Just got off our cruise ship and had time to kill and happened to walk by Luke's. I decided to try their 1/2 Lb lobster roll and it was excellent! I wanted to try their crab roll also but unfortunately they were out of crab the morning we went there. But I would definitely recommend Luke's!

Friendly service even when you can tell they were busy. Line was out the door. Line moved pretty quickly. I was lucky to get a table. Noise is average and ambiance is nice. I went with the Luke's trio rolls which is 2 oz of meat. Supposed to be shrimp, crab and lobster. Wasn't feeling shrimp today asked if I could swap out the shrimp for an up charge they said sure. Asked for an extra butter. Cause the sweet honey butter had me intrigued but didn't want to commit. I asked for everything to be hot as I'm not a fan of cold crab. This was my only complaint. My crab was cold!!! :( So I didn't finish them and they were so busy I didn't want to make a fuss so I can't tell ya about the crab rolls but the lobster ones were fabulous and the spicy honey butter was fun and delicious. Worth giving it a shot.

Yum! Best lobster roll I've ever had! Hands down. And they have gluten free buns! Be sure to upgrade to truffle butter!

    Seafood roll flight

Famous for the Rolls... but Missing a Little Something. I stopped by Luke's Lobster and ordered the seafood flight which consisted of 1 shrimp roll,1 lobster roll, and 1 crab roll. It's what they're known for, so I had to try the trio. The presentation was simple and clean, and the seafood itself tasted fresh, but I couldn't help feeling like something was missing. Each roll leaned a little dry and plain, almost like they needed a touch more butter or a signature sauce to bring it all together. The seasoning was very light, which might work for some, but I personally wanted more flavor. For a place that's famous for its rolls, I expected that "wow" bite and it just didn't quite hit that mark. Service was also just okay. Nothing terrible, but it lacked warmth or attentiveness. For the price point and reputation, I wanted a bit more energy and hospitality. Still, it's worth a visit if you love simple, no-frills seafood and want to sample a little bit of everything. Just don't expect bold flavors or much flair. I'd say it's more understated than indulgent.

We each got a roll and split them, so the pictures show half the rolls. The full lobster roll had 6oz of meat in total and it was warmed, which was great. Price is a bit steep but not that surprising. We enjoyed them

While I wasn't expecting to have one of the best lobster rolls of my life in Seattle.... well, now I have. I was in town for the evening craving some seafood, so a few of us decided to try Luke's. This place caught our attention from the outside with how cute it is, and is right in the heart of the tourist area. It's small with not much on the menu, but you should know exactly what you want when coming in. And not only do they have lobster rolls, but also shrimp and crab rolls too, which I hadn't seen before! If you're feeling indecisive, you can get a flight of all three. Each roll also comes with chips and a drink. I went with a classic lobster roll and it was amazing. You can choose to have it chilled or warm. The bread was perfectly buttery and crunchy, too! I absolutely recommend Luke's for getting some good lobster in Seattle.

Originally I was not sure about the price, but afterwards, I found they give a Very generous servings of protein with the rolls which makes it reasonably price! They do not skimp at all on the seafood. I decided to try the seafood roll flight and glad I did. The roll they come on is also super soft, buttery and DANGEROUS lol. Service from Michelle was great and food came out pretty quickly.

Trio of rolls, shrimp, crab and lobster. Really good and nice that you could try one of each.

This was a place I had bookmarked for our visit to Seattle because I heard it was really good. It's right by Pike Market Place. We went right before lunch so it wasn't too busy yet. They have several tables inside and it's nice and bright which I liked. Instead of getting one sandwich each we decided to get the trio. It came with a small crab roll, lobster roll and shrimp roll. It came with a bag of chips and a pickle. The food came out pretty quickly and we ate with our eyes first. We both thought we'd like the lobster roll the best so we saved it for last. We went in order of what we thought we'd like from least to most favorite. We went with the shrimp roll first. They are small shrimps but OMG that was a flavor bomb. We thought if this is this good we are in for a treat. We gobbled that down and moved to the crab roll. Again so much flavor and it was full of crab. Lastly we ate the lobster roll and while it was good it was our least favorite and lacked the flavor the others had. We were so shocked! If we'd known we'd eaten them in reverse order. The restaurant did not disappoint and if we'd had more time there I'd have eaten there again and just gotten a whole shrimp or crab rolls.

