We ordered Combo 1 (1 lb crawfish, 1 lb head-on shrimp, potatoes, andouille sausage, corn, and broccoli), Combo 2 (1 lb clams, 1 lb peeled shrimp, potatoes, andouille sausage, corn, and broccoli), and a customized seafood boil with Dungeness crab, lobster tail, and 1 lb crawfish. It was a huge feast with plenty of food to share, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The House Special sauce was the star of the meal, bringing together the perfect balance of buttery, garlicky, and spicy flavors. This place is by far the most fun I've had eating. There's something satisfying about getting to eat with your hands and make a bit of a mess. Everything was great, not just the seafood but the corn and potatoes and sausages too. Their house special sauce is great, and they make great Thai teas too. I do love crawfish so I got the crawfish and shrimp combo. Crawfish in Seattle Is okay, but there is nothing like FRESH crawfish. The shrimp was good. I got the spicy and house sauce. Another special addition to this restaurant is they put broccoli in their bags and also you can add ramen noodles. I was skeptical about the ramen noodles but after trying it was very good. I've been here before last time I visited Seattle and I wanted to come back. I love the Asian lanterns looks like buoys. Very clean restaurant. Got seated right away. The prices are pretty good and a nice variety of seafoods. Today I got a pound of black mussels and a pound of clams in garlic butter. You put the food in a bowl so everything stays in one place. Seafood galore! Every bite was succulent and fresh. My family shared a whole bag of Combo 3 delicious seafood and vegetables smothered in its spicy yet wonderful sauce. We decided on level 2 spice which was perfect for me. Some people might still go for higher level but I'm sure it will taste just as good. The service was fast and easy. We had a bit of a wait before anyone acknowledged us after being seated. I get that the place was busy, but it still took longer than I would have expected. I ordered the seafood boil with crab legs and shrimp, while my wife got the same thing but added eggs, I went with corn only. I've got to say, I've never been to a seafood restaurant that only gives you one piece of corn with your boil. The restaurant itself is cozy with nice decor, but parking is a real challenge. There's rarely any meter parking, and the ramps nearby charge quite a bit. The one we parked at didn't even give an option for just one or two hours we had to pay for 14 hours just to eat at Mama's Crawfish & Seafood House. So definitely plan ahead or consider taking an Uber. As for the food, it was decent but nothing that really stood out. Another great Belltown restaurant. This is getting to be my favorite part of Seattle to dine out. My wife, son, and I ordered the Combo III, which has 2 pounds of crawfish, 1 pound of green mussels, 1 pound of shrimp head-on, with corn, broccoli, potato, and Andouille sausage. And we ordered rice for each of us to soak up the very flavorful sauce (on the side and in the bag), which was at a heat level of 2 (medium). Before the food was served, we were given bibs with a drawing of a friendly crab and the line, "I'm too cute to be crabby." We were also given a box of gloves to protect our hands when tearing into the food. We needed both! The food did splatter when we ate it, and digging into the crawfish did involve navigating around some sharp edges of the crustaceans. Our meal was served in a huge plastic bag. We dipped into the bag with our hands as well as with forks and spoons. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and addictively delicious! In terms of cuisine, it was a Vietnamese-Cajun boil. All three of us were stuffed at the end of the meal. The restaurant has a pleasant decor with paper lanterns giving it a festive look. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Wow the food here is soo good and I've never had food like this in Seattle. My friend compared it to a Texas boil with Asian influence. The only other place this reminded me of was crab pot but their house special sauce is way better! It's made of a tamarind sauce which reminded me a lot of these clams I used to get in Cambodia which were so good! What's great about this place is you can order whatever you want by the pound. So we ordered 2 orders of snow crab, 2lbs of clams and 1 lb of catfish. We also ordered corn and sausage with it. It was Soo good!!! The secret though is ordering some noodles after and mixing them around in the sauce. They're ramen noodles and soo good! Kids wanted some seafood boil after a long day sightseeing. We search for places that has it on their menu and found Mama's Crawfish and Seafood, which has a very high reviews rating. Upon entering, we noticed that it was mainly full with diners but only two staffs in front working. There was only one group ahead of us. The wait wasn't too long less than 30 minutes. While waiting, we looked over the menu and have already decided on what to order. I noticed there was a sign by the register stating that there is a 5% discount if the restaurant gets a 5 stars review, hmmm. Once seated the maitre de lady told us that the one male staff will be over to take our orders. We waited and saw the poor guy running around from one table to the next. The couple next to us got their orders and was asking for extra sauce, was told that it would be an extra cost but the staff said they would not charge them this time. It tooks a bit longer before that one waiter came and takes our orders. We got the fish and chips, fried calamari, and of course the seafood boil with adds on. Foods were good, but I had better in CA. I like the fried catfish and kids like the seafood boil. It wasn't until we were half way done when the female diner next to our table got an unpleasant surprise. She was so shocked by a cockroach crawling near her that she flung her arm and cause sauce to fly onto my daughter and the bug to land onto the back wall behind my kids. I saw it crawled away,up the back wall, and pointed to the maitre de. She denied it was a cockroach at first till I showed her the picture, and both my family and the couple next to us confirmed it was a cockroach. She said she will talk to the management about it. Ample food options including po' boys and other small plates. 4 people can eat for around 150 with tip, while having plenty to eat. Service is warm and friendly and music playlist is at a nice hum conducive to conversation at the table. Very excited to have this in the neighborhood and will be coming often! For Seattle, the prices were quite reasonable and the ambiance was fun with a reasonable volume. Service was also amiable and efficient. The quality of the food, however, was mediocre. Ordered the Po'Boy, Grilled Catfish, and Shrimp Fried Rice. All were adequate. We ordered the a Pilsner and Lager as well from Draft, and both were subpar. We did not try the boils, which seems to be their main differentiator. We'll try it next time and may update the review after that. However, the the rest of the menu did not wow me and their are alternatives in the city that do the items we tried better. read more

We had a boil with crab, shrimp. mussels, andouille sausage, corn, and potatoes. It was really a treat. All of the seafood was very good and fresh, and the sausage, corn and potatoes balanced it nicely. We had the "house" broth at medium spice level.