The matcha is prob one of the better I've tasted, but not often you can find hojicha ice cream and milk tea. It was creamy and mildly sweet. So good, refreshing and satisfying! The mochi were ok. It was very bland and not sweet at all. I do prefer my mochi to have a little sweetness to them, like a sweet bite. This was like chewing a bigger non sweet boba ball. So I'd pass on the mochi here and maybe do all ice cream. If ever we're in Seattle would visit again. Update: we came here a few yrs later. The drinks were still good as ever. The fact that you can get the exact same thing on the fourth floor of a practically abandoned mall is pretty crazy. I had their 'famous' New England clam chowder, which comes with clams (obviously), bacon, cream, and herbs & spices. To be clear, I'm not a clam chowder expert, so take my word with a grain of salt. But this one is really damn good. It's the same quality across both locations, and they serve the same excellent chowder. There are just so many flavors in here. From the creaminess of the soup, to the saltiness of the clams and bacon, to the earthiness and nuttiness of the spices. Adding the oyster crackers in there gives it that extra textural contrast as well with the crunchiness. What also stands out is how fresh the clams feel - not like canned clams at all. The soup has the perfect consistency as well. This feels like a thoroughly engineered recipe that has taken many iterations to perfect, and I can see why this has supposedly won awards in New England-level competitions. When restaurants say things like "we won the best X in [city known for food X], often I roll my eyes, but this is the rare case where I actually believe that could happen. The 8oz cup cost around 10 bucks, which is a pretty solid deal. It's not a huge portion but also not small either. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the reputation. The clam chowder was just average. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't memorable or deserving of the accolades we had read about. The slice of sourdough bread served with it was extremely dry and tasted stale, which was disappointing given Seattle's reputation for great sourdough. We also ordered the cod fish and chips, and the fish tasted like frozen, pre-breaded cod rather than fresh fish. The coating was crispy; although, the fish did taste fresh. Overall, we left feeling that the restaurant was overrated. We had expected a standout meal based on its reputation, but instead found the food to be average at best. While the service was fine and the line moved efficiently, we wouldn't make a point to return or recommend it as a must-visit dining experience in Seattle.

We were in the area for a movie and were walking around Pacific Place mall when the host from…read moreHaidilao noticed us looking at their menu. They told us they had happy hour after 9:00 PM with 31% off everything on the menu. Happy hour?! What a surprise! I thought they only had happy hour midday. I was recovering from a cold and soup sounded great, so we walked right in. The last time we were here was a year ago during our annual Seattle trip. The tomato soup is our favorite, but we decided to have that along with the gold chicken and fish maw soup this time. The fish maw soup is very collagen-rich and comforting to drink. We also ordered the beef sirloin slices, lamb shoulder, and pork belly, all of which were top quality. What I like about Haidilao is the variety of items you can use to make your own sauce. Every time you come, it's a bit of a "choose your own adventure." Definitely one of our favorite places to visit!

Service was good but the problem was that the food wasn't, which is a surprise because I've been to…read moreat least 5 other haidilao locations (3 in Cali, Canada, China). Each haidilao is different and even the menus are different. This one has a combo set menu which I was excited to try. The meat in set A was just... Bad. The brisket was way too fatty like 75% fat and not much lean meat. The lamb which I normally love was tough. And the pork was gamey. I was beside myself. Some things I expected because it was almost 9:00 p.m., such as the sauce bar and dessert bar running out of ingredients, but bad meat? Even worse, we got stomach problems this morning... The only saving grace was that the server was very apologetic and let us upgrade to set menu B. To meat there was... Acceptable. And yes, that includes the wagyu beef. Which shocks me because HL has been remarkably consistent for me, and the wagyu at Cupertino or Arcadia are terrific. This wagyu set felt a bit old and beefy, though okay enough. The soft serve ice cream machine was also out of order so no sweet ending. Having stomach problems afterward was just insult to injury. Sorry to say we probably won't come back to this location.
